This was the best Father’s Day gift my husband has ever received. He just loves being able to roll through the car wash with a sticker on his windshield with the monthly pass. Our cars have never looked so good. They also have a professional attendant and the car washes are not harsh to the car finish.

This place does a great job. Friendly and helpful staff. The unlimited car wash for $20 per month is a great deal. The wash does a great job, better then most car washes I have been to. I we recommend this place for sure.

Service is quick and friendly. Nice to knock off the ice and salt in winter and keep the car clean and shiny in summer. For $20 a month I keep it clean year round. If I washed it once a week during snow months I am money ahead with the monthly unlimited plan.

This is the best Mister car Wash in the greater Grand Rapids area if you have a pickup truck this is the location you need to be going to. Manager and staff are also very friendly and they like doing good service.

Good, touchless wash. The free vaccums are good and get the job done. I think $18 is a bit too steep for the premium wash, but its comparative to other drive-thru washes. Their dryers are the best in my opinion.

I like the car wash in Kentwood the best the people are friendly and it seems longer going through the tunnel. The mister car wash in Wyoming the young man who guides you in seem to me like he wished you were dead, like its my fault he works in a car wash? Unfortunately I now live in Wyoming so I have to opt for the West agreeable option. But Im going to Kentwood tomorrow.

They really need to do something about their drying system. The drying wheel didn’t even dry the windshield on my SUV and it seemed like they sped up the process to get more vehicles through. Southland drying service was so much better. Now you go in with a clean windshield and leave with one that has spots covering the whole thing.

I like this business, they do a decent job for the money. Wish they would work a little harder at the bugs up front.

I went out of town and came back with a VERY dirty ride but Mister Car Wash took care of it. My ride looks FABULOUS!

Washes are usually pretty good, best to get the monthly pass if you go frequently. Wouldn’t go more then once a week if you want to keep the clear coat on your car though

Well I’ve been to Mister washes all over the Lansing and Grand Rapids area. What I have determined is they all are terrible. I wish I could post pictures of how absolutely terrible the “Premium Wash” is. I think my car is dirtier than when I went in. Well let me rephrase that. One side(Drivers Side) is nice and clean. The passenger side is terrible. I wish I could post pictures on here. I haven’t even left the parking lot yet.

The vacuums needs servicing and repairing immediately.... The suction power is almost near dead. Some of the hoses need replacing. The ends of some of the hoses are not secured and not attached. The personnel here are totally awesome.

I love the fact that you can switch your unlimited membership from the heavy duty winter wash including tire shine, underbody wash, and protectant to the basic wash for the rest of the year!

I was greeted by Olivia at mister. Very plesant and kind. I normally come through and get the $18 wash a few times a month. She kindly and simply explained that if I get an unlimited pass I would save money and could use it at all the stores. I was blown away and truly am thankful for such a wonderful employee! A manager level service (if not one already) if a manager give this lady a raise!

I enjoy the fact you can visit anyone of their locations any number of times for a nominal monthly fee. If your not satisfied turn right around and they will make it right. The membership is best and least expensive for multiple washes. My cars look fantastic after each wash.

My car was attacked by a bird of epic proportions, I was amazed that one trip had her looking like brand new. Every time I go there, which can be a couple times a week at various locations, Im always greeted with an ear to ear smile.

High prices, and sometimes long wait. Wash is ok, but the tire track is outdated. If it was a automated tire track it would be 5 stars.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the vacuums hardly work and I had to move stations twice to find one with enough suction. Definitely one of the ugly ducklings of Mister Car Wash in Grand Rapids.

Hours are great except during pandemic. I go frequently to the car wash and find that your car really takes a beating, more u than necessary. I have been noticing chips abs scratches in the paint. The dryers are not the best as I always dry off the car after. Which is how I notice all the damages it’s causing .

Wonderful car wash always gets all of the salt and dirt off. The people are outside by the computer are super friendly and informative! They are very helpful too us older folks! They informed me about the wash plan i believe it was, i have to sign up soon!

Smooth service! I recommend going in the mornings because, for whatever reason, they are thorough with the manual cleanup before you go on to the automatic car wash. $19.99 for unlimited car wash for a month as of Feb 2019 is a pretty good deal. Definitely would recommend!

The little kid running the spray before the wash barely did anything before sending me off. Now, I’m fully aware that I’m not supposed to come in with a large amount of ice on my car and expect them to clean it off for me. But there was a very small amount on the front hood of my car I expected to be sprayed off. It was just left on to be batted and rubbed around by the equipment, scratching my hood up. Dumb people work here. This place is a joke

Love Mr. Carwash my only issues at times I have is I have to find a vacuum that works correctly. Other than that love a clean car all the time.

Its wonderful that they have so many locations now. They have packages that will give you unlimited washes. You can decide on the level of wash you want. Of course the more perks youd like, the more the package, but its fast, convenient and they do a great job. If it rains you can just wadh your car again the next day (with the package) What I like best is they do a great job of drying the car so I dont have a lot of wiping to do afterwards. The vacuums are free with wash and are powerful.

A nice consistent experience each time. I appreciate the monthly subscription but wish there was a price drop to add a second car. They would definitely rope us in with that one.

I actually canceled my monthly subscription to Mister Car Wash because my truck wasnt getting clean and I thought alot of the employees were either lazy or the company has restricted water usage in the beginning. I drive a truck and my back window never gets clean along with the first 8 of my tonneau cover. They never spray it off and the other car wash use to actually wash it with there soap brush. But what really upset me was when I go through and my truck is caked with salt and the person with the spray hose just stands there and doesnt do a thing. They should spray as much as they can, they should actually have a person on both sides spraying salt off. But we get nothing. Id rather pay to find a different car wash or wash it myself. Thats not the service I want for my truck.

Service not as good since it became Mister. Auto Spa paid better attention to detail, plus their prices were lower. And a $5 wash cant be beat, but sadly no longer offered.

Paid $18 for the Platinum, which is supposed to be Carnauba Hot Wax and the Rinse, but it didnt. They do a good job, but it seems some of their equipment isnt running correctly.

Express lane placed a yellow plastic scrape mark down the drivers side roof edge. We did not notice it until we got out of the car at Meijer. We returned to ask for help and the manager denied that it was caused by the wash even though we went nowhere else but the nearby store. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. They do not take responsibility for damage they cause.

The best car wash, since the facility up graded their equipment. Seven dollars provides you with a free vacuum, under body wash and two series of felt strips and mutiplde spinning brushes. My to go to place when I am on 28th Street.

My card was charged twice and I was told I could come back to get a refund. When I arrived the manager was once again not available and an employee gave me a piece of paper that said refund on it. Disappointed that Jeremiah communicated I could pick up my refund only to find that he only left a paper saying refund on it... Especially after it was like pulling teeth to even get a refund. They really thought I was going to bring in my bank statements to prove a charge I know their system shows under my account. It’s 2019..if you are still operating with a system that doesn’t show you payments received you may need to consider being in business. How inconvenient for the customer. What ever happened to SOUTHLAND CAR WASH?!?

Staff is friendly. This car wash use to spray the entire front and back prior to entering the wash. I pay for the highest level month wash and barely get half the windshield sprayed now. Also have running boards that would benefit from being sprayed especially in winter

Friendly staff, if wheel arches need work i ask them and they do it no questions asked! Great wash, cars come out dry, there is two new employees that could use some more training on spraying down vehicals, overall love it!

When coming in on sunday mornings, two employees are always ready 8am sharp and if im lucky they will open up the wash a few minutes early just for me! One of them is always outside making sure im doing everything correctly, and always makes jokes about the plan! Eventually ill get one. One is inside making sure my car is super clean! You can tell they are genuine people! I did come on another day and was treated completely different, hope to see them again on sunday!
