Don’t rent a car on this location, worst service ever. Booked a 7 seater online went to pick it up in this location they charged my card knowing they don’t have a7 seater in the lot. Went outside to check the car with the rep it was a 5 seater and she acted as if she didn’t know it was a 5 seater. I canceled the order and requested for refund, a week later no refund just getting a run round .

Adrian* and keida*!! I was having a bad day and experience with other car rental places but when I came to the location of southwest and 20 they changed my whole day around. Wonderful people. Adrian got me in a better car then I was looking for in my price range. Keida helped me get in and out without a problem and had the best attitude doing it!! Loved the southern hospitality I longed for. Been awhile but love to know it still exist!! Thanks guys!!

They charged me 101$ dollars because I didnt have the car full before I bought it back. That is rediclous, it only takes 35$ to fill it up and I think I was over charged for no reason. I would have been late if I stopped at the gas station and probably would have been charged for that, smh I will never rent from there again. Total ROBBERY 🤬

Literally the best budget experience. It wasnt a hassle or a complication. I received my car upon arrival is a timely manner. IN AND OUT! after 2wks with my rental I was greeted before even entering the door to get the keys and expect the vehicle. I have rented from budget (in another state) and it was by far the worst experience of my life. The customer service will definitely keep me coming back!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! Booked reservation a week in advanced got there to pick up the car and was told by the RUDE customer service lady they had no cars and had been robbed. She tried to call me, but there was no number listed ... complete BS, they could’ve emailed. I did not believe it for one second what she was trying to tell me and her attitude is terrible. She does not need to be in the front, she is an employee that needs to be kept busy in the back. Worst experience ever, never again. This establishment is GHETTO..... go to ENTERPRISE RENTAL.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Thankfully it only lasted an hour. When they had no cars, they recommended I call other rental companies and provided no assistance. When they finally offered what was apparently their last car, my pre-paid reservation was denied. They couldnt help with that so I spoke to customer service for 20mins before cancelling it all. Its hard to imagine a worse experience in so short a period of time.

I made reservations and upon arrival at 5:30pm, was notified that no cars were available. The rude white lady stated that Crystal was suppose to call me, howeve I received no call. Nor did anyone offer an apology or any assistance on getting a rental at a d different location. Nor was anyone working at the location wearing a mask, as stated on their website. Thank goodness the Enterprise connected to the Service King across the highway was able to provide a vehicle 5min before closing.

I rented a car last week rerented today very good fast and reliable

It was pretty good, needed it to deal with a death in the family. The staff are very efficient & empathic though they make it seem effortless.

Agents are passive. They Just recommend you to do your research.

I’d originally given this location a 5 star because of the great customer service experience I had but the gentleman who usually helps me out was not there the day I went and I was helped by a rude lady. She had no customer service skills was beyond rude and charged me extra. The car had a few pieces of grass and told me I needed to go clean the car or she’d have to charge me extra for the cleaning. I have rented at this location many times and at times miss a few messy situations my toddler leaves behind and I’ve NEVER had to deal with someone so rude and over a few pieces of grass that I might have picked up anywhere on my shoes and left behind.

I would give them the 5 stars! People is friendly and nice...my only issue was the car-size categories they have and I assume is more a company issue than a branch issue. I requested a medium size and it stated it would be a Chrysler 200 or similar, and I got a Toyota Corolla instead...I dont know who says these are similar size cars!!! A medium size car fits 5 people comfortably, you cant do that in a Corolla...our stuff didnt fit in the trunk so I had to waste half day til I could upgrade my rental. I ended up with a good deal because they upgraded me with an small SUV for not to much extra money. But anyway, just be aware of the variety of cars they put in the same category before you rent it.

Quincy is the best! Me and my Father called him requested the car we wanted for our trip. He was right on it and provided GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best location great prices. This is our neighborhood location best in DFW. They cant guarantee the exact car but will at least work with you on different choices. Will come back to this location l.

First time ever getting a rental. I made a reservation on-line. It was fast and easy. The place did not have the vehicle I chose but I did get a free upgrade which was well worth it. I will definitely have to use them again!

Out of cars. Overbooked. They have nothing for me even though I made a reservation 2 weeks ago. Ive been waiting for over an hour for a delivery or the person working to clean a SUV that I apparently will have to pay the difference on even though its not my fault

I never give reviews unless there was extremely exceptional service or really poor service. In this case, it has been extremely poor! When making a reservation online, the quote is at a better price than calling for a reservation. On two occasions when I made online reservations, online showed compact vehicles being available. I spoke to a representative to ensure the compact vehicle would be available. Upon arrival on both occasions, they mentioned that no compact vehicles were available. Such MISLEADING information gives the company a bad reputation!!!

Pre-Paid for a reservation to pick up at 8:00 am. Got a call at 7:58 that no car was available and we would have to down grade for the same price. Needing a car, we decided to look at it. The car was filthy! Dog hair everywhere. Could not do refund on site, had to call a 800 number and is now going to be 3-5 days to receive the refund.

I rent from this location all the time and will continue. The staff is very courteous and always do their best to place me in a vehicle comfortable for me. I would certainly recommend this location to others and will continue to rent from them!

Good very nice CSR working alone is not good. CSR was cleaning vehicles in back no one at front desk. Need 2 people but CSR was nice.

Terrible service. Dude over the counter absolutely sucks and has a horrible attitude. Told me to leave and to just go to Hertz rent a car, thats pretty impressive service never seen anything like it. Will never rent from avis again.

Tried to get a rental car after making reservations. They DID NOT have any car. This was the second time this has happened.

Horrible how this location treated me after I spent over 1800 dollars. I will never rent from budget again. Enterprises rental is were I will stay.
