Clutch replaced at this shop. He’s cool at first. He would update visa text throughout the day. Got a good price for the job. He got the clutch done in 2 days. So far so good right? No! 2-3 weeks later I’m driving down the road. A straight road. Just going 40mph. Next thing I know I hear a loud pop. We thought it was a blown tire. The car comes to a scraping haul. I get out to look at what happen and the wheel was sideways. 90 degrees in the wheel well. We got a tow truck to come get it. They delivered it to the house. I take the wheel off. I’m checking to see what happened. The ball joint is completely torn apart. The ball joint has been welded. These guys knew about it. They are the ones who welded it. That’s not the end of it.... I can’t even get that ball joint replaced because they also welded the nut onto it. I ended up having to replace the whole control arm. I would not recommend this guys for any big jobs. Maybe brakes and fluid changes but after I went through and the additionally costs taking it to another shop, I would not trust these guys. Better to go to a professional shop when dealing with high scale work. I would rather have the guarantee of it getting done right the first time wouldn’t you?

I was 800 miles from home and my alternator went out. Got it replaced and my van still had an engine code. Jairo’s was recommended by a parts store and I went to him and he fixed me up!! It’s was great! I was so scared my van was going to go down. This man fixed me up! Now I can relax and enjoy the rest of my trip!! Thank you Jairo’s auto care specialist!

We found a screw in our tire at almost closing time and he worked us in with no problem. He had the tire fixed in 10 minutes and we were on our way. Would recommend as he is friendly and honest

I am not impressed with this shop, would not recommend going there for any clutch job, or cv axle job. He put the clutch in my brothers 4 cylinder accord, and one day he was driving it, and the whole axle slipped out of the transmission and the wheel hub was just hanging. Bent up the fender bad. But this axle was supposedly brand new when he put it on. Ball joints have jb weld on the nuts, and they popped out too.

I had Jairo change an injector. He got me in worked with warranty issues and was able to get me up & running. I had to get home to south Louisiana to prepare for hurricane Ida. He even called me to make sure I made it home and was truly concerned about how we were making out with the storm. Thanks again Jairo.

Wheel bearing and or hub assembly. Upper and lower ball joints. Pleased with the service and work so far. Plan to use this garage for future work. Fast work. Good price. Stayed late to finish asap for me. Appreciate that. Recommend.

We overcharged our freon and could not use the vehicle until this was fixed. Jiffy Lube wouldnt fix it and everyone else was booked a week out...he got it in right away. Very personable and reasonable prices. Thank you so much for helping in our time of need!

Called Jairos with little knowledge to what was going on with my car. He helped steer me in the right direction for the repairs that it needed for HALF of what 2 other shops quoted. He was honest where as both other shops over quoted for things that didnt even need replaced. He kept me updated and I knew each step of everything that was happening during the whole process.He went well above and beyond for us and we are so thankful to have found him! 10/10 recommend.

Jairos is a great place to go. Jairo is friendly and professional. He told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would cost to fix it before he started working on it. He took my calls and when I explained my problem to him over the phone (as my car was towed to his place) I could tell that he had a feeling of what was wrong just by my description. Man I honestly don’t know where to start! I’m from Texas and I’m working as an transporter. One of my drivers filled my brand new truck up with gas ⛽️ and drove it about 30 miles. Jairo did not only pick me up from the hotel 🏨 to take me to his shop to show me what all was messed up on the truck he also picked me up and dropped me off at the air port! 1000% the best customer service ever not only that but his prices and work spoke for it’s self! Lightning fast! courteous, and priced Right. I dropped my car off at around 11:00 a.m. and went home. By 1:00 he had made the repairs that I had dropped it off for. He suggested a couple of other things for repair which I agreed to.. 2 hours later by 3:00 p.m. he had also repaired those things. Couldnt be happier. Im hesitant to give anyone five stars... But a definite solid four for sure.

Really nice guys but when my brother in law told them he couldnt afford the repair they lied up and down to try and keep him there. They went as far as to say that I didnt know what I was talking about because the thermostat needs to be programmed. Seriously? Ive never heard such a ridiculous lie...

Jairo got us in and out. and figured out the problem right away, when no one else seemed to know what it was. My husband, kids and I had been riding around with no heat for about a week and a half because it just went out out of nowhere, he fixed it right away for a very affordable price. Highly recommend- we were traveling nearby Goshen when our car failed to start on two occasions, requiring jumps. It was already past 6 pm when most of the other shops have closed. Jairo almost immediately diagnosed the problem. We needed a new starter and it was truly a miracle of God that our car was able to be jumped prior. Jairo, after hours, called 4-5 places for the part we needed. Jairo also had Jay drive us to a nearby hotel we booked and planned to open earlier to ensure our car was fixed by noon. Jairo goes the extra mile and watching him work, I would describe him as a “car doctor”. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, and excellent at communicating technical information to lay persons. Jairo is also very personable and it is evident that he values the customers, people, and aims for high-quality and fast performance. We are so blessed to have met him and utilized his services.
