Whether you want to train to fight or just get in shape and gain some confidence this is an amazing gym.

This is a great place to work. Everyone that trains here are like family and are great people to work with. The owners know everyone by name and the coaches are very welcoming to newcomers and current members. They also are aware of disabilities and work around those to provide the best training session possible.

Was in the process of becoming an officer in the military and they were more then helpful with getting me in shape. The owner being former military was amazingly helpful in giving me advice in becoming the best officer I can be besides the physical aspect. They got me there and they can help you as well if you put in the work.

Yes we own the show and a gym, but last fights we lost 2 fights out of 5 so I guess it’s not always easy!And for the Tia lung that was posted (May 23 at 9:54). since you keep changing your name. comment, we Know you’re upset because I would not allow your kid to fight because of his disability. So I’m sorry and I still stand by that as we do not like to risk the well being of our members and fighters. Josh Shepherd, Josh Richardson, and Holli Logan, Jeff Barney, Val, and myself all put a lot of time in to our students.

This gym has become my happy place. Everyone there has been so helpful and friendly since the first day I walked in there with my son, not knowing anyone there or a thing about MMA. My goal was to gain weight, but what I really gained were friends that became like family.

Coming from another martial arts facility, i found this one to be the best! Infinite things to learn for an affordable cost! Great staff and knowledgeable coaches! Glad to have found my new home away from home!

Really fun to watch but I felt favoritism was going on for example first fight they wouldnt let dude ground and pound straight stopped him but by the third fight they let a different dude ground and pound and he won cuz of it that just seems unfair to me

This place is it. This place has it all. Everyone needs to go and sign up. I love this place nice staff. Even has the best coaches in the Grand Valley. NO ONE comes close.

There is a reason they have the number one rated MMA Show in Colorado.

Golden Fights is the best gym Ive been at! I recommend everyone to at least try it, the staff is very nice and gym is very clean.
