I used to go here a lot and they used to do a fantastic job. Last two times its been terrible. Ive had the top car wash every time and they do nothing for the interior and a poor job on the outside. NOT worth the money...

Nice and super friendly service. This was my first time here and wasnt sure what to expect but they were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the windows could have been cleaned a bit better. To be completely honest and fair- Im not even sure the last time the windows were cleaned. Will definitely be back. Ive gone here once before and had a great experience this time though...I opened the front doors and from brake to headrest everything was covered in mud. Under the dash, all over the seat, under the steering wheel everywhere. Definitely not worth the almost $30 to get the Extreme done.

Took my car to get interior detail, shampooing of carpets and seats. When I got my car back the Service Airbag light was on. It had never been on before. They denied that anything they did could have caused this and went so far as lying, saying it was on before being detailed. They suggested I disconnect the battery to reset it, that did not work. After researching it I found many instances of others having the same issue when the passenger seat gets too wet from excessive water when cleaning and trips the seat airbag sensor. Hopefully the problem will resolve itself when the car thoroughly dries. The cleaning was decent. I will not recommend them as the immediate answer was to deny that it could have been anything they did. A professional company would troubleshoot and give solutions to issues I am sure they have seen before.

They were amazing at Valley Car Wash! I had forgotten to take my Scentsy magnet off my door...they did it for me...and even washed the magnet! They have some fabulous employees working very hard at that place. My car looks great!

Thursday we went to have car wash about 4:30pm! The girl vacuuming took everything on floor & put on or UNDER the passenger seat. The wiping end was poor. Front end not wiped down & back tailgate not opened to wipie down. Had to ask the to do so! Gave garbage on seat to guy that did wipe down but after we left I dropped something on floor & bent to pick up & found the other trash (all of which was on floor mat before vacuuming) stuffed underneath. Have ALWAYS used this car wash but very disappointed in the training of the “new” associates. Even if it was super busy all 3 wiping lanes were open & both at the front end.

Couldve been wiped down better on the inside otherwise it was good.

Horrible experience went through paid for the extreme and my kids could have done a better job! Ashes still allover the front and cup holders still sticky. Front window barely wiped! Very very disappointed. They i go in to complain and the kid was well you can go through again! I dont need to go through again nor do I have time the outside was clean thanks to the MACHINES I wanted them to come out and rewip my inside! Nope cant do that! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! And I even left a tip!!!!!!!

I go to Valley Dairy car wash because they are close. I always buy the extreme package because I like that they detail to a degree but the last 3 times I’ve been there they barely vacuum and the interior cleaning has been a shame. I even used my guarantee the next day and they missed all the dirty spots on the inside which weren’t hidden. Time to start going somewhere else.

They only vacuum the backseats when asked. Otherwise they stay dirty. Rarely do they wipe off the dash or console. Never clean the inside of the rear window. They use the same rags to wipe the inside windows that they use on the outside of the vehicle. I dont want rain-x on the inside of my windows. Theyre just smeared. If Im paying $20 for a car wash, it should be worth it.

Car comes out clean. Kids sometimes are a little fast and sloppy when drying your car.

Fine, except I didnt know my free car wash(from Super bowl guess) expired in only 2 weeks. They didnt tell me...a rip off to get me to buy the most expensive car wash

The outside is decent due to the wash equipment but I think Ive given them their last chance after at least 25 washes. The lack of detail and care for inside and final outside wipe is obvious. One employee who is supposed to be spraying before running through the wash just played with his phone. At the other end when there were still suds running down the tailgate and the back window had suds outside and dirty inside, an employee stood by and spun a towel on his finger, not doing anything. It was the ONLY truck in there for gods sake.

Paid for my daughter to get her car washed and wiped and vacuumed inside. When I saw it it was so dirty inside I literally could not tell it was done. Ok, so maybe they were having a bad day so I took my SUV and her SUV for the Extreme. They never vacuumed the back or wiped it down. Lots of spotty areas inside were dusty and they never wiped the back window wiper so that was filthy! I will never go back!!!!!

This place has gone down hill badly! They keep raising their prices but their services suck!I’ve seen better washes in Ghetto cities. I’ve seen kids clean and wash cars better. It’s the only wash in GF that does the inside. Seriously they don’t vacuum good, don’t wipe anything down, windows are always streaks. Stay away

Im absolutely appalled by the quality of service i received today at the Valley Dairy Car Wash on South Washington. At the end of the car wash, where the employees dry the cars, an employee opened the back hatch of my vehicle to dry the area. At that point he grabbed my daughters stuffed animal and placed it between his legs and thrusted. I have never seen such disrespect or stupidity from any individual, I approached the young man and requested his name. He asked me why and i told him that I was standing right there as he defiled my daughters stuffed animal. He said I was just having fun at work and smiled. I drove off and contacted the manager right away. All the manager could tell me was that he would review the video tapes to confirm the conflict and that he would give his employee a chance to give his side of the story. The manager gave no apology and no confirmation that the employee would be dealt with. a short while later I received a phone call from the employee saying he was sorry for the incident. I told him that I did not accept his apology and that there was no excuse for his actions I requested that he put the manager on the phone. At that point he became confrontational stating that his apology was sincere and that it would never happen again and that I had already spoken to the manager and he was not available. Valley Dairy Car Wash promotes that it is the best car wash in the Grand Forks area and that it promises to provide an experience that meets your expectations in every way. Sadly today they have failed to meet there promise and have lost a customer forever. For anyone reading this review, I highly recommend finding an alternative place to get a car wash, for the employees at Valley Dairy Car Wash may wash youre car but they do not have any respect for you as a customer, having common decency, or the property in your vehicle, especially for a 5 year old stuffed animal.

I dont normally do reviews but thought I should share. Took my boat to have it detailed just didnt have time to do it myself this year. They got me in right away. When I told them I was heading out of town for a few days they kept my boat in one of the bays so it wouldnt have to sit outside in the rain and the total charge came in less than there original quote. The boat and trailer look great. Only small issue is they never called to tell me it was ready to pick up but then again they knew I was out of town. Valley Dairy is a great member of the community and I was not only glad to give them my business but very happy with the work.

I heard about this place finally tried it. My vehicle is very cleaned inside and out. The price was reasonable. Ill be back.

Very disappointed with the wash I paid for “The Works” ($19.95) and the inside was completely untouched. They didn’t even try wipe anything down on the inside and they didn’t vacuum or anything. Pretty upset about it

I drove into the 36th Avenue car wash today almost backed out guys that are going into your vehicle Wearing no mass. No wonder you have no cars at your car washes

Two stars may be too much but they did actually get most of the exterior clean. The windows were terrible, looks like a dirty rag combined with wax made a total mess on windows, hard for me to get clean. I should have checked out the job before I tipped them. Called there before this post but guess they dont care.
