Affordable, friendly, and fast! I went with Grand Rapids Pest Control for a mouse issue because they were priced better than anyone else, are local and family-owned, and the staff on the phone were friendly and so helpful. The service was great and Chris was on-time, super nice, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave great info. We opted to do a whole-house preventative treatment and he was thorough, but fast. Ive contacted them 3 times (for a quote, to schedule, and to pay via credit card) and they have been the nicest, most helpful exterminator company Ive talked to (and I talked to quite a few for quotes). I cannot recommend them enough. Ask about the whole-house treatment, it was so affordable and I know they will continue to offer great service and assistance when needed!

Very impressed with their service. From starting the call to the end of the treatment, GR Pest Control staff is very cordial and professional.This is my first time using their services as I am a DIY kind of guy but this time I gave up fighting yellow jackets and wasps that are all over my house. I called the Pros :)Spencer came in to inspect the perimeter around my house and immediately identified the trouble spot and started with the application. Once the surgical strikes were finished, he began to apply preventive spray around the house and let me tell you that this its not your typical back pack sprayer type of service. Spencer came out with a high pressure hose and spray nozzle combo and coated my entire house :)I will be a returning customer -Thank You!

Quick n cheap!

I contacted GR Pest Control late Sunday, they sent a quote on Monday, and they were on-site around noon on Tuesday. We have had no wasp activity since their treatment on Tuesday. Chelsea was awesome, kept us informed, and got the pesky insects out of our home for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this company.

We are very happy w/ GR Pest Control. Jordan came to our place, & sprayed our home for box-elder bugs, & a pole barn for millipedes. We are happy w/ the results. We would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience. Next day service and they took down a bees nest and sprayed around the house for any others that were around. Very professional and easy to deal with-would definitely recommend!

I called about getting my business treated and the lady who answered was very professional. I was told to wait till the correct season to spray otherwise I’d be wasting my money, another company could have just taken my money today and again in the fall when the problem comes back. Been doing this a couple years now. They come out and do 2 different sprays and there is a very noticeable difference in mosquito bites. We have had GRPC do our spider spray at our house on the lake for several years now and are always happy with the job they do. If you live on a lake, you are familiar with the number of spiders around. Grand Rapids Pest Control comes to my resort twice a year an makes sure that my customers never have to deal with spiders. They do a fantastic job!!

We live in the country and hire them almost every year to assist us in our fight against Asian Beetles, bees, spiders and carpenter ants. Been using them for a few years now and have no complaints. Usually come out within a week of calling. Twice for bees or hornets inside of vinyl siding. They got rid of them with no stains or residual evidence of the treatment.

I use Grand Rapids Pest Control for all of my exterior pest needs and they do a wonderful job! So nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors after they have sprayed my home.

This place does not deserve your business. I purchased a new home and called this company to have them do a walk-thru and spray before we move in, as a preventative measure. The woman they have answering their phones has absolutely no customer service skills! She kept interrupting me while I was speaking and she seemed to get a lot of enjoyment from telling me what they DONT DO. If she is the voice/face of their company then its speaks volumes. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I have used this company for over 5 years for my pest control needs. Having a home surrounded by trees tends to populate carpenter ants. I have Grand Rapids Pest Control come out once a year to spray my home and trees and it keeps the carpenter ants away until the next year. Always pleased with results and will continue to use them in the future.

My wife called five exterminators and Grand Rapids Pest Control was the only one to answer their phone, and by far the most respectful on the phone (even compared to those who did wind up calling back).We were able to get in their schedule very quickly, and the person who came out (Chris) was also very respectful of our home (asking permission to take in equipment, if it was OK to wear shoes etc). That may not be a big deal to some, but for us after going through renovations we have had many contractors out to our home, and this type of respect goes a long way after pouring so much money and time into everything.As for the service itself, we were having a yellow jacket problem wherein 4-6 were in the house every day for around a week. After the service, there were a few stragglers over the next 48 hours but after that the problem was gone. The service person told us around this time of year it typically takes 72 hours before we should expect the spray to take full effect and that turned out to be exactly right.All in all, Grand Rapids Pest Control is a great and affordable option if you are having pest problems and want them taken care of without risking your own health and sanity.

Grand Rapids Pest Control has applied the spider spray treatment to our cabin at Houghton Lake for several years. It works well. The people that arrive and do the job have always been professional and friendly.

Awful! Terrible customer service, they dont want to help you they just want your money! Do not use! After being lectured on how wrong I was about how the maintenance program works, this woman could not have cared less about keeping us as a customer after two years!

We have been using them for two years and have more ants then ever. The warranty is worthless.

Had a bees nest bigger than a basketball. Called first thing in the morning and nest was removed by noon. Jack the technician was very professional and friendly.
