I called three bee removal service companies and Creature Control had the best rate by far. They were able to come put the very next day. The employee who came out called prior to arrival, prior to application, and after application. I was extremely pleased with their business, and should the instance come where I need this service again (lets hope not), I wont hesitate to call! Highly recommend!

We had several wasps nests that were difficult to get rid of and Brandon did a great job eradicating them. One nest was in the fireplace vent area and the other was in the ground near the house. He was very informative and friendly. I am glad we called because we had no idea how huge the inground nest ended up being. We appreciate the great job Brandon did and will hire them again if something else comes up.

Josh was great! He always explained things clearly. It was such a relief knowing that the raccoon family was finally gone from under my mobile home. Dont let this company waste your time! I waited nearly a month for an appointment and the tech showed up (allegedly) at the wrong time. They claimed no one was home, although we were here the entire time.I phoned in to let them know I had scheduled an evening appointment, not morning, and they basically said their software double checks all of their work. They also claimed the appointment was confirmed, but I received no phone calls, texts, or emails. No effort was made to reschedule or retain my business.

Jim has been readily available for all of our needs, and has worked to consistently and diligently to ensure that all treatments are effective. Great service! We called on a Saturday and we were not only able get same day service but Josh was at our place in less than an hour. He did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what our pest problem was and checked out our entire house including the attic to make sure there were no critters hiding out. Had a big ol nest of yellow jackets at my parents house, INSIDE their basement, that they couldnt find any company to come out and preform a removal for. I called Creature Control for them since it was a company i had used in an emergency situation before, and had great service from at that previous time I needed them. They picked up the phone right away when I called, explained that on the weekends that they only had on-call technicians and that there service call would cost a bit more. For the current situation that wasnt a problem. They were kind and courteous and has someone to my parents house in about an hour. Jim arrived at the house to get rid of the nest of yellow jackets, he spent some time explaining the situation, what he would do to remove it, and what he would do to prevent any returning yellow jackets. Jim was very informative, helpful, and quick! the whole removal felt like a matter of minutes (took about 15-20 minutes to get it all taken care of.Creature Control will definitely be my first call for any future situations that require their help! I called on a Friday afternoon about a smell coming from under the deck. Josh was amazing!! He came over within a couple hours to remove what ended up being a dead possum. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you so much!!
