I had the passenger side window crack on my Jeep. Big Mike came out to replace the window and found that the dealership before I purchased the Jeep put aftermarket speakers in which caused pressure on the window and the door latch clip was bad. Mike went above and beyond to fix both issues that were NOT his responsibility and my window is working like brand new. I would highly recommend Allstar auto glass and will continue to use them myself in the future.

Friendly. Gave me the best price, and helped nevigate the insurance claim. The shop wasn’t too far from my house so I drove it there. I decided to wait by getting breakfast at the truck stop across the highway. They drove me there and then picked me up when my car was done. Excellent service.

I cracked my windshield on Monday, by Wednesday my window was replaced. The company was quick to schedule coming out to my home, they replaced my windshield right in my own driveway. They called before they came, and then another person from their office called me later that day to check on my new windshield and insure that it I was happy with my service.

Took a trip to grand rapids and in route took a rock to my windshield. Called these guys and they were absolutely amazing. Super nice on the phone, was able to squeeze me in Right away and did an amazing job. Thank you all very much!

This company understands that customer service matters! As a small business owner, I appreciate good service when it is received. All star glass has gone above and beyond on multiple occassions for me as well as my employees. Taking time out of my workday for car repairs is never easy. Allstar Glass fixed my trucks windshield in the parking lot of the golf course while I was golfing. They were able to repair a stone chip without having to replace the windshield. You cant even tell where the chip was!Great job and thanks.

Replaced my windshield. They put two guys on it so the turn around time was under two hours (the windshield has to cure one hour after getting replaced). Excellent service.

They use glass from China and claim that it is not an inferior part compared to Japanese or American, unbelievable that their glass is the only thing that comes out of China that isnt inferior.The manager is quite rude if you question their quality. The windshield they installed has a different look to it, from inside. The manager had all kinds of different answers to my questions. His exact words were how long have you been in the glass insdustry to make you an expert. No I mayb not be an expert in glass installation but I am an expert in geometry and the installer verified that my question may be right. The plastic cowling doesnt fit tight to windshield now, though it did before. I asked if the glass was a thinner than OEM glass, wouldnt that cause it. If I wanted thicker glass I would have to pay extra because insurance only pays for aftermarket. The manager went on and on about how it has to be same as OEM because of DOT standards.If you do use them, make sure to empty your car first. I had some items on passenger side that imoved out of installers way. One item, a box of assorted washers I put half way under the seat, its not there now.

I went into Allstar with a request to purchase some universal weatherstripping for a piece of glass that the OEM stuff is no longer available. I believe it was Sam who helped me out and he went beyond the call of duty to help me out with the oddball project I had at hand. I ended up having Allstar install the weatherstripping for me (without the car, only the glass) and they gave me a great price on the install. I talked to about 6 other shops who either wouldnt consider the project or admitted that they had no idea on how to solve my issue. Allstar on 76th street really did their best to help me and I couldnt be happier with their service.

I addressed Sam Patchett from All Star Glass about the horrible sulfur smell in my car. He helped figure out that the smell was from my cars sun roof not draining properly after it rained. He also guided me on how to fix the problem without out charging me. The smell is gone and I couldnt be happier.
