They have never been overly friendly here. The job they do is fair. Ive left and parked and found they have left several dirty spots. And it could be just that the bays are so dark in there.

Jim at White Water Truck Wash saved my bacon. Had my carrier refused entry to Canada at Pembina/Emerson Crossing due to a small amount of dirt on a machine in a van trailer (which was nothing short of ridiculous). Sent driver back to Grand Forks, Jims crew cleaned out the machines in the van for us, on Good Friday. Great service, great rate, all good. Thank you Guys!

Good help getting hard to come by . I Called in 4 hrs early to verify a wash price for a 1.75 hrs before closing time . explained I needed a wash in order to load in their area . Said they they couldn’t help me but I could stay in the lot and turned me away . Ended up washing out it my self with 5 gallon bucket and water and broom scrub in a truck stop in order to get the job done . Went to blue beacon for the truck and trailer next day . Now I know to wash before I come to town .

For its location and 4 bays. I use them for washouts. Sometimes the wait can be lengthy. Where else can you go in Grand Forks? Lol. Im a repeat customer.

I sat at your buisness today for 45 minutes. I showed up just past 0800hrs when your sign says your open for business. I had planned to wash my trailer in and out with a truck wash and engine clean. You know what your fees are so I dont have to tell you how much it cost you not to show up. If you are planning on being gone for the weekend, at least place a notice to your potential customers on your door explaining the inconvenience.

Most expensive washout Ive ever had. For the price you would think they could get it right without me having to look at it.

If you have a dirty semi truck and trailer, tractor, combine or a tri axle with a live bottom these guys will get it hand washed clean.

Came in with a bobtail to get washed had some bugs and salt on the truck. After a 2hr wait to get in and a 30min wash they managed to get the salt off but left the bugs...wont be back.

We deliver freight with our van and with the high road we need to get it washed at a truck wash. Usually we always go to the Blue Beacon. Fast, efficient and friendly. Also charges us a van price and not a truck price. Usually around $23 for a way and rainex. This places charges close to $60, slow as anything and not the nicest. Husband was telling someone what needed to be done and the guy cuts him off. Plus to top it off when we drove out of there they didnt wash away the mud on the floor so when we drove off mud was kicked back on the tires and bottom part of the van. Last time we will be here. 2 star rating only because they did do an ok job of cleaning the van.

Wont wash stock trailer even if it new and never been used. Its only truck wash so no other choice.

Absolute rip off. Kept truck several days, didnt keep track of time spent on truck, didnt provide itemized receipt, charged $326 to mop and shopvac floor. Craig Johnson the manager was an unprofessional ass when nicely asked questions about itemization. He thinks he can just randomly come up with a price without notice. When they cant keep track of detail and they advertise themselves as a detail service theyre a rip off.

2 trucks waiting for over an hour for a 10 minute washout. A rude employee said it would be over another hour more to wait. Four bays total, but two are under construction, one is being used as storage, and only one is being used for washing. Staff are slow and rude.
