My jeep broke down on the interstate as I was moving from Chicago to DC. I got towed to a dealership, and they told me my engine was shot, and quoted me an astronomical figure for a replacement. I heard about Hoover Automotive from a friend of a friend, and gave them a call in the hopes that I could avoid dealership prices. Jeremy at Hoover was kind, informative, and extremely helpful from the beginning. They got a new engine installed, tolerated my near-daily status update phone calls, and even took care of a couple repairs Id been putting off without charging any labor (climate control blower and radiator replacement). They were careful and conscientious, and made sure I was aware and in agreement with any decisions they made throughout the process. They even picked me up at my hotel in South Bend when my car was finished. Cant recommend these guys enough. If I ever have the misfortune to break down near Goshen again, Jeremy will be my first call.

It’s been awhile since I was there but the last experience I had there was excellent.

I was traveling through the area and my family bus broke down. Jeremy and Jon made room in their schedule and worked promptly to get it back on the road as soon as possible. Couldnt have asked for faster, or better customer care!
