Amazing service and the girls were friendly. Made me feel very welcomed and safe when I felt nervous coming to the dentist. Will definitely be coming back and going to start bringing my kids as well.

Yes I was very scared about going but everybody was super nice!! Eva was very attentive and very professional and the doctor was nice as well the lady who took my x-rays was super sweet!! So yes I do recommend Brident dental!

I had two appointments for my kids on a Wednesday. When we arrived, we were told that you do not accept our insurance and that yall called me on Monday. I received no call!! This was a waste of my time, especially since I had to get out of work for nothing. By the looks of your other reviews, you lack communication.

Called to make the appointment and today 1 day before my appointment they tell me that they don’t accept adult Medicaid!!! When I asked why that wasn’t told to me the day I made the appointment that it was the answering service who made the appointment and they were not aware that the Grand Prairie office doesn’t accept Adult Medicaid!!! Don’t waste your time with this office because I believe that is information that should be known!!!

First appointment. Each staff member friendly and professional. Doctor is very warm, nice, down-to earth, confident, clearly very well educated, properly trained and experienced. Welcome change from what I’ve experienced lately elsewhere. Clean office and exam rooms, modern technology but not at all fancy. Not wasting money on making an appearance for appearance sake or excess personal pride or showing off. So far I am impressed!

My kids love coming here. Dentists are friendly, as well as the staff. Even during renovations they keep a clean atmosphere. Been coming for 10+ years.

Dr Nam and Ava are so AWESOME!!!! they took great care of my daughter, and you could tell it was very genuine. What I loved the most was how they were with my daughter because going to the dentist is scary for adults so you know kids are scared but Dr Nam and Ava got my daughter through it with ease.. I was very impressed with Dr. Nam. I have always dreaded going to the dentist because I knew the pain I was going to feel with the injections. I only felt a little sting in the 2nd injection from the medicine going in. I have also been very tense the entire time I was being worked on at all my other dental visits. I was totally at ease with my visit. Loved the fact he goes into full detail about what is going on & what needs to be done. The staff was also wonderful. Definitely recommend this place.

I was able to get a same day last minute appointment which is great due to my hectic schedule. The petite black lady that did my exam was amazing and very polite. Ava and Doctor Nam were amazing as well (I’m probably spelling their names wrong). Everyone was thorough and the customer treatment is amazing! I think that I have myself a new dentist!

I had to go in for an emergency visit about a month ago and the staff and dentist were AMAZING! I had to have an emergency visit because I have a very sensitive set of teeth and I had been putting off a root canal. From the minute I walked in to getting in to my appointment I was over satisfied with my experience. I will be switching dentist and be using them from now on for all my appointments and needs! Thank you for making this process a lot more simple and less painful then it had to be!

Ive been here a couple of times now. I love that they are open Saturdays and that I didnt have to wait over a month to come in. The girls at the front are very courteous and very helpful with scheduling. The wait time is minimal. The dentist is patient and explains what he is doing throughout the procedure. I definitely recommend them.

I love taking my daughter here. The front desk receptionist and the Manager are always very friendly. The new doctor is great she takes her time and doesnt rush through the visit. She is very informative and interested in knowing any concerns you may have, also she is very paitient. She is also bilingual, which is great! I was in and out in a timely manner. So I’ve never personally been here I only spoken to front desk to set my mother an appointment from the time that this young lady answered the phone I knew I choose the right location. Such a sweet professional lady. My mother has hearing lost so this young lady Amber took her time to write on pieces of paper talk with hand movements for my mom. She called me for everything that needed to be done. When my mom got home she was all she spoke about. Yesterday we ran into her and my mom recognized her so quickly so I finally get to meet her mind you this is after hours not at work and she still displayed professionalism and represented her company well! An just went I thought she was the icing on cake she started to speak to my mother in sign language it was a little off but the fact that she tried she told me my mom made her go home and practice. I will forever recommend and send my family there as long as she’s there because that kind of customer service is hard to find. Thank you amber.

Every time I bring my kids here (9 & 4) they have a good experience. All the staff is very kid friendly, they know how to make them comfortable and they smile and laugh a lot. I will continue bringing my kids here until they are too old!Update(7/26/19): We still come here and still give them 5 stars 😊 Its been 3 years and we appreciate how friendly Dr. Nam and the staff are. They are patient and kind always.

Dr.Nam was very friendly and informative his assistant Eva was very helpful calming my son during his treatment. Amber in the front help doing the provider change as well my visit went fast and smooth and was able to get treatment same day.

The office staff was very polite. They took great care of both of my children. The only reason I wouldnt give them 5 stars is because of the wait. We got that at 4, which was the scheduled time of their appointments, and werent even seen until ten after 5. Not to mention we didnt leave until they closed at 7. Good experience overall. My job is a secret shopper and I’ve called this place about 4xs brought up scenarios to speak to manager they either say he/she is not In or busy they’ll take a massage and have him call back. I’ve popped in once In the morning to ask a question look so see if I see a manager nope just the 2 receptionist. Fast forward to my visit I went in as a limited girls were very sweet showed compassion I was passed back everything was fine then doctor enters he rushed through my exam didn’t show any emotion then finally this guy comes in tells me my prices and he didn’t show empathy or any emotions as well you can just tell he was more interested if I had the money or not. It’s safe to say this place just don’t care for their patients . Your just a dollar sign to them. Whoever is managing this place needs to manage better.

Honestly, the most incompetent dentist office I have ever experienced. The assistant explaining things to me did not seem very sure of what she was talking about. Not sure what they do here other than teeth cleaning and cavity fillings. They refer you to other dentists to get things done.

I had a root canal procedure and was at this facility for a total of 5 hours. I waited an hour before I was actually taken back to be seen. The front desk coordinator and lab tech were very apologetic and professional however the dentist himself and his assistant are deplorable. At one point the dental assistant was instructing the dentist how to hold his tools. The dentist himself could not complete his sentences or recall names of his instruments, leaving his assistant to complete his thoughts. In the middle of the procedure I had to be numbed again because the dentist and his assistant were working on other patients. By the end of my procedure all numbing had wore off and I was experiencing severe pain. When I was expressing concern about my pain levels I was told to take OTC pain meds that are off limits for me due to underlying health issues I had already disclosed. My previous dentists generally treated the pain with Tylenol 3 and gels but this dentist and assistant were not interested in hearing my concerns or speaking with my physician about my conditions and why I am limited in options. Protective eyewear was not given to me during the root canal which is extremely concerning as this dentist uses open flame when using the heated probe and gutta percha. There was not a technician that was introduced for the nitrous oxide as it was administered, nor was it monitor throughout the procedure. At one point I had to have them take it off so I could monitor what was being done because I knew I was in bad hands. Please take caution. I will be filing a formal complaint with my attorney.

Took my daughter here they was amazing!! We didn’t have to wait they had us in and out and my daughter had a blast the way they treat the kids is by far the best I’ve ever seen 1st time there and will always go there for now on love this place !!!

Ive been bring my daughter here for 3 years now. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and Drs are very polite and Ive never have any problems. The office is very clean and hygienic. I never have to worry about forgetting an appointment because Im reminded multiple times via text, email and phone call in a timely matter. Every time Ive been to an appointment wait times are always short and I see the doctor Very fast. I moved to mesquite, TX and Im still coming to this location because I like it so much and my 4 year old is never scared to go to her appointments. I highly recommend South Texas Dental!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I lost a filling, luckily they had several appointments available. I show up to my appointment, get xrays and sit in a chair for about 45 minutes before I saw the doctor. She told me they needed to numb me to fix the issue and clean my teeth. They told me they would be back. After another 45 minutes, which I asked about the doctor 2 or 3 times in that time period, I was in tears and going stir crazy. I asked how long it would be, when I was told ANOTHER 20-30 minutes, I left. I would rather be in pain all weekend than give them my business or money.

Its a good thing I have appointments there. And there always ready for patience. Thank you South Texas dental. Youre awesome.

The bad stars is because of the office manager Juvar. Apparently there has been a lot of clients who do not like him but yet he is still there. He’s very condescending and rude. I took my nephew in who was literally crying because he was in pain. Juvar had the nerves to tell me that there’s nothing he can do since I’m not the legal guardian. I finally threw a bleep fit and he gave in and said well, will need my sisters email with her signature. Keep in mind I went in because the cavity is killing my nephew. No sense of compassion whatsoever. He has the smart a** Attitude to say the email isn’t there even though I sent the email 15 times in a row! He tried to belittled me and said this is a work email so no need to worry about checking spam folder. Just when I started to complain to another person, next thing I see is a nurse running down saying we got the email after making me wait. The doctor and other staffs are nice and friendly. They are the reason I did not just say freak this and just walked out. Get rid of Juvar or else patients will eventually leave!

This office was AMAZING! My son was terrified and all the friendly faces and the friendly demeanor put his little mind at ease! I would recommend them to anyone with young children that are afraid of the dentist!

Appointment set for noon... its 1:15 and Im still sitting here waiting for a basic cleaning. 70 minutes to take a simple xray. office not as clean as other places. fully covered by insurance, and this is how Im treated?will not be coming back here, it would have been quicker to drive across dallas to a place that actually keeps appointment times. sitting here frustrated and hungry since a cleaning that should take 30 minutes will have taken 2+ hours.edit: now approaching the 2 hour mark and have not seen the dentist for a basic cleaning. wtf?
