Courtney was great from beginning to end helping us select the right shower door and finishes, and called a couple days after install to make sure we are happy. Chase installed our shower door and went above and beyond. I left a note asking if he could please let my dog out of crate before he left, shes not usually crated but I didnt want her running away when the shower door was brought in. I arrived home and he was still working and he had let her out early and also hooked her up to go potty. Vos Glass goes the extra mile to leave a lasting impression and great work. I had a great experience with Vos Glass. They came out to measure and told me that my shower would leak everywhere if I did not put a slant to it. I was very fortunate for this advice and made the correction. The installers came out and were extremely friendly and did thorough work. The service is great. The installer noticed a minor imperfection in my glass during the installation. They replaced the panel free of charge, I probably wouldnt have even noticed it.I would recommend them for any glass service, ask for Mike.I recently heard they fired my point of contact here. I found Vos Glass to be an excellent local business to handle my job.They replaced the the glass in my 1968 vintage solid wood framed triple door slider. They dont make em like they used to. The glass was cloudy inside, which made it very difficult to see through. Dave and Edger from Vos Glass arrived on time and got to work immediately. Dave is a true professional and knows what hes doing, with about 42 years in the business. The glass slider repair is perfect and wish I had called them years ago. I had a glass insert for an endtable that needed to be replaced. I drove from Hastings to Vos Glass in Grand Rapids. I thought I would have to come back another day to pick it up. After finding out how far away I lived, the sales associate checked for a match to my glass and had it cut while I waited. I had my replacement piece within 15 minutes, and because it was so small, he did not charge me. Vos Glass recently finished a new shower enclosure for us as part of a bathroom remodeling project. One wall was especially complex because it had to wrap around a large angled beam. I wasnt even sure it could be done. But it was no problem for the friendly crew who measured the job and later installed all the glass. They did a beautiful job. TIP: I paid a little extra for low-iron glass to avoid the greenish cast that sometimes appears with standard glass.

Attention to small things in customer service is the difference between a good company and a great company. So far all Ive had is a ”small thing” I needed some weatherstrip for customer’s door. The stuff apparently comes in rolls of thousands of feet. I need around ten or twenty. Doug supplied this and gave me instructions on how to replace it. Mind you this is for MY customer, not his. He isnt going to make a dime on this. But with his attention to the small things you can be sure, Ill bring him the big things when they come around.

VOS Glass has been great to work with over the course of several weeks where we have been replacing glass panes after cleaning, re-staining and re-varnishing the frames. They have turned the windows around in less than 24 hours every time we have dropped off the frames.

I was looking for a quality windshield replacement after reading stories of some companies putting in cheap/crummy windshields from China. Vos Glass uses windshields from a Pittsburgh manufacturer and it looks *identical* to the broken one it replaced in my Mazda, right down to the way the tiny black trim looks. I called them on Thursday and they had handled the insurance and installed the new windshield in my driveway on Monday. I would recommend this company to anyone with a broken windshield.
