The women with red hair I believe I heard the manger say her name is Amber. Her manager had asked her to hope on (to open the register) she comes over to the line I am in and says to the lady behind me I’ll ring you up at one. (Clearly seeing that I’m next in line) so I head over to the line she just took the lady over to and says oh this line is not open. Then I hop back in the line behind four other people because I had lost my spot in line. Then she comes back over to one of the people in line and says she can ring them up… I really don’t understand the logic behind that.

An older guy Im assuming a manager was very rude and was on his phone the whole time he was ringing me up. Will definitely take the extra drive to another location

Cashier at the front was very rude. I told her from the beginning that I was doing two separate transactions; one was for me personally and the other were items my employer had me get. She obviously didnt hear me and started scanning everything together and when I again politely told her they were two separate transactions, she developed an attitude. And again, gave me more attitude when I told her I was needing balloons. It didnt matter to me what balloons I got. I just needed 6 that were tied to her register. She went back to void the items that didnt belong in the first transaction but then just kept voiding items that she shouldnt have. At that point I was done. Its the dollar store so I just didnt put up a fight. I paid twice with my own personal card instead of using the card my employer gave me for their items. I honestly have never received so much attitude from a retail clerk so Im a little astounded.

Its a clean store they sell balloons I like to get my kids toys they have a lot of cheap cooking utensils or wrapping paper for birthdays its all around a convenient place to buy stuff its amazing the stuff you can get for a dollar

This location has horrible customer service!!!I visited on 3/24/21. As I approached the check out lines I noticed two lights were on. However, only one lane had a worker. I waited in line and an older lady in front of me went to ask the worker if the other line was open and indicated the light was on . The worker didn’t acknowledge the lady and said “no ma’am” in a rude tone and flipped the switch to turn the light off . I was astonished by her tone to the older lady. The lady then got back in line and the worker proceeded to turn around and turn the light back on and call other customers. After witnessing this customer service to the lady I tried to see the workers name tag . She had it tucked in to her shirt on purpose I assume as it seemed it was placed there. I then awaited my turn and asked the sales associate(Adriana)helping me if I could get her name. She told me she didn’t know it and turned to ask the workers name. She said it was “Jackie”. I couldn’t hear her fully and asked again and she then said “It’s Jackie, why do you need it”. I was very taken back by her when she said this and told her “ I was just asking”. She then got louder and raised her voice and yelled, “Well it’s Jacaleyn Smith” after this every customer was looking at her. She was very unprofessional and I had never experienced such bad customer service before. I feel this worker should be contacted about her behavior and be better trained to work in this style of workplace.

Lots of good items with friendly staff

Went in to store at 8:48 PM. Was greeted at the door by an employee saying we close in 2 minutes. Posted hours are that close at 9 PM. Another employee inside was not friendly and made sure we knew his closing time was 9 PM. We just needed some balloons. (3). Which by the way were mostly out of them. Bad inventory management and definitely not good people skills.

Things are great and the store person was so helpful in my shopping for the things that I needed to get for the wife.

They only ever have one register opened and the employees who are working see how long the line is and never open up another one to get the line moving quicker. They have this poor old lady in there today working at the register coughing her dang lungs out! Not sanitary or safe for others given the current circumstances we are still in with this pandemic.

At this location, all but one register was open. Not sure if due to valentines day, but got checked out quick.

Had everything I was looking for actually more than what I thought. Great variety of things.

Jackie was my cashier and I was getting frustrated because my gift card wasnt working and Ill admit I started getting grouchy and I was making Jackie annoyed. But she blessed us. Sorry for the attitude Jackie.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a store . Witnessed an employee named JackieRepeatedly being rude to an older gentleman in front of me for no reason. Ignoring him on purpose then he reminded her she forgot something she slammed it down with an attitude. After I left the store the man said he has been treated poorly once before here . I will no longer be shopping at this location and I wish for better customer service .

This is a Dollar Tree... Dont have any high expectations. The products... Well... They are a dollar. What else can be said ? The staff... Nice but they seem to be just trudging through the day waiting to go home. The atmosphere... Well, as I said, its a Dollar Tree. Expect to be surrounded by people who drag their twenty children in to a Dollar Tree for a fun day out. My wife and I popped in here on our way to the World Market store in the same complex because we were curious as to what a dollar store was all about. Bad decision.

Did not have what I needed. SPIDER webbing which should be in abundance. Went to 2 stores but no luck...several other customers were upset also. Ended up going to Party City and found what I needed.

Love dollar stores. Greeting cards are cheap. Everything is a dollar! Great place to purchase party/birthday decorations. You can get almost anything there. And all for one dollar each.

Its always a pleasure going to this location. Its not even the closest store to my home, but because of how much better this store is kept, Im willing to make the drive.

I always come to this dollar tree and the past 3 times that I have come here the store is a disaster. Stuff thrown around, piles of boxes just sitting in the aisles. The store really needs to clean up and go back to the way it was when James was the manager. They went from 5 stars to 1 star. Disappointed customer.

Im at the Dollar Tree located at 1785 N PebbleCreek Parkway in Goodyear I had 4 coupons for $1.00 off they are telling me they wont accept them and the Cashier Alesa and Manager Ashley were completely rude to me in front of everyone first she tried telling me its one per person which its clearly indicated on back it not per per person and your store policy states 4 coupons which is how many they have they yelled at me in front of my 1 year old daughter and bunch of other customers I have never been so disrespected in my life over some coupons

Have to agree with Denise Valenzuela the store has been a dump for the last 90 days. i called the store about picking up an order and someone picked up and hung up after about 30 rings.I called back and got the same thing.Finally 3rd time got an answer after say 15-20 rings asked for mgr got placed on hold and then hung up on??????????????????????

As usual always good service in this location emplpyees goes above and beyond store is declutter and organized and always find what I was looking for I wish all the other locations follow this store standard is jus amazing

Great place to buy things for work or home without costing a lot.

Not happy...store was a mess...needed AAbatteries and the End Cap with batteries had almost every shelf CRAMMED full with AAA... There was 1 shelf on bottom with a few C D and 9volt....Not 1 pack of AA...I had to search every register area and FINALLY found 3 packs crammed behind more AAA s...Someone there needs to learn how to order product!!Also..alot of shelves empty and the ones that did have products were a mess...I know Fridays are busy but thats ridiculous ...there was 1 person running a register and another blowing up balloons..dont know if they were the only 2 working...didnt see any other employees ....I feel sorry for whoever has to work the next shift..they have ALOT of work ahead of them!!Looks like Poor Management.its not the 1st time I ve seen it this way but its close to home so I ll keep going there and just pray ahead of time that someone learned how to order!!!

The downside to shopping here is limiting your purchases to a reasonable amount 😄.
