Upon recommendation of my parents I tried Moores Tax Services and I cant express enough my satisfaction in their service and their arent enough stars to say how happy I am with the experience. They were attentive and thorough, zero problems always there for you. I highly recommend this tax service! Levi prepared my return and was there for me the whole process.

Great people. My family has been using them to do our taxes now for about 5yrs now. We like Ms. Annette. From my understanding, they also have discounts for college students and veterans.

I have been letting mrs Annette do my taxes for about 3 years now.....love how the get you in and out in a matter of time and always open to answer any questions.

Run!!!! Mr. Moore Jr. is so rude and nasty. Our taxes were processed wrong and once we brought it to his attention the insanity began. Please save yourself the stress and find a reputable professional agency. This one has been run into the mud

Horrible experience !I paid for an accessory to make my ITIN number, and whenever I had doubts about the situation of the return of my documentation or return of any document, which has already been 4 months. and I never have answers and there is always a game of pushes for a person and never finds the right person to answer my questions, and even the employee who was responsible in my process never returns to me after several attempts to contact them. lousy accessory I do not advise anyone who wants a good accessory to go look for any work from this agency.

This is the only place I will allow to touch my taxes. Each year at tax time I sound like a broken record to my friends, family, even strangers about how great they are and how much money I get back compared to all the other places. Levi is the only one i will ever trust again to not only do my taxes but he’s available all year for advice. You won’t find that anywhere else. Levi makes you feel like you’re part of the family And whatever you’re going through is not only important to you but it’s important to him also.

If I could give this office no stars I would they don’t deserve not even one star. By far this office has been the most unprofessional. I took my parents to there office to file there taxes for 2017 and 2018. There taxes for the past few year needed revision has well has they has a prior office screw there taxes. We came into the office mid January of 2019 we sat with Susanne and explained to her all that had occurred she proceed to let us know that they would be able to help us they needed to obtain A power of attorney to submit to IRS for our behalf she also stated that they would submit some paperwork to allow my parents to receive an extension for filing their returns she said she would contact us once they figured out where the error occurred in their previous returns the following day my parents dropped off their taxes dating back to 2010 they said they would need a few weeks just to go over them and that they would contact us once they figured out what the error was time past no calls when I would reach out to the office Suzanne was always out of the office the owner Susan. Was also out of the office and I could never get a hold of someone as time continue to pass my parents went by the office and were told they were working on them and that is soon as they knew something they would reach out time continue to pass the deadline for filing taxes sir pa was also out of the office and I could never get a hold of someone as time continue to pass my parents went by the office and were told they were working on them and that is soon as they knew something they would reach out time continue to pass the deadline for filing taxes are surpassed And still no call I finally got a hold of Pam the office manager and she gave me an appointment with Suzanne to come in at 5:30 PM to sign some paperwork when my parents arrived to their appointment no one was at the office someone answered the door and said that they were closed my parents proceeded to tell them they had an appointment the person that was there contacted Pam and they advise my parents that they needed to come back to pick up their paperwork and find another office to help them. So this whole time they wasted my parents time and lied telling them that they would be able to help I strongly suggest that you use someone else to prepare your tax returns as this office is extremely in capable and irresponsible totally disappointing. Now my parents are back at square one in truly to resolve this issue and finding a professional.

I have been a customer of theirs since 2005 and my parents for much longer. I have had nothing less than great service, even after trying H&R block one year, I returned and will not trust another business.

My husband went to this agency to file his tax and after 4yrs we found out that it wasnt filed...i called them and asked for help until we finally filed it but the IRS already penalized him for not filing it double the tax that he have to pay...everytime i call them the owner never talked to me...they made us wait for months just to tell us they are not helping us to get this straight out with the IRS even to give us a tax atty..dont trust this people and be careful filing your taxes with them...we end up paying $13k in IRS becauee of them....they will not take responsibility with their negligence...they left us having this debt half of that amount is the penalty from them not filing our taxes...
