Ive been getting my car washed here for quite a while. The prices are very reasonable, $22/month for unlimited car washes with rim cleaning. Thats a great option for someone who has a nice car but lives on a dirt road. The owner also did a great job polishing out some scratches on my hood. I thought it would need to be repainted but it looks perfect now.

Millennium did a very impressive job replacing our carpet padding and fully detailing our 4Runner after the windows were accidentally left down and water got trapped under the rubber backing on the carpet (we thought it was dry, but the mildew smell that developed was awful). Millennium discovered the issue quickly, suggested contacting our insurance, provided a very reasonable quote, and did excellent work. Our truck looks brand new inside and smells much better. I highly recommend them.

Overall a decent experience. Gave it a 3 because my keys were misplaced and we had to wait an hour for someone else to get there to find them. Car wasnt completely clean like was advertised, however, they did take care of it and fixed it by redoing the things they missed.

I have a dog that sheds heavily and they got all out and cleaned the seats, the windows and doors. No trace of a dog at all! Amazing job. Car looks new!

Price is very good for monthly pass. Great wash as well. 15$ for single or 29 for monthly pass. I connected bank acct and i did cancel membership but got weird emails and it didnt look right so i didnt answer back so i still got monthly pass.I didnt cancel because of washes or establishment. Vehicle was in an accident and wasnt suppose to wash it but its good now to wash..... So am keeping membership. Great place thank you for your establishment.

My car had a “spif” done at Millennium Auto Wash on Alpine in Grand Rapids. The “spif” is an interior clean as well as a total exterior wash for a great price. I couldn’t be happier! My car looks, feels and IS clean and looks like new. Service was excellent...I liked the email reminder and ease of online scheduling. I will definitely be back!! Thanks, Millennium!!

I wash my car here semi-regularly but every now and again you have to give your vehicle a little more love. I loved the interior I got around Thanksgiving and this Clay & Wax before Christmas. Definitely worth having it done!

I was very happy with the friendly staff and most of the service. My main reason for the detailing was spots on the rear seat from my toddler, and they were able to get them out completely! My only concern and why I’m giving four stars instead of five was the appearance of my windows. Once I left, the sunlight hit my front windshield and the quality of the windows being clean was not present.

UPDATE:I was initially disappointed (giving them two stars). I thought that they could have done a better job. I called to let them know after I left the facility. A few days later, the owner called me and expressed that he wanted to correct the issue and re-service the vehicle at no cost. Due to the good customer service received, I changed my review. It is refreshing nowadays for any company to follow up with a customer.

I payed for a Spif. Not quite sure what that is but it costs $50. The inside of my pick-up was spotless i was really impress. Now the outside i had to get a towel and do some wiping where the car wash missed, mostly my running boards and rims. But i would frequently visit this establishment if i lived here.

I have always been very impressed by the quality of work and the attentiveness of the entire staff, from the owner to the wash attendants, everyone shows great customer service. I always tell people to visit Millennium if they are looking for showroom quality work at a fantastic price! Would give six stars if possible!

It was very convenient to drop off my Cobalt and then pick it up later that day after it was full service cleaned inside and out. I felt as though they did an excellent job ensuring every bit of my vehicle was cleaned out. Although when I was cashing out at pick up the woman at the register insisted on me having to pay SUV pricing for the detail on my CHEVROLET COBALT. Maybe make sure they know what an SUV is versus a tiny Cobalt. So maybe watch what they try charging you at check out fellow patrons.

The service was fast and good quality. I spilled coffee on my cloth seats and they got the stains out. A life saver.

Brought a 2009 Honda Accord for a next day appointment. when I came to pick up the car, generally, it was completed to a high standard but there a few places I thought could use a little extra work. John and his team came out to the car and reviewed my concerns. without hesitation, he put it back in the shop to finish the couple spots I pointed out. I received a discount for the inconvenience and a great complete detail! I was able to sell my car for a higher value as it looked new again!

One of the better car washes on the north side of Grand Rapids. They take the time to rinse your exterior before you go through the wash and then towel dry when finished. Usually not too bad of a line. Prices are reasonable as well. The detail center does a good job, and has a few different packages available. Everything from a quick clean of the mats and windows to a full on deep clean package.

I just came in for their Spiff interior package. They found cash tucked in the folds of the seat and immediately gave it to me. All there. Leaving it as a tip.

I needed a simple interior detail done on my car and reached out to my dealership who quoted $300 for their spring sale. After politely telling them thank you for your time, I began looking for realistic options and decided to drop in here on a Saturday. These guys were fantastic and spent 30 minutes going through every nook and crevasse with a fine comb. My car actually looks and smells the way it did when I drove off the dealership lot. After the wash and interior scrub, I was out the door for $49. They just earned a life long customer.

I was looking to get my newly acquired used vehicle detailed from a business near work. I was lucky enough to find Millennium who could get me in right away for a mini-detail. My 2013 Ford Explorer was finished in 30 minutes and it looked like new on the inside. It completely exceed expectations! Thanks to the entire crew who worked on my vehicle. Ill be back.

My experience at Millennium was excellent. They detailed my car, inside & out, and everything looks amazing. Their attention to all of the little areas of the car that needed a good cleaning was top notch. It smelled great too. The owner made a point to insure I was happy with their work. Many thanks to the employees for a job well done.

EDIT: please note that I was in their waiting room for less than 20min, while also waiting behind two other vehicles. Lying about the service they failed to perform is a new low.Please do not waste your time or money with this company.I went in to have their 30min mini-detailing done. The description states that they wipe down interior plastics, door panels, etc and vacuum the front and back. The most they did was half-hearted vacuum and not even half of my vehicle was wiped down. If Youll notice in the pics they left numerous areas untouched. I could have done a better job in less than 15min (I doubt they spent more than 10). When I called to talk to a manager he completely ignored my complaints and the fact that their website clearly states what the mini detailing is supposed to cover. He said that I should have paid for a complete detailing and there was nothing they could do. So much for friendly service or at the least getting what you payed for (aka what their website says the mini detailing is supposed to cover).

Terrible experience. $60K Ford raptor and they didnt hardly touch the wheel wells. Mud caked in obvious parts of wheels well. Truck bed not even touched. Floor mates looked terrible. I pointed it out to one guy that worked there to say this is unacceptable and another younger kid working with him attempted to ask me if I was seriously worried about dirty wheel wells. I almost came unglued but ignored him. To add insult to it all, they left my Ford Raptor running in the parking lot for unknown hours before I came back for it. They called me at 1100am to say it was done. I came back at 630pm. I am pretty sure it was left running the ENTIRE TIME. Whole thing started on a bad foot. They called ME attempting to schedule me in 2 weeks before this. They said they were offering %10 discount for returning customers. I asked if they still give the military discount of %10 and could also apply this %20. The girl on the phone had to check with someone to make sure then came back to assure me I could. I took advantage of this about two weeks later and sure enough some woman office manager tried to tell me %10 only and fought me about it but gave in after I explained what happened and threatened to cancel my second appointment. Then she told me for future reference they dont give military discounts and I told her that is interesting since I have got it the previous years. As far as Im concerned Im owed 2 free REAL details, an apology, and gas money for leaving my 6.2L engine run for unknown hours. Even then its unlikely I would ever return let alone recommend the place.Update: one date later, John (I believe he is the owner) has since remedied the situation favorably by having the truck go back through. He fixed the problem areas and did much of the work himself. He then gave me a book of washes. He was very professional about the whole incident. Most of the employees, at least the summer staff, are young and learning. Exercise patience with them and just let John know if you have a legitimate issue. I imagine these types of issues are as frustrating if not more so being the employer. He told me he would conduct a training meeting with the staff to mitigate some recent issues.

Pricing is very fair, service is spectacular and they stand by their work. Your car gets clean. Thats the point right?

I was incredibly impressed with the service here, especially since you can just show up without an appointment. I did the hour long spiff clean which included an exterior wash. It seriously feels like im driving a new car now, its so clean. Really great value for the price - they also asked me to check the car to make sure i was satisfied before I checked out. Im only giving them 4/5 because the waiting room was cold!!

I wouldnt let these yahoos wash my dog. What a horrible job these jokers did on my $60K truck. $290 for a inside and out detail. Picked my truck up and the wheel wells obviously were not sprayed out. My floor mats still had mud on the backside of them. They never even touched the engine compartment. Id be surprised if 90% of the employees could even spell detail. They remedied my complaint by allowing me to run through their automated car wash. $290 later and there I was out there wiping down my truck.

My car has not been this clean in the 3 years Ive had it since I bought it brand new. I had really bad stains on the seats throughout my Jeep and had pretty much lost hope that I was ever going to get them out but I thought Id try Millennium and they exceeded my expectations in regards to the quality of the cleaning and customer service. Nate helped me figure out how to schedule the service into my busy day and didnt charge me for the extra vacuum/wipe down they did in addition to steam-cleaning my seats. Really good prices compared to other auto cleaning places around here and everyone at Millennium was extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a car cleaned. Thank you guys!!

I stopped in early on a Monday morning to get my car detailed and to have some odor removed from it. The rude employee who assisted me told me one of their machines is broken and that I should just bring it back some other day. He told me an alternative option would be a chlorine bomb to get the smell out but that was $60 and he said they would do it for the same price as the service I have been interested in at $40. So I took my car home and called back later in the week when he had told me the machine should be fixed by, and spoke with the manager who then informed me not only was the machine still broken but the alternative option that he provided me was not the correct price. I said that is the price I was given, and he says I dont care the employee gave you the wrong price then. I then proceeded to ask about the alternative chlorine option and he was nothing but rude. He said he couldnt guarantee whether it would would work and he said that just because the car is clean doesnt mean it doesnt need to be in their shop to be detailed. I proceeded to inquire about the chlorine option because I was actually close to purchasing it from them but then he said well Ive got another call coming in so get off the phone - stop in if you want to.Well needless to say, I did not go with that route and instead I found the exact same thing they sell on Amazon for $22.45. It works exactly the same as theirs does and I would recommend that anyone who is interested in having an odor removed from your vehicle go on Amazon and buy a chlorine bomb for a third of the price that they want to sell it to you there for.Hopefully management learns, a happy customer tells a few people. And unhappy customer tells everyone.

I used to pay $30 for an exterior wash and interior clean. I was always happy with the value for the buck, so I was saddened when I learned the 30$ service I used to order now costs $50.But in reality, its worth the price even at $50. You get an exterior wash and dry, and they spend half an hour vacuuming, washing and otherwise detailing the interior of your car. As long as your car is reasonably maintained, youll struggle to see the difference between this $50 detail and a much more expensive one.Objectively, they do a great job, even if it does cost $20 more than it used to previously.

We dropped off our GMC extended cab dually for an interior detailing. The interior was filthy, Aaron worked on our truck for a lot longer than anticipated, which was understandable considering the condition it was in and well worth the extra time. Our truck interior looked amazing when we picked it up. I was shocked at how great of a job he did. He also went out of his way to spray off the dust on the exterior of the truck.

What an amazing service! The spiff got all the sand out of my car and really turned things around! Although the wash seems pricey it is that way because the washes are worth it! to be honest the dryers didnt get all the water off, but compared to the mad caked car that I brought in, its a huge difference. Im disappointed with all these negative reviews and upon asking the worker in the tunnel who was super friendly, he explained that most of these people get the cheapest thing possible and expect our best services from it, an example being people coming in with a trashed car or something that is disgusting. and paying for the cheapest wash, and expecting it to be looking brand new. honestly one of the best places Ive ever been to and Ive been going all over the country for years. oh and a little tip to the guy working in the tunnel will get you a lot farther in having the best wash possible.

I paid $70 to have the orange corrosion spots removed from my white car and they also included a full car wax in that price. I was delighted when I picked up my car and saw that they had also vacuumed and dusted the interior! Totally unexpected. I recommend to everyone.

The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced ever. I went to do a detailed car wash, and on returning home, I noticed that the rim below the back door had come up. I immediately called them up, and they said that it must have come out during the wash, and they were able to locate it, and asked me to come back the next morning. Next morning when I went, a new person was there, and he told me he had no idea about it. I requested him to call the person who was on duty the previous evening, but he refused to do so saying that it was a very busy morning. and asked me to call back later. later in the evening when I called back, they said that that they never found anything missing, and the person with whom I spoke the previous evening had made a mistake!!!!Bunch of Liars, and Pathetic Customer Service

Did automatic super wash. Cleaned very well with no damage to vehicle. Noticed the workers up at the front did great prep work and direction.

I stopped in this afternoon and paid $30 for cleaning the interior of my car which was Included vacuuming as my car has lot of dog hairs. I was very interested by what they said the dog hairs will be all gone. After spending not even 10 mintutes on my car, my car just as dirty as before I pulled in. This place was extremely terrible and I would never come back even to wash my car and definitely not recommended it to anyone.

As a Lyft driver, I make frequent trips here, and Ive been completed satisfied with every job theyve done. Theyre super fast, friendly, and helpful. The manager, April, personally made sure that Im taken care of, and that went a long way with me. The attendant, Cheyeanne, was also extremely helpful in explaining the pricing, and what they could do to fix my particular situation. On top of that, I feel like the price is right! For a full, top-to-bottom express detailing, its only about $50 (and thats without me using the coupon they have on the back of their brochures!) for my Nissan Altima, or $59 for a deep-clean extraction, which is totally reasonable! Theyve made a return customer out of me time and time again, and as long as theyre open, Ill keep coming back!

I got a price of $149 for a Spiff and a Maintenance from a guy there, and was going to drop the car off on the Friday before Memorial day. Then it would be done on Saturday, then I had to reschedule and the girl answering the phone when I could not get the website to work, (suggested by another guy). told me it would be $179 for the same $149 price. I know bait and switch is a felony. So I am not going there anymore.

I drive across town. To use this wash. They always do a great job and make my car smell new again. Ask for a punch card!

Called them on a $30 Groupon auto detailing service and asked if the would wash the carpets. They said sure, for an additional $75.00. For someone that knows what they are doing, washing three small rows in a vehicle might take 15-20 minutes, Ive done it before myself. This works out ot apprx. $300 and hour. These guys are a classic case of Get them in the door with a deal, the rip their eyeballs out with extras. If you are getting a full auto detail, who wouldnt want their carpets washed.
