I love this place for my kids... They make my babies feel at ease, everyone. Dr. Joseph is amazing at what he does and remembera us Everytime we come in and its not a act.. Im known as the foot lady (working in podiatry) he truly cares about his patients.... Shout out to his dental assistants he has Naomi and Deniyah were Wonderful with my son.

I am new to the area and I was very satisfied with this place. Very well kept organized, adorable setting for kids! And the staff was spectacular, going out of their way to make my son feel so welcome and comfortable. And Jocelyn (front desk) was so helpful!! Walked me through the process of signing my son up w them and provided the most sincere attention to me and my needs. My conversation w Jocelyn was the ice breaker & what made me sign up w this awesome place for my son! Was there last week and following up happily tomorrow for a procedure! Thanks so much y’all 😄

Our 5 year old has been a patient here since the age of 2. He is always in great hands and the entire staff really cares about him as patient and a little person! I highly recommend.

Do not recommend. They will always suggest surgery because its more money for they, less safe for your children. More practice for them, the more they hurt your children. I am mad at you stingy joseph for messing up my sons teeth. A stingy man hastens after wealth and does not know that poverty will come upon him.

After going to 4 different offices I have finally found an office that was able to take X-rays and do a cleaning on my son!!! Thank you for the patiences that you guys had him with!

Dr. Joseph recomended capping my 2 of my children teeth just for money 💰They always tell you worst than what it really is.Now their teeth came out distorted 😡😡 I can’t believe they play with health just for money. They will have to live like that tilI can fix it with braces and pay more money. Please don’t go to kids dentist

Ive been bringing my 3 year old here for about a year now. Great place for kids with bright colors, fish tank, videos games in the waiting area. Then when they are in the chair they get to watch the movie up on the TV or look at the lovely sea creatures on the walls. Staff is always so friendly. I can only make appointments on Saturdays so its a longer wait than it might be during the week but worth it. She gets a toy and/or balloon animal after her visit which she loves.

Love it here! His doctor always remembers him and explains everything completely to us. Would strongly recommend to other parents. Especially love that he doesn’t try to stop parents from going to the back with the kids no matter the age.

We have been using this dentist since my oldest was 6 months old shes now 8. Now all 4 of my children go here and we always have the best experience each time. The staff is always smiling, professional yet personable, and really know how to make your child feel at ease. I can not express how happy we are here. Dr. Joseph is a experienced well knowledgeable and also very kind. My kids love him and think he is so funny. I highly recommend this dentist office. If they ever leave the grand prairie area we will be sure to follow. 5 stars isnt enough to give thwm they deserve more

Im a dental assistant at a endodontist office for adults so I was fully prepared for everything that was going to take place, however my 4 year old wasnt but his visits have been EXTRAORDINARY! Dr. Joe is very honest and straight forward, theres no sugar coating. Everybody from the receptionist, the hygienist, the assistants, x-ray techs, etc were warm and welcoming. The whole facility is child friendly. Its a great atmosphere for children!!

First time taking my daughter and it was AMAZING! Five stars just isn’t enough. The helpers are great, very engaging! I loved how they took the time to explain all the tools and what they do, that way the kids feel comfortable. The dentist was exactly the same, nice, professional and extremely engaging as well. Perks, most of them speak Spanish.

I am a mother of 5 kids they have all been coming to see Dr Joseph Anwah for 10 + years. As a working mother he always had opening to fit my children in. The staff is so friendly and amazing the office so clean and organized. Love love ❤️ this office. I would never switch they are so comforting my kids have never had a bad experience or unnecessary work. Such an honest and wonderful office highly recommend it!

My son who is an infant was a new patient we arrived 12 minutes early for our appointment and we had to sit outside for 45mins in 97 degree weather before we were called. I did have the air on but that is a pretty long wait considering they wanted us there 15mins early. And something else that rubbed me wrong was I noticed the nurse or whoever greets you at the door held the door open for all 4 families that were called before us. All of those families were Hispanic. My family is not Hispanic. Once our turn came I assumed that was the protocol so I stood at the door waiting for her to open it. Some time passed and it never opened so I went in and the lady was standing right on the other side of the door waiting. I thought that was kind of strange considering she greeted the families before me while holding the door open for them. Also, I dont care for how the exam chairs are just in a big open room. No privacy at all. And even though I filled out 5 forms that was sent through an email from them prior to our arrival I still had to fill those exact same forms out once I got there. What a complete waste of time. However, I gave 2 stars because the doctor was really nice and explained everything very well. But I wont be returning to this office.

Great service! Every and any time I go for appointments they’re always so kind and time efficient so I can be in and out in less than an hour. My favorite dental assistant is Evelynn, I love how she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed every visit.

My 12 year old daughter has been coming here since she was five years old and we have always had the absolute best experience with Dr. Anwah, all of the dental assistants and front desk people. She was very nervous for a filling today but was able to make it through with an absolutely positive experience thanks to Dr. Anwahs patience and excelent work! I can not recommend enough! Dr. Joseph is AMAZING!!! My daughter has been coming here since she was 5 years old. She used to hate going to the dentist until we came to him. Now she LOVES coming and she is certain that she is Dr. Josephs favorite patient. But I am sure all his patients feel the same way. As a mother of 14 children, 10 still at home, they love coming to the dentist. Weve been coming for the last 9 years. The dental assistance are patient and loving. They are really good at distracting the kids during procedures, such as, fillings and crowns. Dr Joseph is the best. He understands parents concerns and always addresses them. My kids love coming here. Theres plenty for them to do in the waiting room, while waiting on their siblings. Everyone employed is an asset to the office. You wont regret bringing your child to this dentist.

First time here, I am completely disappointed. I was planning on transferring my kids here because its close to our new home. They are so unorganized and unprepared. The dentist was clueless as to who my daughter was. The dental assistants were so unprofessional and didnt communicate with each other as to what was going on. My youngest daughter had not had ex rays done on her and the dentist started examining her and wrote notes on my oldest daughters chart thinking it was my youngest. Its not hard to tell the difference from a 10yr old to a 6 yr old. It was a nightmare! I literally feared for my kids and having anything done to them. I wanted to grab my kids and just take off running out the door. Never coming here again; Ill just have to drive 30min to their old dentist.

While I have had 2 good visits with this dentist, I will NOT be returning. At my kids second appointment in August of 2016, I scheduled their next visit for 6 months later in February. I was very pleased at the time because they scheduled me for a Saturday morning at 11 am. This was convenient because I am a single mother of two that works during the week and try not to take off if I can avoid doing so. I ended up calling two and half weeks before the February appointment to see if I could make the appointment a little earlier in the morning because my daughter had started playing soccer and had a potential conflict. To my surprise, I was told that Dr. Anwar no longer wanted to do as many Saturday appointments and that Id need to re-schedule the original appointment. I asked why I had not been aware that my appointment had essentially been cancelled without my knowledge and was told that they would have called me two weeks ahead of time in a few days. I also wanted to know why they did not consider it a professional courtesy to keep appointments they had previously scheduled. I did not get answers to either. I was, however, told that there was a Saturday in March that they could put my kids on a waiting list for. I explained to them that I found this unacceptable since, had I been made aware a long time ago, I could have had the opportunity to be on the schedule originally. I was told I could speak with the office manager about this and have actually been on hold for over fifteen minutes now waiting, so I used some of the time to write this review!

Dr. Anwah is the best. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Its very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of video games and TVs to keep the kids entertained. At the end of your visit kids get a balloon and a token to get a price. Today we went in to Medical City to have dental surgery a total of four crowns needles to say I was very nervous about my seven year old going under general anesthesia. The office made the process very smooth, they were very informative and helpful with scheduling. We were the first ones to go in at 6am we were out by 9:30am. Dr. Anwah came in to check on my son more than once in the very little time we were there. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and I will recommend his office to everyone. I have a total of three children that come here twin 5yrs old girls and my 7yr old son. We all love this office 🙂

Really friendly staff with nice amenties. They just have an issue overbooking appointments so you wait a very long time for everything. They promptly call you back to be seated in the dentist chair, only for you to sit and sit and sit waiting for the dentist. After everything was said and done, I had to go find someone to help us because they forgot about is for 45 mins. Unacceptable.

I absolutely love the front staff. They were very helpful in scheduling both the office visit and the hospital visit for my 3 year old son. Everything was a smooth process and most of all the paperwork was handled by the office. I have referred many of my friends and family to this office for the special treatment of the kiddos. I will continue to take my children there for any treatment that they need.

I fell in love with the kid dentist since the 1st time I brought my son! One of the dental assistances Brenda made my kids feel so comfortable! & at ease! She also showed them how fun it can be brushing their teeth and keeping the sugar bugs away! The love going to dentist! Best staff EVER!

I love love love this clinic. Dr. Anwah and all his staff are so friendly, its like coming to a family reunion visiting cousins. State of the art technology, beautiful paintings, little animal facts for the older kids as well as adults. Its just a great atmosphere. My oldest was afraid of the dentists because a bad experience from some where else. Now he asks when the next appointment is . I love his wife too.

*** Beware ***I took my children here for a couple of years . And I loved this place & my children did as well. The staff is extremely friendly & so is Dr. Joseph! But we moved and I had to take them to a new Dentist. And when I explained to the new dentist the condition of two of my childrens teeth. That one had four cavities & the other one had two . That need to be capped but I chose not to have them done (because he wanted to put them to sleep to do them )even though Dr. Joseph said they really need them . She had x-rays done several times on them . And could not find one single cavity!!! Mind you my child he said needed four caps had already had to two done . He really wanted to do six total but I only allowed two . I feels so horrible that I trusted this A******!!!! And put my children through dental work they never needed!!!! And apparently he would get more by put kids under to do dental work . He willing to risk childrens life for fake dental $work$ !!! Beware this office uses a good atmosphere & smiles to win your trust . To get the money He wants from you or your insurance !!!!

I absolutely LOVE The Kids Dentist!! Dr. Joseph Anwah and his amazing team are good at what they do. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the kids get excited when its time for their appointment. Theyre always able to see all 3 kiddos at one time. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else!!!

Good doc, nice staff, and clean office but they always run soooooo behind!!! Every time Ive been, theyve always run an hour late. Small people hate waiting around. They have video game consoles in the lobby but only one was working today. They were also playing a movie but the sound was down so low you couldnt hear it.Get it together guys!

This place is 100% recommended!!!!!Its like mission impossible to brush my 4 year olds teeth..but when the doctor cleaned his teeth it was like he was a different kid.. They were fast and very concerned about the health of my two childrens present and future state of their teeth.. The dentist was outstanding.. She allowed both my children to be involved while cleaning their teeth. The receptionists where amazingly pleasant and the dental assistants where as well.. I can go on and on about this office... If your looking for a place .. This is it.. Your kids and you will love it from the time you walk in till the time you leave...Your office is the best #1 !!!!

I had my daughters going here the oldest is 5. They suggested I take her in to get surgery for some white spots on her teeth....this was after the insurance had reset so I’m sure they wanted to rack up the bill ....moving forward with my one year old I struggle to brush her teeth daily...blah blah blah. I’m an honest person at least I think. so when the lady asked “Do you bush her daily ?“ ...me. “Laughing anxiously well...no...she’s a fighter” (me trying to make it funny) ...the lady said something along the lines of “I have a small child too and I get it done”....idk maybe I’m being over sensitive🙄. I will not be taking my daughters here again.

I am so disappointed in Dr. Joseph. They told me that my four year old daughter had 5 cavities and possibly more and that she needed crowns! They said she needed to be hospitalized! I am so happy I got a second opinion because I couldnt believe that my daughters teeth were that bad. She rarely drinks juice or eats candy. When I took her to another dentist they took multiple x rays and they couldnt find not one cavity!! In fact they said her teeth were very good and said even if she did have a cavity all they needed was to fill it depending on the serverity of course. Please do yourselves a favor and get a second opinion.

The staff and Dr. Joseph Anwah were fantastic! My kids ages range from 4-15 and they loved it! From the moment you walk in you are taken care of and the atmosphere for the kids made them more relaxed. I was nervous since we had to switch dentists and insurance providers, but they actually look forward to going back! Dr. Anwah was so kind and engaging with the children and made sure I had all my questions or concerns answered before I left. One of my children did show beginning signs of a cavity, but he didnt want to fill it because the tooth would be falling out soon due to her age. I appreciated his honesty and integrity of not repairing something that is not causing pain and will not be an issue since that baby tooth will be falling out on its own in the near future. He just wanted to make sure she flosses and brushes the area well so it doesnt become an issue. I would highly recommend The Kids Dentist! I researched dentists in the DFW area and Im so glad our experience here was such a pleasant one!

My experience at The Kids Dentist was great the staff treats you well the Dentist is awesome. Both of them are. They really show that they care about your childs well being and the vibe there is always positive. The Dentists there really know what they are doing. And they do a great job. Words cant explain how good they treat your kid. The Kids Dentist is the first dental office where my child feels care for and is the first dentist where my children actually look foward to go too.

My kids have been going here for 10 yrs its a wonderful place to go. The dentist and his whole staff are very professional and really nice.

Was not too happy today wait was an hour for my 1year old check up.. as a dental assistance thats not acceptable at all!! Not only I waited, I waited another 20 mins in the chair waiting for the doctor as my child started to get fussing, he wasnt helping at all. Keep in mind it wasnt busying at all. Need to work on more fast paste assistance and doctors..

Dr. Anwah is amazing. My daughter, Eden G., has been seeing him since she was 6 months and I have always been impressed. He is always calm, has incredible patience, and is always very thorough with every visit. We were recommended to come here by another office because our kids needed work done and they are amazing! Games and toys nd the lobby for the kids. Dr Anwah is amazing and they were very understanding of my not wanting to put my daughter sleep to do the work which I am so great ful for

Took my nephew to this dentist. His first time! The dentist brushed his teeth and wasn’t very gentle. We saw the dentist Assistant and she gave us a bag with the kids toothpaste and a toothbrush that the dentist had used...before we saw the dentist, the dental assistant DID NOT take the toothbrush out of a package just out the same bag. We DID NOT see her take the toothbrush out of a package at all. That was unsanitary! In a about 2 days he developed a fever and cough, we thought it was a cold so we bought him Motrin and pedialyte. This happened on Monday. It’s Friday now and he developed white patches on his tongue and his gums were EVEN MORE SWOLLEN then they were before. The only foreign object that has been in his mouth is that toothbrush. Now we are at the EMERGENCY and he won’t stop crying, like he’s in pain. I’m not trying to say these people are not good dentists or dental assistants. They were very sweet and welcoming, the customer service was great but PLEASE WATCH THEM WHEN THEY TAKE THE TOOTHBRUSHES OUT. When I spoke with one of the assistants, she said my nephew already had swollen gums and that SHE HAS NEVER SEEN them take the toothbrush straight out of the bag and not out of a sanitary package. Me and my sister were there and saw everything the dental assistant was doing, SHE DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF A SANITARY PACKAGE just out of a bag that contained other things.

Great service, friendly staff they make you feel home since you open the door. I recommend Dr. Anwah 100% he is great with kids and he really care about their dental health. I drive over 45 minutes to come to the appointment, but is worth it all the way.

Doctor Anwah is awesome! All the ladies at the reception are wonderful and so kid friendly! The new office is so comfortable, big, and clean. With all the new toys and games, my son said, Its fun coming to the dentist now lol.... I love it, been with this doctor for 6 years and I wouldnt change him!
