Way better service than Mister Car Wash. My car come out much, much cleaner because they spend more time on getting my car clean verses the production line at the other place!!!

Ive been to this car wash many times in the past and Ive always gotten the basic wash. This time I got the max wash because my car was extra dirty, however I really dont think it looks any better than it usually does with the basic wash. So I kind of feel like I wasted my money. I guess Ill just get the basic wash from now on.

The wash was economical and satisfactory. The young staff were friendly and polite. The entrance from 68th Street is not marked. We attempted to enter from Clay but had to back out because of the line on the west side of their building.

I had an incident in the carwash. Steve, the owner, was attentive and professional. He made the situation right. I dont think Id get the level of service I received at Anchor from a car wash named Mister. Support Local!

This is a great car wash, always appreciate it when the gentleman in his 40s is working. He has a nice personality. Car wash does a good job, cars move through at a good speed. Very little wait time.

They advertise deals on their sign. You get in line (and cant get out) and they tell you that you have to sign up for the deal online. Other than that Ive had no problems with them ever. Best place to go in South Grand Rapids.

Very friendly young man helped me. Like the free vacuums. A little awkward to park so the vacuum reaches both sides.

What a great wash! After this 3 week extreme cold spell, my truck had a good 1/2 of dirt all over. They got it bright and shiny clean. They didnt miss a spot. I will definitely return.

I cant say enough nice things about this car wash! We get the ultimate package (I think thats what its called.) And it does even the underside of the car which alot of car washes neglect! We love the service! The young gentlemen at the beginning of the wash always wave to my 7 year old and smile and when spraying his window kind of joke with him. My Son asks as a treat if he does all his homework if we can go get a wash! 😂🤣 We have the unlimited pass monthly so we are happy to go! Vacuums available ! Plus if you go at night its kind of a light show! Dont go anywhere else! I tell everyone this is the best money spent on a wash!

On February 17 2018. Went to go get a car wash. I had never been there. Thought they would do a good job...no they my car got hit in the car wash and they said it was like that. I know my car isnt new but I fake good car of it. The man wasnt even apologetic he said it was are fault. They we should gave talked to the guy in the big jeep that THEY let in before us. I wouldnt even give this place a star. I will NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONR I KNOW ABOUT THIS. AND HOW THEY HANDLED IT! I hope this helps people. We pay to much for our cars and this just makes me sad.

This is one of the few washes in town that will actually clean your car or truck. They dont rely on heavy chemicals that strip off wax. You get what you pay for.

I bought a new car in September, only car wash I have been going to because of the soft cloth method. No Longer, I discovered the brush they use on the back of the car by hand, scratched my car pretty badly. Great service and the main carwash is great. Avoid them using that brush.

Worst ever. I wash car shamed....Nice morning, stopped by 7:30 am Friday. Sign reads open. Pulled in guy comes outs says were not open. Besides even if we were I wouldnt allow your car in. Its. RUSTY. ???? Really????? NEVER AGAIN.

Went through this car wash and the car wash malfunctioned. Making all the car slam into each other. The man working here blamed it on our vehicle. He was extremely rude. And blamed it all on us. Do not use this car wash

Quick outside car wash, has a discount program

I ran out of quarters and needed a rinse so I used my card three times it did not turn on so I took my car over to the other stall and got my rinse, when I checked my bank Balance I was charged 10.00 dollars for a rinse.I AM WAITING to see if I get my refund, if I do I will write a retraction. Dont use the first stall.....
