Horrible service. Wanted 6k to install a stair lift that cost 2800$. Trying to RIP off the elderly

After the original installer of our Waupaca elevator did not help as out to get it fixed, we contacted Elevator Service in Grand Rapids. They did the job in an absolutely professional way. I do not understand why Waupaca as the manufacturer did not recommend this company in the first place. This would have saved us a lot of trouble.
