It’s a goodish aAnytime Fitness. I have visited over 100 nationwide. The 4 stars are because the floor plan is rather small and I am guessing if you visit at peak times it would be difficult to access the equipment in a timely fashion. There is only one free weight squat rack for example. It’s clean, well stocked and nice shower. It seems to have improved since my last visit. Keep up the good work Grand Junction Anytime Fitness!

Clean and easy to use. My first time there after using another Anytime Fitness was good. The only improvement Id recommend after one time is to add a landmine base for use with an olympic bar.

The man who runs the place is very well mannered and was a lot of help getting me signed up. After a couple of weeks I decided this gym is not for me only because the equipment type is limited and to be honest, I really dont like that theres only one ladies bathroom with one stall and one shower. I can only go during the night because during the day it is very busy and Im not able to utilize the shower etc because no one would be able to even use the restroom. This is really the only reason I decided to not go with this gym. It did however feel very safe and secure. I like the 24-hour access and the key card. And the price is affordable.

When l first start coming to the gym everything was clean and organized. But now the floors looks like they probably clean ones a week,no paper towels in bathroom to dry hands no hand sanitizer l think they can do better

Aperently the owner here thinks im difficult.. so i guess i will be then ...seemed friendly but is a bit of a snake behind my back conspiring against me with there family member that owns another anytime gym in the area. Im pretty sure its because i ask questions and Im a straight forward type and they both seem to like to beat around the bush rather then be up front. And i guess im a direct and upfront person and that upset them. Im sure they both will lie or beat around the bush or change the subject rather then appologize for there bad buisness ethics. But i dont seem to have these problems at other gyms but it seems a growing problem at anytime fitnesses. As Ive been with any time fitness for over 10 years and it just seems like there customer respect has gone down hill fast.Id recommend the local rec center.

Extremely worn out. Waterfront has been broken since we visited one time two and a half years ago. Air conditioning appeared not to be working. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Just poorly managed. Broken equipment, vending machine isnt working, etc. Just seems like a lot of corners being cut to save money which in turn is just annoying. Glad this is not my home AF and Im just passing through

Great place to work out! Everything you need, super clean, always maintained, and friendly helpful staff! Been going here for two years and the new owners have really turned that place around. I couldn’t be happier to have such a nice gym so conveniently located!

Liked the gym. No kettlebells but thankfully they had a squat rack.

This place is awesome! Always so clean, everyone is super friendly that goes there, and the manager Dalton is very nice and helpful whenever you need a hand! I would recommend this gym to anyone who’s looking for a nice gym that’s not overly crowded.

Happy that its under new management! Tried Mesa and did not like the crowd or the waiting, came back here and glad I did. Dalton is the new manager and seems like a good dude.

Must be an exclusive club. Called for inquiry, No answer and no room for Voicemail. Rang the doorbell, Non-members welcome ring doorbell No one came to the door. Even asked online and was given a message saying someone would be in contact shortly, that was 2 days ago... Dont want my business fine, Planet fitness is better anyway.

This gym is great! Didnt really know about Anytime Fitness before my experience here or what their set up was. 24 hour access, members having a key. Gym is well-equipped and clean. Staff is great. Eddie is open and gregarious and is probably why place is so comfortable and friendly for the widest variety of people and fitness types from muscle heads to senior citizens. Definitely recommend it!

Awesome spot to go if youre just looking for an old school gym. It has everything I need without all the extra B.S. like Golds. I dont need a rock wall and cycling theater. I need somewhere I can go thats open 24/7 365, and this is the only spot in town that offers that kind of service. The owner is awesome, friendly to all, and goes out of his way to make sure youre comfortable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I havent yet had my own experience, but was impressed with the Owner, a really personable guy that answered all my questions, completely crushing any doubt I might of had by a bad review. Someone gets mad, tells 10 people.Why arent those other 1000+ happy customers speaking up...too busy being happy! 😁

Love the gym, and would love to give 5 stars, but we gotta do something about the smell. Air flow/proper ventilation is must in any gym. There are also scentless odor absorbing air fresheners that would be a quick fix with big impact!

Great neighborhood gym. Friendly people, friendly staff. Those of you posting 1 star reviews for last year because of lack of staff...well the owner had a very serious (life threatening) illness. Cut the guy some slack. Great to have you back Eddie!

Good equipment. Awesome 24/7. But it is near impossible to contact anyone working at the gym. Awesome place to workout just not any good business practices.

Positives: Spacious for an AF, equipment is in good shape, patrons are nicest out of any AF Ive been too, people actually re-rack weights (well mostly), never busy.Negatives: Floors are filthy, dbs need a good cleaning, mens bathrooms are dirty and always out of stock of tp/pt/soap, lately sanitizing wipes have been out of stock, owners/staff are hardly ever around during staffed hours. Had to cancel membership and was difficult to get a hold of.

This is solely regarding their inability to communicate after taking your money. They are quick when making a new membership (10 minutes to return call), and then ignore you after that, a member got very sick and could no longer use their membership, and has been given the run around for two months, as they are impossible to contact. They continue collecting their money through a third party financial service (who also cant get ahold of them) to make it extremely difficult to cancel or contact them about billing in any way. Taking your money, that seems to be their only concern. I understand business, and these people fall short on being concerned about maintaining a genuine care for their members after they have them committed to a contract, and know they can ignore you.

The gym is in great shape and the owner is a great guy who has a lot of experience in fitness, very helpful and patient

Signed up during one of their gimmick promotions. They did not give my friend their free month for referring me. Also as summer came on it got hotter and hotter in the gym. It is 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the gym during summer. Also you have to move clear out to Loma to be outside their contractual attendance policy. After a bit of lip service from Eddie (the owner), they have not fixed the temperature, they have not worked with me on my moving too far away, and they do not return phone calls.

Ive been trying to get ahold of them for over a month to get a membership and no return phone calls or email. Their mailbox is full and cant leave a voicemail.

It’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. When we went cancel our membership they made us go through their money collections company ABC Financial. When we spoke with them we were told that in order to cancel we needed to email them a written notice stating we were canceling and that we still had to pay for the next month. Absolutely ridiculous. Our next payment date wouldn’t be until March 2. Every other gym cancels you then and there and you can finish out the last month that you paid for.

Nice gym with few people so there are plenty of free machines.

Equipment is in good shape and the bathrooms are clean. Usually not overcrowded.

Nice. Doesnt have the latest equipment or a separate aerobics room but you staff is very friendly and nice and the place is clean and accommodating.

A good place to go to exercise, it is always very clean and they have a hand sanitizer and spray rags to clean the appliances, the weather is very good and the bathrooms are always clean, only some music is missing but everything is luxurious
