I’ve been dealing with after effects from previous surgeries. Every so often I need to come back for massages. Love the outcome every visit.

I had my first massage with Jamilah for craniosacral therapy for headaches last year. I have since had several for “knots” in upper back and shoulders, she even found some new ones!😉 Jamilah is very kind and calming and most of all, gives a wonderful deep tissue massage, hitting all the right trigger points! I also got in right away and she’s been able to accommodate me at different times. I highly recommend her!

Love going here for Cranial Sacral Therapy! (If you havent tried it, look it up and try it. You wont regret it.) My husband gets the full massages and loves this place as well. When you get into the building, go down the stairs on your left and its the first doorway down the hall.

I had a massage with Bhavna on 11/27/19. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure to work on my knots in my shoulders. I was sore the next day but in a good way because I know she did a great job! The massage was very relaxing and I could have fallen asleep during the massage!

The bodywork I have received from Jamilah at Healing Touch has been wonderful. She is very respectful, skilled and thorough. She uses the therapies shes trained in in creative, meaningful ways to provide a custom experience each time you see her, whether for addressing specific concerns/ailments, or for more general deep relaxation. One aspect of care at Healing Touch I admire greatly are the instructions and tools for maintenance work at home with trigger points. Ive learned a lot in the care Ive received from Healing Touch. She was kind, caring, listened, professional, respectful, the environment was very comfortable, great relaxing music, easy process. I highly recommend a Healing touch. After countless specialists (Chiropractor, Doctor, Physical Therapist, acupuncturist) I finally met Jamilah and she took a look at my WHOLE BODY as opposed to focusing on one speciality.So unlike all previous places I have brought my back pain who focus on the back- Jamilah dug deeper to find the actual ROOT of my back pain so we could target that instead of merely the symptoms.What was it causing my back pain we find out after years of torment?? MY HIPS WERE OUT OF LINE....All these other specialists could definitely confirm I had back issues but offered no solution or took the time to dig for the root.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF.
