Very disappointed with this company. I scheduled my detailing for 7:40 on Labor day a month in advanced. I thought it was odd theyd be open on Labor Day, but I was able to book it so I did. When I went in on Monday morning, no one was there. I feel as a professional business they shouldve blocked Labor Day off or noticed they had bookings for today and called the clients to reschedule. I will not be returning.

Will go there again everyone is nice and friendly great atmosphere would recommend to anyone

Car still was dirty after 3 washes. The newer one is better

Had an issue with scratching on my vehicle, and without hesitation was able to reach out to have the problem resolved. Within a day I went from a 3 star google review to the scratch that I had “assumed” came from the wash was gone without any question. Extremely grateful with how this was handled and the promptness of everyone.

$17 for the wash package, and not one bug removed. My rims were still very dirty as well, but this has everything to do with the bugs. I did better at a gas station in 5 minutes. $17???. If you guys have heard of dons car wash in Fargo, it’s $10 for the outside and guess what? Zero bugs. Kind of like any car wash should be. Especially a big operation like that. As someone who knows how to detail a vehicle, that’s just garbage service and delivery of a wash.

I got the total detail today and my car looks fantastic! The even delivered my car back to me. Totally worth every penny. Thank you guys!

Had a fast pass, used the car wash on S Washington on a Sunday. On a Tuesday I used the wash on Gateway and noticed my right mirror plastic cover was missing. I filled a claim and was told the supervisor was going to call me. About a week later, no call from them. I called and was told the supervisor was going to get back to me. Another week passed and I decided to call again. They first said they could not find my claim, next they said they found a mirror cover that wouldnt fit my car. Spoke with the supervisor and she said I came through the carwash without the cover. Spoke with the manager and she told me I broke the mirror cover somewhere else. I used the was in July but they had all their dates wrong. I cancelled the fast pass, fixed my car and have gone somewhere else. Manager was very rude!!.Update;Same Kathy Lind who was rude to me. How do you want to solve the problem when you were so unprofessional and rude to me? Sorry, I solved the problem by going elsewhere.

The car wash cleaned my car pretty good. Even the tires an rims were clean. Vacuums werent that good tho. The suction is weak.

I had my car detailed by Paul in the detail department. I knew my vehicle would look nice but didnt expect it to look as great as it did. Paul definitely puts everything into what he does and it really shows. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Rydell detail!

Did weekend wash which was fine but then they wouldn’t turn on the vacuums because it was “too cold”! He says, “The vacuums don’t work as well in the cold”. I just wanted to finish taking care of the goldfish in the floor, people.

They know how to get the job done. Professional atmosphere. They do however judge people on appearances.

The car wash itself is very nice, good quality. However they will try to sell you a subscription.

Used to wash my car at Rydell Car Wash. Used to provide a great service until I got this scratch and spoke with their representative. I was speechless, especially because their representative was so defensive and insisted that it wasnt their fault. He said let discuss further but when you were discussing it, he kept using your word to explain that it is not their fault.

I really want to like this car wash but its become a bit of a gamble of whether or not they are actually going to be open during their supposed open hours. Far too many times I go, they are closed with no explanation whatsoever and no indication of when they will reopen, wasting customers time, again and again.Update: Emailed July 21 as requested in the below message. No response received as of 3 weeks later.

Quick and easy. Doesnt seem to have as many machines inside as the south end. South location has an exit attendant to check your mirrors, not at north location.

I dealt with manager Tyler Hagen, and he under promised and over delivered. The detailing done by this operation exceeded my expectations. Very high quality work done in a timely fashion. Super impressed and highly recommend.

Recently had interior detailing on my car done and Rydells did an amazing job!! My car has never looked so clean!! Customer service was exceptional! From the person helping me make the appointment to getting a ride to work and when it was all done they delivered my car to me! I would highly recommend them if you need your car cleaned!

I spilled a latte (so milk 😅) down in that small area between my front seat and the console and unsurprisingly it started smelling gross. Paul cleaned it right out in less than 15 minutes and now it smells great. Amazing service, super friendly staff, etc. 10/10 recommend 👍🏼

Im giving them 1 star, because for the money, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of service. All my door handles still had dirt debris in them. As if they didnt even clean them. Also, my cars floor interior had some debris still in the crevices. For $170, I feel like I could have done a better job, had I got some supplies and done it myself.

I have 3 small kids and they are in and out of my van all the time and it was dirty! I was impressed with the job they did, it was so clean! No more stained carpet or sticky seats! I would definitely go back there!

I have the unlimited car wash. Its a decent price for unlimited but I dont feel like the water is hot enough because it doesnt melt the ice around my wheel wells ever. Also after getting my car cleaned, it is instantly dirty because theyre parking lot is caked with more sand and salt than anywhere else in the city. It defeats the purpose of getting a car wash there.

Been going here since car wash opened. Vehicles are always clean after going through but the snotty blonde working at car wash today really turned me off on coming back again.

I stopped here to get my vehicle washed. It was a busy time for them, there had to be at least 10 to 12 cars ahead of me in line, both lines running as fast as they could process payments. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to get into the wash.While this car wash is pretty new, full of newer high-tech equipment, it didnt get all of the snow off of my vehicle. Dont get me wrong, it did a good job, and the wax looked good, but it wasnt up to my expectations. You should try going on a warm day at a time of day where it isnt bumper to bumper thru the wash.In the winter, watch out in the parking lot leaving the car wash, it gets icy. We were slipping and sliding all the way to the free vacuum lot.My overall experience was pleasant, it was convenient, even if it wasnt perfect. Ill be going back again, as long as I can avoid the busy times.

This is the best car wash in town. They offer yearly passes so you can drive through as often as you would like. Fully washed and drys the exterior of your car. Once you exit the wash you can use the vacuums free of cost.

We got a full interior and exterior detail and were extremely please with the results. It was easy to schedule the appointment. It was easy to drop off the car in the morning, and it was easy to pick up in the afternoon! Paul did any amazing job and make our black Mazda look brand new even after a fresh snow fall.

I use the service several times each month! Im always greeted by a very cordial and professional staff; more like friends!! An uplifting part of my day when I go there...cleans my truck and my inner soul to have fun with all of the wonderful employees. Buy the monthly pass, go daily, youll love it!! Brought my 03 Silverado in for a detail job. Hasn’t been clean on the inside in a few years. Thomas made it look brand new!! It looks better than it did when I bought it!! Can’t recommend them enough! Now go get your vehicle cleaned there!!

I took my Outback into get detailed after lake season, hauling leaves and branches from fall clean up and full of pet hair from our two Goldens. When Leslie took me out to at the car I couldnt even believe . . .BRAND NEW CAR .... look and feel !!!! James H. did a fabulous job on my car and Leslie was extremely professional and friendly to work with. Highly recommend!

This car wash cleans your vehicle pretty well; I get the $13 cleaning. With SUVs, the rear often gets missed in automated systems leaving dirt; Rydells gets everywhere. The only factor not giving this review 5-stars is the drive-thru. Holy cow, when its busy, the dual-line is out to the road, causing traffic hazards. I have been nearly hit too many times to count. If you do go, avoid the area around 5 pm on a beautiful day.

I took my 2018 Malibu in to the detail center after getting suck going down a horrible dirt road! My car had mud and rocks caked on the skid plate under the engine! Jay was able to get it all cleaned out in under 15 minutes! I’m very impressed with how quickly it was done and how much better it looked/ran once he was done!

We came in with dirt on the back of the car and had no idea what it was. After multiple other car washes, they were able to get it out with no problems. Customer service was amazing, and the manager was super nice.

Car was goodVacuums not goodThey seem to update car wash pretty regularly, but they haven’t updated their vacuums since first opening. They pretty much all don’t have good suction. Needs to be updated.

I was having a REALLY bad day, and not being able to get rid of smudges on my interior windshield had me at my breaking point. I called Rydell, all stressed out asking if they do just interior cleaning for windshields. They had me come in and when i asked how much it would cost me they told me not to worry about paying. This made my day seem a little brighter. Next time i need a car wash, ill use you guys :)

Best customer service ever! Leslie took very good care of me. Leslie gave me free drinks and set me up in the massage chair. My dog had BARFED all over the back seat of my Chevy equinox, as soon as i told Leslie she got it in right away, understanding the importance that the BARF was going cause permanent damage; and not to mention the smell ! Got a Oil change at Honda and was given a free carwash, I tried it and its actually a super good carwash and all you do is drive up put your car in neutral and ride until the end, they also have someone at the end to fix your car incase your mirror gets flipped forward like mine did, good experience overall however and would like to come back in the future.

I think the car wash is good. Usually pretty busy, but I think they are building a second one somewhere else so then that might cut down the line. The car wash has ripped off our license plate and antenna and back wiper before. So its a little rough. Then there are also like 10 - 15 free vacuums outside to clean out your car. So I like this place. They paid for the damage of the wiper which made it fine.

The ease of the car wash is great and does an alright job, however, I have been in to switch my pass to a new vehicle a couple of times and they do not have anyone up front at the car wash/detail area or some way to let them know someone is up front. I had to literally call them while in the building and ask for someone to come up front and still waiting after approx. 10 mins while on my lunch break.Also, the free vacuums are great but would be better if they actually sucked anything up.

For the second time in about 9 months, my car came out of the car wash looking like it had been washed with dirty water. This time there were dozens of whitish dots on my windshield (they were not there before car wash), so I immediately went to a competitors car wash to get them off. The competition got Rydells mistake off my car, thank goodness.

My experience with Rydells detailing shop was AMAZING. Leslie who was my service advisor was so friendly and kind. She really wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome of my car and she said she would take extra personal care to ensure it was done accurately. She told the truth - my car looked brand new when I picked it up. The inside looked like the first day I drove it off the lot 7 years ago brand new. Thanks for your hard work, you made this lady very happy. :)

We brought our filthy 2002 C-RV in for the full detail plus headlight renewal. It. Ow looks better than the day we bought it in 2004! Ben did an amazing job getting every single crevice, trim, and surface in the vehicle.Carpet and seats are amazing; floor mats immaculate and shined; rims, tires, engine bay, spotless.And the headlight lens covers, which were so sun damaged, corroded, and cloudy as to be opaque are showroom new! Not just a cosmetic issue for us, but also a safety one.We’ll be bringing our other car in soon. We highly recommend Rydell detailing!

Horrible I paid for the best wash $17.00 . They dont have anyone to spray bug remover on the front of your vehicle, I used the hand wash brush first, I went through 3 times and it still had bugs on the front of my pickup.
