Absolutely love Lori! She has been my tax preparer for around 8 or so years now. I only trust her and her awesome staff with my returns. She is always a phone call away and has a very fast response during the non return season of you have any issues arise and need her assistance.

Overall it was a nice experience. Its was not hard to find, its located next to the Waffle House. We were greeted by a receptionist who was really friendly. Because it was or first visit, we had to give it IDs, and social security cards. The wait wasnt too long. The woman that did or taxes was really friendly, answered all of our questions with no problem, and she was very thorough.

I would have gave it 5 stars due to the money advance i got back.... But Im pissed.... My money is deposited into there bank account the IRS says refund sent.What I hate about Pinnacle 1 is Failures To Answer Client phone calls..... Im not asking you to check the status of my refund Im asking you to give me my Dam Refund.... Smh smh. The IRS Already Deposited My Money To The Bank But These Prople Dont Call Or Email ya At All....
