I went to Diamond Nail to get a new set of Acrylic Nails and the guy that did them sanded them ONCE! I’ve been getting acrylic nails done for over 20 years and they’ve ALWAYS sanded with different grits like 4-5 times before the purple “block” that’s what I call it lol and then polish. This guy sanded them ONE TIME!! They were wavy and had pits in them. But I had a pedicure and had been there forever and just wanted out of there so I didn’t complain. But my fiancé was angry and stopped in on his way home from work a few days later to tell them they need to redo them. So exactly a week after they were done I went in. The lady took the polish off and started to repaint them. I had to TELL her how to do them. Again she sanded them ONCE and repainted them. They looked a little better but still not good. And then a week after that THE GEL POLISH PEELED!!! I will NEVER go back there again!!

Decent customer service but really needs to update their price board if they want happy customers. Last time I went in - $50 for deluxe spa pedi with gel.. this time they say $68 (about a month in between the 2 visits). Not the cleanest sinks or whatnot for your feet either. There are better salons in the area… the lady doing my pedicure was nice though and was good at her job.

I treated my mom To a volcano Deluxe pedicure for her birthday . Let me tell you It is so hard to find a good place . But my homework paid off . Tommy and Chloe did a fantastic job . Tommy was awesome and very engaging. We made an appointment so we barely waited a minute. My mother and I both felt very pampered And very happy by the end of our pedicures . I visited the salon while out of town for a funeral on 6/11 around 5pm. The service I normally get at home was 25% more expensive. The environment was clean and the staff appeared to be attentive. My tech did not speak good English so it was hard to engage in conversation. I was disappointed in the final result but since I had to get to the welcome reception for out of town guests I could not stay longer for them to correct the noted issues. On the next day while preparing for the funeral I noted that dip powder applied to my nails was breaking. Today, Monday 6/14 my nails are continuing to gradually break and I have only travelled back home and gone to bed. NO heavy manual labor Very disappointing experience.

I took my fiancé to get a pedicure and manicure and I had a pedicure as well, let me start by saying they were friendly but their quality of work is horrible. My fiancé got the acrylic nails and we had to go back the first time because her nails were wavy and had divots in them so the owner said to come back and they would fix them. That was a week ago and now the gel polish on her nails is cracked a d completely off of her thumb nail. We spent over $200 for everything plus tip for 3 techs, not to mention the make tech cut her finger. We came here a few times prior and the quality of work just keeps declining. We will not be returning and will persuade anyone we can to go elsewhere. It’s a shame the they’ve gone downhill and again they’re really nice people but friendliness doesn’t make up for poor quality.

Went into this nail salon today to get one nail repaired. Acrylic with gel polish. Before I even sat down, I asked if they had bubble bath gel polish. She immediately said yes. I didnt want a new full set so I made sure they had my polish color prior to the service starting. She then was too preoccupied with her phone and handling her own business matters to fluidly complete the service. So, she sent me to another technician. He started working on the nail and informed me they didnt have my mail color there. Crummy service. I remembered quickly why I stopped going there years ago. Then, just sent me out. No apologies, nothing.

I was new to the area. It took me a while to find the right shop for me! Been coming here for nearly 6 months now. Tommy is awesome although, sometimes a little behind on schedule but thats becsuse everyone wants him! He does a great job! I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

We’re both so glad we did - our new nail spot forever!! We were greeted immediately and the environment was so friendly and laid back! The staff was super friendly and inviting and willing to do whatever we wanted and made sure multiple times during the process that we were happy with how our nails were looking! Chloe did my nails, Karen did my friends! We both left ecstatic and so pumped over our nails, we can’t wait to go back! Super reasonably priced, but worth every penny and more!!

I have been getting my nails done with dip powder to keep them strong every 3 weeks for a few months. Ive always gone here to Diamond nails. Recently over the past 2 months, everytime Ive gone there has been issues. Dip powder cracking, chunks coming off, gel nail polish has been coming off or chipping a day or 2 after application. I am so disappointed how things have gone as I will not be going back again and will have to find a new regular nail place.

I loved my nails at first, but now, the polish is bubbling and peeling off. i will not be coming back.

I am new to town and have been looking and looking for a good salon! I walked in and www immediately greeted by Chris! He made sure he knew what I needed, once I showed him a picture he knew that he was the one for me! We talked about anything and everything and he was so welcoming. I felt like I’ve known him forever. He made me so comfortable and like I had been going there forever. He still never failed to greet everyone at the door and get everyone in a chair as soon as he could. Ive just recently moved to Goose Creek South Carolina because my husband is in the Navy and I always get my nails done and I came across diamond nail spa in Goose Creek, and my experience there was so amazing. I came in picked out my polish and waited at least 25 minutes. No one asked what services I needed. I was the only costumer in the lobby at this time. Then a white lady comes in and 2 different nail techs call out hello may I help you? The lady tells them what she wanted.One nail tech replied it will be 10minsSo I politely put my polish back and left. Ill spend my money where costumer service is valued.

We had a girls day today and it was AMAZING!! Chris did such a good job! He was so professional and you could yell he wanted to make me happy. If I thought something looked wrong he fixed it without acting annoyed! I cannot express how happy I am with this experience! Worth every penny!

I went to Diamond nails on Tuesday and on Wednesday my gel polish was peeling off it was so thick and chunky looking a horrible horrible job. I called the store And the man I spoke to Named Chris acted like he was so happy that I called and told him about it. He said he would be more than happy to fix my nails and he put me through to his assistant. Well that was just something to try to make me feel better so that I would be quiet because every single appointment time I requested they told me they couldn’t have me come in. I told them I have Tuesday and Wednesday off the entire day anytime nothing available so they sent me next-door to Stella nails which is also owned by the same person and he told me if I didn’t get there in 30 minutes that they wouldn’t help me. So I requested my money back. They told me they don’t give refunds. I said after you saw the pictures of my nails you won’t give me a refund and you’re demanding me to get there in 15 minutes and if I don’t you won’t help me?? Unbelievable! he told me to go ahead and post the pictures to Facebook and that he didn’t really care. So my advice is to stay away from Stella nails and diamond nail on Saint James Boulevard in goose Creek. Nasty nasty people! If they try to be of service I wouldn’t be writing this review. But then they get nasty with the customer who just spent $100 in their store unbelievable!!!!!

I have been going to Diamond Nails & Spa for almost 10 years. I have seen the staff and salon grow and change as years have gone by. I am so picky and honestly hard to please when it comes to my nails. I currently see Helen and she does an amazing job every single time. She takes her time, shapes my nails just right, and will even mix colors on my nails to make sure I’m completely satisfied and get what I’m looking for. I never have a problem with lifting or breaking. She is great about squeezing me in and she is like family to me now. Helen is amazing- you won’t be disappointed!

The shop has an amazing atmosphere, if your looking for something extravagant or out of the norm ask for Tommy.

Went here with my mom and fiancé. One day after we got our pedicures my toenail chipped. Not just the polish. But my actual toenail. A few days after that another toenail came right off!!! Whatever they use for their pedicures made my nails very fragile and breakable. Also I got gel polish on my finger nails and it just peeled right off two days later. I paid way to much money for any of these things to happen. They also do not clean or sterilize there utensils. Do not ever go here. You might get an infection.

Chris did my nails tonight and he did an AMAZING JOB! My nails have never looked better then they do now and I love them! He is very nice and professional and makes sure your satisfied before you leave. I will definitely be back to see him!

Asked for a glitter nail, the samples show glitter to be densely packed.. they left me with a glitter nail that you could see my natural nail through so from far away it looks like I only got 4 of my nails painted. Neglected to clean off all the old polish from my previous manicure. Not only that, but I was hovered over when writing in the tip on my receipt.

Very unsanitary, one worker was coughing without mask on around customers. I could do a better manicure Myself than what I received and when I tried to tell the manicurist I was not happy with the service she ignored me and kept going. I want to scrape it off immediately. Total waste of time and money.

I had a 10:15 appointment, I waited 45 minutes in the water for someone to come over. Which I didn’t mind so much, they were very busy. When someone did come over, she was impatient and rushed through my pedicure, I repeatedly told her my heels were rough and asked her to please take a little more time. She did not. She also rushed through my manicure to the point where she made my cuticles bleed in several places. She proceeded to paint my nails while I was still bleeding. I have been going here on and off for almost 5 years. I’ve never had a complaint until now. Very disappointed.

Service was rushed, not a relaxing atmosphere. One worker did not seem to understand what was being said. Tools were not being cleaned between customers.

So my mom, sister, and i went to get our nails and toes done for a girls day and didn’t make an appointment so we did a walk in. they were low on staff so we waited for like 15 minutes. the staff was very nice and our nails came out pretty but i didn’t get exactly what i asked for but similar. the lady i had was very rough with my nails and my fingers were really sore afterwards. other than that it was pleasant

This place has really changed. I dont know with all the competition out there or what. But they are not the same at all. Ive been going to them for years. Ive been dedicated and loyal to them giving them my service. But the last five times, I gave them five times. The service has been horrible. The customer service is lacking 100% theyre very rude now. Very sloppy work. while I was there they were even referring people to go across the street to Stella nails. They are turning people away. Maybe its for the best. Sorry that I have to leave them. But their service has gone completely downhill. They really need to step up their game to compete with the competition out there. Unless they just dont care anymore.I wish them luck.

Went to diamond today for a first time customer as well as for Mom’s birthday. One man is helping direct traffic which is understanding.. but there were 3 different people who touched my feet for a pedicure. Then, my moms toenails were messed up and when I called and complained about the mess up, very defensive. I understand we are all human and make mistakes.. but I was hung up on and then put on hold for 15 minutes, that’s not right. They ignored the situation. I even tipped them well! Mom went back to the salon so they could fix it - then they blamed her for the mess up instead of taking responsibility. I won’t ever go back.

I only get pedicures and diamond nails is one of my favorite places to go! i always schedule an appointment and they’ve always started 5-10 minutes early. riley did my pedicure today and she did an amazing job!

They could/should be more professional but theyre not. Ive promised myself after yesterday, going to find a better nail salon. I dont need two people, because they booked someone else, doing my nails. Then I had to direct this young person, who did not file my nails right, to finish me. If you want to make appointments then do that, dont drop me because I had no appointment and give me a less quality job.They appear to not want to give you customer service anymore.

This is by far the worst experience ever!!! I came in for gel toe polish change. I asked for all white with whatever gold accent not picky don’t care what kind. The lady made me feel like I was begging for cheese on the welfare line. The lady said, “I don’t gave gold!” I look to my left and right with gold polish everywhere. I said I’m not picky it could be any gold accent polish. She repeated, “I don’t have!” With further attitude and disgust. I begged for the English speaking lady to interpret better. The mean lady was arguing with her and the English speaking lady tried to calm her down. Meanwhile I had a fantastic day and was trying to do something nice for myself now I’m embarrassed and in tears. I don’t know what I did for her to treat me this way! This was my first time here. I offered to pay for the one toe she removed the polish on and please let me leave. The manager came And said, “first of all”... we don’t have the specific gold on your nail. I explained again I am not asking for anything specific. He said we will find someone else to do it. I begged to just pay and leave. At this point I would have paid just to leave. This is embarrassing!!! He finally let me go. I can’t imagine if this was a birthday or prom... STAY AWAY!

Id give them zero stars if I could! Ive been here a few times and was pleased with my pedicures. A little annoyed only one person knew how to do nail art on my toes, but decent job overall. So I decided to try getting a manicure and boy was that a mistake! I left with three fingers bleeding and so much pain. I dont have rough skin or thick cuticles. My natural nails grow pretty long and square and my nail tech filed them to an almond shape. And the very same evening one of my natural nails cracked. I wont step foot in this place again due to the pain I had to endure for days after as well as the piss poor quality of my nail service received. I didnt even receive an apology or discount. Simply some antiseptic pressed on my cuticles to slow down the bleeding and please pay. Smh, never again!
