Had a great experience meeting with the team and we had everything set to begin weekly cleanings at our new corporate office and then they no showed, and have not responded to any calls or emails. We were looking forward to getting off on the right foot with a new cleaning company but were let down and are now left starting all over to find weekly cleaners.

As REALTOR® ready to list a property, per my clients instructions, I contacted a few cleaning companies in the GR area. Chris at Grand Rapids Cleaning Co. was one of the three that responded promptly, and one of the two that volunteered to meet and walk through property. Upon being selected for the job, Chris delivered services as promised. Property was thoroughly cleaned, and within the agreed timeframe.

Hired them to do a move out cleaners because I had a family emergency and had to be at the hospital. They never showed, answered my calls or emails. They have made a horrible situation even worse for me and my family.

Amazing responsiveness and great communication. Food business needed an immediate sanitizing after COVID-19 exposure. We called on a Saturday evening, Chris picked up and got us booked the VERY next day. They did a thorough job and were very professional. Would highly recommend. Thanks Chris!

We made an online appointment and never received the promised confirmation. Worse yet and despite multiple attempts to confirm by phone over five days, we did not even get a call back after leaving several messages on VoiceMail. On the day of “service” their VM was full.

Chris and Julie, the owners (super nice people!) are very responsive to communication and are also quite flexible with arrangements. We hired them to clean our office building every week, but circumstances have required us to switch to every other week, and its been no problem for them to accommodate us. I also feel very comfortable giving them a key to our building and letting them clean after hours. If you have any issues or feel they may have missed something, all you need to do is let them know and they will make sure its taken care of on subsequent visits. I suggest calling them to set up an on-site estimate to see how competitive they are.

We had a lot of important clients & colleagues showing up and we wanted to make sure the place was looking top notch. We use them for commercial cleaning each week as well! Chris and his team did an AMAZING job. After their first visit, my condo looked better than the day I moved in. I’m an active cook, and they even scrubbed my stove to look shiny new. Great value and excellent results.

Had a cleaning scheduled that they completely no call-no showed for with zero communication regarding that. They came out for the reschedule and the tenants moving into the unit that was cleaned couldn’t even tell a service had came. Would recommend staying away.

Chris and Julie are true professionals! As a realtor, I needed a home cleaned with very short notice and in a very tight window. Not only was Chris immediately responsive to my request, but his crew was able to come over on Monday evening - when Im sure other cleaning companies were closed. They were prompt, professional, and most importantly, did a terrific job cleaning.This particular house needed special cleaning and deodorizing due to animals living in the house. Hired this company to clean my business 3 days a week. Chris assured me everything I wanted to hear. After their employ decided it was too far for her to drive, I received a text stating he couldnt make her do the job. Very unprofessional.
