Just had my 13 Subaru Outback paint corrected with a 5 year protective ceramic coating by Perfect Touch Detailing. The team did an amazing job!! The paint looks as shiny and smooth as the day I drove it off the new car lot. The owner Doug is very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Had my 18 year old boat exterior restored by Perfect Touch and picked it up today. The gel coat looks as good as new, possibly even better. There is a mirror finish, the black has depth to it again and there isn’t a single spot of oxidation. I highly recommend Doug and his crew for any detailing work. I will be a repeat customer for all my vehicles and boats going forward.

Perfect Touch Detail fixed major errors from another business and did an amazing job on my car! I bought this car in January and the dealership talked me into purchasing a paint protection package from Great Lakes Chemical for $700.00. I brought my car into GLC and had the paint protection done only to find out 5 months later that the paint protection wasnt actually done or if it was done, it was done incorrectly. I would have never known bc I myself, know nothing about detailing and paint protection. I actually brought my car into Prefect Touch to get an estimate for detailing and after talking with Doug the owner he recommended that I get the paint protection since I just bought my car and I told him that I had already had it done. He said he could tell that it wasnt done or if it was done, it wasnt done properly. After a bit of discussion, he showed my how he could tell that it wasnt protected and said that he has had several clients with the same issue from Great Lakes Chemical...them claiming to do a $700 job, but not actually doing it and/or doing it improperly. After that conversation, I checked GLC reviews and found that this seems to be a regular issue for them. Apparently they have been ripping people off for years. I went straight to GLC to find out what happened and let me tell you, no one in that building knew what they were taking about, let alone what they were doing. I ended up getting the regional manager of GLC to meet me at Perfect Touch Detail to take a look at my car and talk to Doug about how they prep cars, what chemicals they use, etc and ultimately he wasnt happy with the way GLC handled my car or the way they treated me when I brought up the issue. I got my money back from GLC and had Perfect Touch do the paint protection and they did an amazing job! My car looks better than it did when I bought it and I know its really protected now. I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Touch Detail!!!

Excellent service on my boat! I brought my boat in with several years of oxidation and water spots and they are completely gone. Couldnt believe how shiny by boat could be! I cant wait to see how the ceramic coating holds up.

Brought him our aluminum snowmobile trailer that is stored outside and primarily used in the salty conditions of the winter and the paint and diamond plate were in very rough condition.
