Its A Car wash & the attendant ( possibly the owner) was very pleasant, however perhaps Im mistaken the laundry / car wash places have the Potential to rack in serious cash . I spent probably around 12 bucks ( in quarters) washing my truck as Im thorough . Unfortunately about 2 bucks was spent trying to figure out what selections actually function. The info board claimed 6 or 7 different functions/options (soap, tire cleaner, prewash etc) only 3 worked & the water was fairly warm which certainly beats Washing with cold which makes as much sense as scrubbing your carpets with ice cubes. I believe out of all the car wash places in Grand Forks this particular one has 10 times the potential its currently serving. Spend some cash on this place, make it the place it should be, The one everybody goes to . Good Luck ! I personally would seriously consider upgrading security cameras so this place could function non stop 24/7

Only used the car wash. Works fine and cleans car well. Facility has small maintenance issues. However they dont affect the use and ability to clean ur car. Quick in and done visit. This location is a gem for more people to discover.

Best car wash in grand forks! They have hot water thats blasts dirt off your car.

The quarter machine in the car wash really stinks. Other than that though, this a very nicely kept facility and Im glad its there.

Clean and reasonable.ATM and change machine on site. Clean bathrooms and machines. Attendant has always been on duty when I go. Snack and drink machines. Laundry soap, fabric softener and laundry bags available. There are even books and toys for little ones. Also arcade games.

I travel coast to coast 4 times a year with an auto racing series. I wash clothes in MANY laundromats across the country. J&J has several machines, both washers and dryers. I found ONE dryer and ONE washer with a Do Not Use tag on them. I rate laundromats based on cleanliness first and working machines second. Usually if the place is clean, most of the machines are working. Entertainment (size and location of TV lol) last! $2.25 for 20lb front loader machines is a good price! .25 cents for 10 minutes of drying is also a good price. If you want a CLEAN place where you take your stuff to get CLEAN, J&J is definitely a good place. 4 1/2 stars from me!

The wash wasnt all that bad. Decent pressure. 1.50$ per run is more than the 1$ cc car wash runs.The machine shut down when it jammed up. Had to get the girl from the laundromat to reset it. No big deal but it was annoying. Vacuums had pretty limited suction. I tried both.

Great laundry mat!! I noticed some driers need to be fixed on front of drier door there is a gap where the heat escapes out of the glass.

I found the facility clean and the staff member very helpful. Mid-day on Sunday I was able to find a large 30lbs washer available and then had to wait less than 5 mins for a drier. I am allergic to most scents and I found the facility very well ventilated so I had no breathing issues. My laundry turned out very clean. The only cons I found was only 1 of 2 sets of doors were available to use and there needs to be more seats available. There were only 2/19 driers and only 1 washing machine that was down at the time I was there. But for what really counts this facility was excellent.

Out of town, and found this place. It was clean. Reasonable priced, and an attendant was on duty. They had a change machine, and the machines worked great. Would use again.

I cant leave negative stars. Dryers dont work. Clothes were clean before getting into the dryer. After coming out of the dryer they smelled soiled and unwashed. It is pricy to wash and dry laundry there and I will not be going back.
