We have a 20 year old elevator in our home that I use to gain access to the basement in my wheelchair. An electronic board burned up, that required repair in Britain. About a month later the 20 year old part was returned, installed and working. I use it every day, to gain access to my office in the basement. Thanks, McNally.

We are really pleased with our stair lift from McNally! Ryan was a joy to work with as were the installation technicians. Ryan was able to order everything using a few pictures & phone calls so I didnt need to take extra time off from work. The install was done professionally, in a timely manner and due to a cancellation it was completed earlier that scheduled! McNally also had a better price than the other places we were looking at. These guys were great & Im happy to reccomend them!

True to their reputation, we received a high quality product and excellent service now for twelve straight years. They are always quick to respond and perform battery changes, oiling maintenance, and to answer all my questions. The installers and staff are respectful to the property, always leaving the worksite clean. To be honest, the only problems with my lift in all these years were from someone unplugging it, including a certain cat! Today I purchased my second lift for another stairway, and I decided to help others by letting them know what an excellent, trustworthy company this is.
