I went in with a common issue regarding my Mac, and I was so impressed with the service and kindness shown by everyone there. Everyone from the folks working the front desk to the techs had a smile on their face and did their best to help me with my issue - they went so far as to offer me coffee from the pot! They fixed my computer while I was there and even explained how and why the issue appeared in the first place.

I appreciate Marie and the staff helping me with my urgent issue. they delivered earlier than expected and kept me in the loop the entire time. my issue had multiple solutions and they gave me all the pros and cons of each and allowed me to make a solid decision and then took over with exceptional service and attention to detail.highly recommended! this is a great way to keep your money local and invested into a small business that is an asset to the community!

This company lost my data! Another IT company in Grand Rapids recently gave us a proposal for over 40% less than we were being charged by compucraft. Will never work with them again!
