Previous experience with H & R, also - this is the first time with a different tax preparer (Lori Rhodes), she made tax prep a pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable and personable. Will be using Lori again next year for my tax prep.

My tax professional knew her job and was good at it.

We filed in office amd the tax preparer pulled someone elses W2 from the printer and typed it in without saying anything. When I finally realised she told me I sent it to her. She was argumentative when i tried to correct her about the situation. Before finalizing and submitting our taxes I verified all of our information was correct. After we leave I found out she set that other strangers social security number up as mine and had already sent it to the IRS. She also handed me the W2 to look at instead of just reading the name on it and it clearly wasnt my name. Which, im sure is a HIPPA violation, along with identity theft.

The service I received here was great. They were very child-friendly and understood that I had a little one. The only issue that I have with them is that I was not happy with how much they were charging me for my taxes and I wanted to take them and do them myself after seeing what it would cost for me to do them, but the guy did not give me back my W-2s and let me do them by myself. When I called the corporate office they said that is their policy is if you can get them done cheaper somewhere else you are allowed to take your W-2s back and not pay for them.

Kirk Taylor provided excellent advice, and was very respectful and professional. He was efficient but did not seem to rush through my tax preparation. Kirk has done my taxes for the past three years. I plan to continue.

Great guy-One month later I decide to call just to make sure my information is correct my tax preparer Danny coggins had put in vital account information wrong now that I have caught it they refuse to correct or even get me my return fixed to the right account, they tried to give me a paper stating I gave them wrong information which is not true... I had even logged into my bank acct from his computer to show ownership and acct information also wrote it down for extra measures, still they refuse to fix the situation and continue to put me at fault when I wasnt the person typing, even was thrown out because I was beligerant ... was I supposed to be happy??...Since then have been on the phone with both IRS and my bank who both say they are fully capable of correcting the wrong (H&R Block)I shouldnt have to fill any paper when I paid for a service that was $387 for them to tell me to deal with it.... Highly do not recommend their services
