Very fun place to go, got a one and eight blew up for my daughters birthday. Will be back for all our party favors.

I’ve come to this location twice for last minute party supplies. They had a huge selection of balloons and decorations in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service was quick. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Don’t waste your time here. Over priced items and rude staff. Wasted about 40 minutes in this store and the staff are rude. Party Planet is a better alternative and they carry many of the same items but cheaper.

Horrible customer service. I Went to have my balloons filled with helium for my son birthday, they damaged my 2 ballon and are not willing to replace them or even come down in price for a new one because they are not from that store. (Why do the even offer that service then?). If you need your balloons filled with helium do not go this place

Go here every year for the kids Halloween costumes. They have a great assortment of costume. Other parts of the year we go there for birthday party supplies and other party supplies. They always have what we need.

Weve been going to Party City for many years even when we lived back in California we could get stuff for the kids birthdays and when the grandchildren came along we got stuff for their parties too and what I like most is when Halloween would come we can get everybody something at the same place instead of going from store to store Party City just seems to have everything for everyone also for the holidays they carry decorations for Thanksgiving and Christmas or New Years Eve party i remember about 10 years ago we spent about $400 on decorations for a Halloween party even bought about 3 fog machines and we got a lot of compliments for the way we decorated so this place has everything and a lot of candy to choose from for the trick-or-treaters and to everyone have a happy Halloween and be safe

Fun store, very organized.

It was a slow Sunday. There were 2 workers. I was the next in line and the other employee was avoiding eye contact and saw me standing there but decided it was more important to stack baskets. After 6 min waiting she finally decided to ring me up.

I like the balloon bouquets we get there and love the choices on decorations. It always seems like theres only a couple people working when I go in and they just all hang out behind the register. No one ever says Hi or asks if you need help.

I was on the hunt for something specific and they knew exactly where to point me. Also very kind.

Huge store, decent prices. Only one bad experience here. My brother in law had went to buy letter balloons for my baby shower, theyre $12 each. So for a 5 letter name its not cheap. He was taking everything out to the car and one actually flew away, they really made him purchase another one lol you would think after spending the kind of money everyone in my family had spent there for my shower they would have just given him one.

Great selection, staff seem friendly enough. I have one major gripe. Corporate (according to the manager on duty) made the decision to set up the checkout line, backwards! This forces you to walk back into the first isle of the store, around the line that you just waited in and then back to the front of the store to exit. It is hard to imagine a more poorly designed check out system. Dont go here if youre in a hurry because the stupid design only works against the employees who seemed to be trying to work efficiently. FAIL

I found a fun sombrero marked for 6.99 and when taking it to the register the cashier noticed there was no tag attached to the hat when asking his peers for a price check no one knew how to look up the skew number. After 4 employees they finally got a price of 13 dollars for the hat when I had already brought them the tag that was under the hat. An employee had me following here back and fourth to the register and to the hat. When I showed them where the hat was and the tag that was placed wwith it they tried to explain to me where the hat need to go and how it was in the wrong place. Very unorganized and non apologetic.

This Party City is the worst! I’ve gone 3 times and every time they are rude and not helpful. We went there to get balloons for my daughters first birthday and they made us feel like an inconvenience. HORRIBLE customer service and bad experiences all 3 times! I definitely DONT recommend this Party City

Party City in Goodyear is a joke!! I bought my daughter a Sweet 16 sash to wear for her birthday at this location earlier in the day. My daughter later on in the evening went back into the store after we had gone to dinner and was accused of stealing it. They went as far as telling her they were going to call the police. She asked them to look at their camera footage to see that she had it on when she walked in and they continued to tell her that they were going to call the police. I called and spoke to the manager Danielle and she continued to make accusations against my daughter. I asked her to stay open and I will show them my receipt and once I do they will apologize to my daughter for accusing her for stealing...guess what she said no we are closing and its not necessary. Ok well if its not necessary then dont accuse my daughter of stealing. I wont be shopping there again!!

Manager did not pay attention to the fact I was looking at balloons and rather than ask if I needed help told me I was not properly in line. Staff could not answer my questions with confidence. When checking out the cashier over charged me,Could not add subtract or multiply and ignored what I was trying to express to him. Not happy and will not return. I will go to my regular place for party needs.

The worst customer service in store and after I FINALLY found a customer service phone number.... waited on hold over 10min to speak to someone who never bothered to collect any of my information to help with what I was calling about

Came in to buy a package of 5 ballons, took 25 minutes just for them to get to it. I understand they are busy, however if they had pre orders on ballons they need a much better system to deal with all of them. I am very disappointed with this Party City.

Amazingly Helpful!!!Had a balloon crisis for my little brothers 16th birthday. Our balloons, purchased the night before, had lost some helium. Nico, Marlene, and Jenna were great. They fixed not just the number that had begun to deflat, but the entire balloon boquet!!! It is an experience like this that will keep me coming to this Party City for all my celebration needs. Thanks guys, you definitely saved the day!!!
