Just recently got my vehicle repaired at Scotts automotive. Mandy was beyond helpful !! They definitely exceeded my expectations above and beyond. Absolutely admire there understanding about things and will work with you to meet your needs and what works best for you the best they can. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesnt want to spend unnecessary money. They fix what needs fixed and are very honest people.

Scott is literally one of the nicest guys I have ever met. My husband and I broke down on the side of the interstate and we were fortunate enough to have a tow truck driver recommend Scottys. Not only did he do a great job fixing our transmission, but he got it done very quickly and charged us very little. The only bad thing about Scottys is that theres only one!

My experience here was great! This was my very first time at the shop and everyone was welcoming. Scott himself talked to me, and asked me what I thought was wrong with my car, he was light hearting and joking the whole time. He called me before he did anything to my car and gave me the price including labor over the phone before he fixed anything. He checked my car for any other potential problems. He explained what was wrong with my car and when I didnt fully understand he took the time to draw it out and describe it to me. The whole time I felt kinda like family. The outside of the building is intimidating and seemingly unwelcoming but the inside and kind hearted people made this a great experience for me.

Scott is one of the last truely honest mechanics around and the prices are fair when he tells you a quote 99% of the time he is on the ball the other other 1% is usually lower than what he said what I mean to say is scotts word is as good as something being written down...

Very friendly, reasonable in prices, helpful if you have questions, generally can get in and out within a couple of hours, depending on work being done, and if parts are available that day, you can bring in the parts as this will save some time

Not the cheapest good people tho

Had a truck go down when I was in Goshen and found Scott’s Automotive GREAT People family owned did the work I needed done at a far price and I was out the door found out latter they sell tires as well I bought two tires from a store very close to Scott’s and over paid by about 80 to 100 dollars.

Caring, respectful family owned mechanic shop. Work is excellent and prices are reasonable. Ive had to bring my car in a few times for various part replacements since its aging (over 250k miles) and had been caught in a flood. I have not had any issues with work that has been done. Each time, my car was back to me within 3 days. I will continue to get work done at Scotts Automotive and definitely encourage others to get repairs done there.
