This place does not work correctly, and they dont plow enough snow at their business. This place has faulty sprayers, my last visit I did not receive the wash I intended to pay for because the sprayer was broken.

I came to use the car wash and it took $15 of my $20 I put in... I’m trying to figure out who owns the car wash so I can get my money back.

Worst place in the whole city to clean your car. Every machine I stopped at to get an Armor All pad at took my money and dispensed nothing. As well as the actual wash itself. It has been this way for months. It is absolutely hideous and run down. Who ever owns this is a lazy cheap pig. If I could give 0 stars I would...

I have been here three times and each time it has found a new and interesting way to disappoint me. First time I go there, all settings were low pressure. Not the end of the world, but annoying sure. Second time I went, the line had burst which resulted in 2$ of quarters being used to gently mist the entire bay from the tear in the hose above my car. Third and final time was today and while the washer finally had pressure and seemed to function just fine, none of the settings sent any soap to the washer. All of them were just water.I have never seen the same failure twice, but it has consistently failed. Bravo, Alpine Car Wash. When it comes to disappointing, you never disappoint.

My garden hose is more pressure, didnt even have soap shoot out of the gun or the foam brush luckily only put in $2

Very low water pressure, no soap in either of the pre-wash or “high pressure” soap settings, the “high pressure” rinse had a silicon based chemical protectant in it which I do not put on my car and the spot-free rinse setting did not work at all. After putting $5 in quarters in, I had to go to another carwash to wash my car.I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Nothing more annoying then a machine that refuses to take your perfectly crisp $5 bill. Sooooo annoying.

What disappointment billchangers doesnt function no soap being dispense to wash vehicle. The city should just shut it down and demolish it. Build a new store in its place.

This car wash is totally a disgrace to Car Washes in Grand Rapids I stopped in today 6/4/16 and first there were no quarters in the coin machines ok so I get them at Wendys.After putting 2.00 in to start washing my car there was no Hot water no SOAP NO WAX the only thing that came out was cold water.So I asked another lady in another bay and the same with her also a guy in bay 1 as I was in 2 he also had nothing but cold water.The worst Managed Car wash ever I used to like using this 1 never again.

Worst place ever not only did it take my money but the washer nozzle did not work. Whats worst is there was no contact phone number or email to be able to contact anyone for complaints or refunds.

This place is terrible and ran down I am honestly surprised the city allows such a useless car wash to stay here, dont go here
