The tow company is a 5 star tow company dont get me wrong, but this 3 stars is based off the name Merls tow company. I think it would be cooler if you changed the name to Carls tow company to keep up whats hip. Merls out. Carls in.

Jason, our towing guy was very polite and professional. I explained to him what the issue was with our car and he knew exactly how it needed to be towed. In less than 10 minutes he had the car on his flat bed. He knew what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime. Good work, keep it up! And thanks for a great service.

Well he was quick. Arrived much sooner than 45 minutes and unlocked my car in less than a minute. I was happy 😊

Driver was great and very professional and took well care of my truck. Only reason for the somewhat poor review was due to how long it took them to get to my vehicle. I was told it would be an hour when I scheduled pickup....three hours later my vehicle was dropped off. Other than that no complaints

Adam the driver was awesome. He arrived early to pick my car up from my place of work. He was helpful in making some suggestions on car rentals and even offered to help carry some things from my car inside while I waited for my ride.

Dude Keith was our tow truck driver, he was awesome. The key wouldn’t engage in the ignition so we couldn’t put the car into neutral, Keith not only managed to get it on the flat bed like a boss, but he then got it off the flat bed and parallel parked it using the tow truck it’s self. 10/10 will do again and ask for Keith he is cool af.

We could not have been better served. It was sort of a non-standard tire change (our 30 travel trailer), but the technician did an excellent job. I highly recommend Merls Towing.

Drivers are great would give 5 stars, female dispatch is the cause for 3 stars. She quoted me $80 to tow me 4 miles, this isnt bad however my tow was actually 1.2 miles and I questioned her on this. She entered the incorrect p/u address, and still we were still charged about $76.

Only issue, did not call ahead to let us know which day they were coming .... which may not be Merls fault if insurance did not communicate this. We were told early next week on Friday. No one called so we had to scramble to make sure all days were covered despite our having to be at work..

I called Merl’s this morning to tow my vehicle because it would not start. I spoke with Rich on the phone ...excellent .... very professional and very courteous! Then Gary the tow truck driver came to tow my car ... asked me what the problem was...I said battery?! . put the charger on the battery and it started . Waited a few minutes ... he turned it off and back on ... he said it was probably the battery.Gary was also excellent professional and very courteous!! Called his dispatch ... the price was actually less since it wasn’t a full tow. Gary did ask me if I wanted it towed or drive it myself... I drove it myself. Thanks so much to Merl’s for their help today !!!

Respected my son’s car and our property when he arrived at our home. I would definitely call them again if needing a tow in the GR area.
