Family owned business. I would highly recommend them. I went there for a wash out they were fast friendly and professional I will definitely be visiting them again.

Poor quality, not a good management team. There’s a reason they are only going to be doing fleet trucks from now on and that is because company drivers don’t have to pay out of their own pockets and won’t standup to them when the quality isn’t good.

Great tank wash and really nice people work here. Owner and family members make sure that you are comfortable and at ease while getting your tank or truck washed.

Truck looks like it was washed by a pack of three years olds followed by terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money here.

Prime driver. Came here twice (time before this was in October), desperately needing a washout. It is supposed to be open at 0600. No answer on phone and nobody in office both times. Go to Great Lakes Tank Wash instead. Reliably opens at 0700.

Only had 2 people on duty and they said that theres a two hour wait for a trailer washout. Another democratic state who pays it people more to stay home than to work.

This was a very professional place to do business with. Theyre extremely busy and short staffed but otherwise no issues. I had a washout done and it was $55, the only issue was the GPS sent me to wrong area. Use Google maps. Its on clay Ave sw. Make right at first light off interstate and the place is in the middle of the block

Ive had washouts all over the country, one of the top 5 id say.

Told the young lady at the counter that I had kitty litter (oil dry) in the back of my trailer. (Like another driver the day before). She was very courteous and took my $40, gave me my receipt and told me to pull around to the outside dock. After a short wait a gentleman came up and asked if I had told her that I had 2 inches of mud in my trailer.(there were a few spots where it had piled up that high, but nowhere near that in most of the trailer) I told him I had told the lady at the counter it was like the gentleman the previous day. He said yes it was and this was the last time they would do it, dont come in there again. I wouldnt have a problem paying more for the mess, but Ill make sure we do as he said, I wont be back and Ill let my company know as well.Response to owner: It was dirty, youre correct and had you said you needed to charge extra it would not have been a problem. I would have paid it. You decided to tell me to never come back, so I wont. I was in the service industry for 20 years so I know the customer isnt always right, but the person being a jerk was you. (The reason I gave you 2 stars is because your daughter was very pleasant)

Very dark area. Use the first driveway to access the entrance for the wash bays and the wash pad (after hours wash). I came in for an after hours self serve washout. I went around the back of the building and the wash pad is on the right side of the building. It was a neat little setup. The instructions, and nozzle is inside of the shed. Pay $50.00 for up to 15 minutes of wash time. If you need more time youll have to pay again.

Friendly staff, got in quick got out too quick.And worst of all the 2 min conversation that went down between the guy in charge and the front lady before i walk in, as it resulted in me paying 30$ more than what i usually pay anywhere. Truck and trailer (flat bed) 90$ .I specifically asked for a lick and promise for the trailer. But a thorough wash for the truck. I ended up getting a lick and a promise for both.

When your hours are posted until 5pm you should be open until 5pm. 4:45pm and they have everything shut down after I drove 15 miles out of my way to get my dually washed. Thanks for nothing.Response to Owner - I was NOT just looking for a price. You told me that the buckets were already cleaned out. The lights were already turned off in the wash bays. The employees were already in their trucks leaving the parking lot. Nice attempt to cover for your customer service. Say what you want, but I didnt drive 15 miles out of my way to get a price. I live in the Lansing area and was in the area and needed my truck washed. Guess I know not to come back. I dont deal with businesses that lie to customers.

The best dry van washout. I needed the trailer to be CLEAN for a food grade load. After it was scrubbed, washed out, rinsed and the floor squeegeed dry.. with the personnel both opening and closing the doors, I was more than impressed. All finished for $40 and free popcorn as a bonus. 😁

They did a great job washing out my trailer last week. The woman working at the front desk was super friendly, as were the guys who did the washout. Ill be back whenever Im in the area. I wish they were open on weekends but what are ya gonna do?

This is the best Truck Wash in GRAND RAPIDS. Theyre professional, courteous and reasonable unlike their competition over across from the rear parking lot of the 76th Truck Stop. These guys do a great job at a great price.👍

Pulled in lot at 4:25 went inside, one other guy in line in front of me. Girl asks us what wed like at the same time guy comes in from the wash bay and hears him ask for just truck wash, and me also (Im in a day cab by the way) guys proceeds to say twice We Close At 5, Should Have Fn Came Earlier as he storms out. Me and other guy say guess you dont want our money, I tell girl its fine Ill just go to Preferred Truck Wash. So, just so you know there is another truck wash not to far away from this one,,, and theyre open until 6!!

After reading positive comments decided to stop by to get salt off the truck and trailer. Looked good at first. Half an hour later at a truck stop after all the water dried bottom half of the truck all around covered with white stripes from salt. Had to finish cleaning by myself with a wet rug. Need to do a better job rinsing off. Disappointed.Response to the Owner - The only way for me to address the quality of work in person was to hang around and wait for the truck to dry or to drive back later. Read the 3rd sentence in the original comment. YES there was NO charge for engine wash. I, mistakenly, thought it was because I had to wait for 2 hrs in front of the bay door AND was asked to reposition truck 2 times as they could not decide which of 2 bays I be going into. Owner needs to READ a comment before posting a snide reply and maybe as a courtesy offer a free wash next time I am in the area or even /gasp... a refund.Still gave the place 3 stars (ok), not 2 (disliked) or 1 (hated it). Which is hardly a negative rating considering I had to finish the job that I PAID someone to do. Downgraded to 1 star.
