Booked for a rental online day of. It was quick and easy! Tried my luck and went with the mystery car, I was pleased! The attendants at this location were helpful. Dan accommodated me and my situation being I had surgery. If he isn’t in line for employee of the year, I don’t know who is. He was very personable and understanding!! The service was good when I got dead they took care of me right away. I return vehicle and forgot my jabber a elite headphones I return vehicle about 5:45 p.m. when back at 6:15 p.m. and location was closed took a picture of the headphones Inside vehicle. Call 1st thing in the morning when they opened and spoke with Lizette she said there would return the headphones to me when they were found. She call me back and told me the headphones were not there. But I have Pictures of the headphones in the rental after the closed. I am upset that they would like and keep the headphones.

I had a great experience with Enterprise in Grand Prairie! They picked me up at the body shop to take me to their office to get my rental car. When I returned the car a week later as my car was repaired, they were very willing to drive me to the body shop to get my car. Joey was excellent! He was very nice and professional. Great place. I rented a truck for the weekend, it was clean and new. I needed it for a couple extra days, I spoke to one of the clerks and she gave me the right information on what to do for my extension. Everything worked out just fine. Looking forward to coming back.

This Enterprise made my rental car experience very pleasant. They picked me up from the Champion Collision Repair Center and brought me to their office. When I returned the car as my car repair was finished, they drove me back up to Champion. Joey was excellent and made everything quick and painless.

We got a rental car and the out lits didnt work so we couldnt charge our phones there was a shortage in the lights so we got pulled over ...the last one we rented from there the radio would work then randomly searching for signal we have ended up in 3 rental cars in past month and i can say only one was prob good but my daughter found a match under the seat and it went right into her mouth ...(we dont smoke )

I rent a car from this location once per month to go out of town to visit family. I get in and out at pick up and drop off. This location is very busy but the representatives are always smiling and friendly. I will continue to use this location for future rentals. Great customer service!

Rented last month was not asked for additional documents (utility bill, etc). This month was asked for documentation. Had to leave and ask for a pick up. Pick up was 2 hours later. Wife gets picked up gave the documents to the associate. The associate said she did not need them. ????? I just thought there may need to be more product training. However; I think the male associate needs more diversity training. He making me think he saw me as criminal.

Great service! I was greeted as soon as I arrived. This was rental car for accident, so they had everything ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The location is convenient and I was able to leave the car at the body shop when I picked up my car and they took care of returning it.

Dont believe the poor reviews. Things are not like that at all. I got in, got out and had no complications. They were kind, attentive and accommodating. I was very late turning in the car and they didnt charge me the extra day. I would definitely give this location a try. Ask for Mariam she was great!

I reserved a rental for my mother and aunt to take a quick road trip, I explained to my mother not to get ther insurance being I pay extra on our autos so decline it being she is on a very fixed income.An low and behold the guy at location some how way got her to sign it, that was just low of him. An the kicker, I feel he knew what was he doing based off him not being at work on the return date.

I use this location often, this is my first time not satisfied with my service. The car was smelly. Almost like a sweat smell. I paid for the gas, was told to bring back empty if possible. If it was not empty they would refund the difference. It was not empty, I asked the rep if I was getting the difference back? He stated he forgot about 6and would fix it. This was not fixed nor refunded the difference. I hope the satisfaction at this location is not going down.😲

I drive a dodge charger and they give me a Nissan versa as my rental. It pulls to the right, brakes grind, has acceleration issues on the highway, and the passenger seat belt doesnt secure properly, and when I go to swap my car so I can be in a safe car, they are closed at 12 on a Saturday. I get off at 12 on Saturday so Im screwed. They will give you the worst car possible. Go elsewhere.

Now Ive always rented my car from this location but on thia occasion,it wasnt for leisure. I was in an accident and had to get a rental per my insurance. I was greeted told to sign in. I was greeted by the most smug guy. Mumbled when speaking to me not providing good customer service. Was told I couldnt use my uncle,who was the insurance holder,debit card to make the deposit which resulted in him having to leave work and he wasnt happy. Got my car and inspected it and noticed there was a ding on my driver door. When it was brought to the guys attention he asked condescendingly,Is it bigger than a dollar bill,and I said no and refused to come look at! Signed my papers and when I asked for my keys,he answered walking away in a nasty disregarding tone,they are in the car. No thank you or nothing. If this is how Enterprise treats insurance related customers,youve lost one..

I would give less than one star if I could!! They assured me that I would have a rental for immediately that i needed due to my car breaking down . AFTER giving him all of my credit card information over the phone and booking it, I was called back to be told they did NOT have a car at this time! WHAT a WAIST of MY TIME!!! It is not their practice to prepare a car with a full tank of fuel…, I wish it was. I prefer returning a vehicle with a full tank, as I got it. It removes any chance of over-paying. There was a noticeable improvement, with the new, or latest manager, of the time it takes to pick up a vehicle. There have been abhorring violations, regarding this in the past. Very rarely, have we received a vehicle that did not smell like smokers had been in it. Do not expect a vehicle to be detailed, often there is some trash in it and they simply do not wipe it down after a wash.This is the cheapest option for corporate needs .It will never be a personal choice.

Had to wait almost 2 hours to get a car. The rep could not find our reservation by name, yet would not reserve our spot in line while we searched for our reservation number. After we were checked in, they didnt have a car available for us, so they had to have one brought in from another location. No one seemed apologetic for the wait.

Customer service was good, no issues there. But I made reservations for a pick-up and they forgot about me. I called them back to find out if they were still picking me up. They sent somebody right away. When I got to Enterprise, I waited for about 15 minutes for the next available service rep who requested proof of insurance. I do not recall previously being asked for POI and since I do not carry it with me I had to scramble to locate my insurance agent. I believe I would have been out of luck if it had been after business hours. I mistakenly thought I would be on my way with a car by 3 PM; It was 4:30 before I had the keys to the car. I did overhear one service rep tell the other service rep that his guy did not need POI. Why not?

I wish I could say nice things about the service but, they were 1 hour late picking me up to get my rental after I had already waited 2 hours for the time they would have someone available to pick me up. Then the car was dirty. The oil change light was on. I do have to say, they must have had a meeting when I returned the car because I was 2 hours late on the return and they did not charge for that. Keep trying guys and gals you will get a great rating soon if you try.

My car was serviced by Service King under warranty. The rental was for only one day. Upon returning the vehicle, the Enterprise associate informed me that the charges would be taken care of either by Service King or Allstate. To my surprise I was charge the one day rental without any notice.I reached out to Service King and Allstate to get a refund. However, I dont believe the onus was on me to rectify the issue.

Called ahead to notify would be renting vehicle using debit card as have done numerous previous times with Enterprise. Yes they charge a 250 dollar deposit in addition to cost of rental. Not this location. This location has a whole different set of unwritten policies. Cant rent from them if you live in Arlington since they are in Grand Prairie, a whole 8 miles away, was called a liar when I pointed out have rented multiple times previously using debit cards, even from their location, was told to leave and not come back when I asked to see this new set of policies. Dont patronize this location as their customer service is horrid. Im not saying to stop using Enterprise, Enterprise is by far, my opinion, the best place to rent from. This location is just the exception, should really be looked into by upper management to see why their customer service is failing so badly.

I locked my keys in the trunk of the rental & was locked out with my son at a grocery store. The manager actually came out himself to try & open the car & take my son & I to the enterprise to get another rental. He called a locksmith & requested that they bring a replacement key asap which they did. He even kept me aware of the spoiled milk in my sons diaper bag so he wouldnt have any. Good customer service even in a sticky situation.

If I could give negative stars I would. Like other reviews have mentioned, beware of fraudulent charges. We were charged insurance that we did not approve. Car rental for two days was only $46. We ALWAYS waive coverage. Was charged $28/day of insurance coverage that was not approved and that cost more than the car rental! When we asked enterprise to produce the paperwork showing our signature for that, they would not produce any paperwork. This is thievery. Im assuming the manager, Jim is responsible, but who knows. If you rent here, please save your paperwork so that you can have extra charges deducted when they mysteriously occur.

Tried to get the guy behind the counter to explain to me why the website said he was not qualified to determine if my insurance was suitable then why was I required to buy additional insurance? Bought it anyway then he said he needed to put a $250 security deposit on my credit card (even though I just agreed to purchase his insurance) under my breath I muttered Thats retarded instead of offering an explanation he said Thats unacceptable I dont use that kind of language I said What Thats retarded?. Enterprise associate was friendly but not thorough. He got the car washed, pulled up and gave me the keys, and had me sign the paper work. He did not do a detailed walk of the car with me. When I go to return the car (at a different location) they tell me I will be charged for a dent that I know I did not cause.I immediately called corporate (Friday evening) and they told me someone will call me as soon as possible. I did not get a call until Wednesday afternoon, then they tell me they knew the dent was already there. So you make a customer panic for three daysWorst part is I told them I would leave it alone but please do not send me a survey as I would be totally honest

My son got a car from this place after being in an accident. I put my cc on file since he doesnt have one, but later called to ask them to remove it. WHICH THEY AGREED TO DO. Then they charged my card, anyway, then denied that theyg agreed to remove my card. So I called and Michael, the manager, rudely told me that no one had agreed to that and refused to reverse charges. I wouldnt be complaining had they just told me they werent going to remove my card in the first place.At any rate, its been over 2 months and they have yet to even address this matter with me, despite several assurances that the matter would be looked into.Lessons learned here:*DO NOT use your card to help your son get a rental car. That b*****d is on his own until this is handled or he pays the credit card bill.*DO NOT believe anything they tell you over the phone. Go in and get it in writing.*Michael lacks the people skills needed to be in the position hes in. Maybe Enterprise doesnt care that their managers are rude to their customers.Proceed with them at your own risk. I will not be using this company in the future.

So, I accidentally had my rental towed and paid a very large fee for them to retrieve the car. That was fair. However, the car was locked and the tow company did not have access. There was a piece of musical equipment in the back that went missing and NO ONE at the company would help. When I called the location I rented from and asked them nicely about what I could do they gave me the number for corporate.The girl who gave me the number for corporate was laughing the entire time and actually had given me the phone number to some food tip hotline.Rent a car from these guys at your own risk.

This location is great the employess that they hire are very helpful and they also help you get the best rates. They have great cars on their lot as well. They are very fast. They do not have you waiting long to check in or out. They have been their for years and everytime I have rented from them I have always received a good experience at this location. One time I rented a car and the gas was horrible well all I did was called and told them about the issue and they handled that issue immediately. They offered me another vehicle but I was already out of town so they just adjusted my bill. It was zero hassle. I believe in treating people right because it is the right thing to do well ENTERPRISE has always treating me with care. I am just very appreciative of the service that I get everytime I need to rent a car. These people are always there to lend a helping hand. 🙏 Thanks so much again for a awesome experience. No one likes to deal with accidents but if you drive in the DFW it is a matter of time. Having been side swiped by a driver I had to deal with insurance, rental and even accusations. Regardless Enterprise made a difficult time easier. Thank you Enterprise your staff was friendly and courteous.

Enterprise is MY & my companys exclusive rental car place. I would not consider other rental car companies--except, as a last resort. They pick you up & drop you off & the attitude of the people working there is the best. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is: Due to their popularity, almost all the time now, I have to wait a long period[up to 45 mins, the last time] to drive out in a rental car.

They forgot to pick me up but once called to remind they made accommodations. The car i received was supposed to be a non smoking car but it had cigarette burns and stunk of smoke. Since this was the only car they had I had no other choice but to get stuck with this vehicle.Customer Service was great but they need help in all there aspects.

Enterprise off I20 in Grand Prairie is a piece of cramp! The manager sucks. I rented a car for the weekend and because he was ready to leave for the day he rushed me out the door and into a car. All he said was initial here and here. Dont worry about the gas or anything I will place it on empty so you can bring it back empty. I dropped the car off on a Sunday and Monday I was charged gas fees and $15.00 per day for insurance. I have full coverage insurance and was not asked if I wanted or needed additional insurance. This happen in March and for a few months the manager was saying he would refund me the money, now I cant get him on the phone. Worst enterprise location ever!!!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Marcus was the person who came to pick us up. Although it wasnt until half hour later than the scheduled pickup time, Marcus was very nice and professional. Their location was really busy on the day we were supposed to be picked up. There was a hailstorms and lots of hail damage on cars. They took care of us right away and we were on our way in less than 15 mins. When we went to return, we were in and out in less then 10 mins. Everyone is nice and friendly and professional in this location.

PLEASE BEWARE: Slick sells talking agents. Whitney and Mangement there are crooks and they think it is funny. I signed a rental agreement with the quote of a .58 cents a day overage that the insurnace company did not cover. I turn in vehicle after 30 days and a $6.78 tax per day was charged to my account.Called the location and corporate office with no luck and return call back. I explained to Whitney about the overage 3x. They dont care, now Im out $200.Their reputation should mean more than $200.Another thing....SUV was given to me dirty as HELL!

This was messaged privately to Enterprise Facebook page and I was told that I would be contacted. 3 weeks later and no one has contacted me.To whom it may concern,I am writing this letter to express my displeasure with the treatment I received on April 7th, 2018 at Enterprise located at 3060 W Interstate 20, Suite 1, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. On March 31st, I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled and I sustained bodily injuries. The insurance company set up arrangements for me to receive a rental car from the above-mentioned location. On Wednesday April 4th, I visited the location to reserve a car for pickup on Saturday April 7th. Upon arrival, I was advised to sign in and someone would be with me soon. When my name was called I gave the information needed and was taken to a Toyota Corolla outside. Upon opening the door, I realized that the car was unclean and had no floor mats and a huge visible hole in the carpet. I was not pleased with that. I don’t consider myself to be picky when it comes to rental cars but I do not like filth and do not like visible holes. When I expressed that did not want that car, I was told that the only other car available was an SUV and that either the insurance company or myself would have to pay extra for that car. I told the rental car agent that the car was unacceptable and he made the remarks that this is a “cheap car” and we only have to give you something to get you from point a to point b. I called the insurance company but no one was available on Saturday to change my reservation.Meanwhile, I noticed that there were several cars that were available parked outside the facility. During the hour and 20 minutes that I was there, I watched several customers who came in after me escorted to those other cars while I was only offered the corolla or an SUV (that was an older model car that no one else was going to want as well). I brought this to the personnel’s attention and I was told that “those customers probably already had reservations”. I then told said, “So did I, I came in on Wednesday and made a reservation.” I then told them that it seemed to me that the people whose vehicles were being paid for by insurance were the only ones being offer the substandard vehicles and if we wanted a decent vehicle we would have to come out of pocket for it. I assume this because there was one other couple there who was in the same situation and they were told the same thing I was. I was also told that I could take the vehicle to another location and trade it out. Why would I have to do that when you have other vehicles available? I was told that it was because I was suppose to have a midsize vehicle. If I was offered an SUV that I would have to pay extra money for wouldn’t it make sense to at least offer a smaller vehicle that I would not have to pay more for? I ended up leaving in the SUV which I later took to another location on Sunday and traded out for a better vehicle. I was never given a valid reason why I was not offered any of those other vehicles. The insurance company is being charged 27.99 per day for the vehicle rental. As I researched the cost of renting vehicles, that is the same price that the other customers were paying to rent their vehicles. Why was I treated differently than those customers? Why were there different rules? Why was the vehicle I was offered unclean with holes in the carpet and not given another reasonable offer.This treatment is extremely unfair to those of us who have been in car accidents. After dealing with the total loss of my vehicle through no fault of my own, suffering bodily injuries and the stress of finding another vehicle; I should not have to deal with the added emotional stress (to the point of being in tears) of dealing with the injustice that I faced on Saturday. This place isnt even worth having the name Enterprise. My dish detergent has better customer service skills than they do. I call the guy puts me on hold for almost 5 minutes. I hang up and call right back twice and no one answers.

I had the worst experience ever customer service was horrible, I picked up a vehicle that apparently had a expired plate and a good expecting sticker was not for that car. I was driving and got pulled over by a cop due to him running the plates and showing expired I showed him my rental agreement and he called to verify and no one ever answered the phone, on top of that I had to wait for a while he finally let me go and asked to to take the car back cause it was a problem for me to be driving it so I did, none of them had a clue why the car was given to me that way all they said was we dont check that when we give out our cars. The sticker number and plate are totally different dont understand why they wouldnt son to their job and verify stuff. Then a month later I get charged on my account of toll way fees that I asked how that worked and they said dont worry about we will take care if it for the inconvenience, then I call them directly to ask why I was charged and his answer ( Michael the manager ) was thats a 3rd party we dont have nothing to do with it call them. So I did and they said they couldnt do anything so I was left out of more the 20.00 for a going through the toll way once that day . They also charge fees of 7.95 a day and a service fee on top the the toll tag fee what a rip off . What bothers me is the fact I asked and I was told not to worry about it. When I called to get help Michael the manager was rude and was avoiding to help me and hung up on me when I was letting him know what awful service I received very un professional . Never will I go back their and will let my insurance company know I will be dropping them due to having to deal with a company like this.

They don’t answer their phone. Was placed on hold several times and no one ever answered after placing me on hold. The third time I called back it just rang and no one ever answered. Pretty useless.

This place is has always been good to me and my family and friends didnt know what to think when Allen left but mike and Joey and Andrew have been very professional and I still send everyone I know them
