In February 2020 Lisa Flemming of Realty One Group advertised a house that she owned and was flipping for a profit claiming it had a 2-year-old roof and a 2-year-old air conditioner in Glendale, AZ. In March 2020, Lisa discovered the roof was over 10 years old and the air conditioner was over 9 years old but did not change the information. She continued to list the house with the false information both on her personal website and the website owned by Realty One Group.In May 2020, Lisa Flemming sold the house without ever changing the false information in the advertising. When confronted with the false advertising she denied it and refused to discuss it with the new owner.In October 2020, the West & Southwest Realtors of the Valley determined Lisa Flemming violated the Code of Ethics she had sworn to uphold. It stated Lisa Flemming Violated Article 2 by her “exaggeration of pertinent facts relating to the property.” It further stated Lisa Flemming violated Article 12 because she did not fulfil her “obligation to present a true picture in representation to the public” and it was Lisa Flemming’s responsibility to “use reasonable efforts to ensure that information on their websites is current” and once she determined that the information was no “longer current and accurate” Lisa was supposed to “promptly take corrective action.” She did not.Once the Ethics Panel made their decision, the new owner requested that Realty One Group enter into negotiations to correct the issues and come to an agreement.Realty One Group stated their “council (sp) has reviewed your request and has advised me Realty One Group has no authority to pay since Realty One Group was not charged with any ethics violation.” The advertising was done on the Realty One Group website and Lisa Flemming is a licensed Real Estate Agent working for Realty One Group.Lisa Flemming has refused to respond to any communications with the home owner.

As a lender. I have conducted transactions with many brokerages throughout the Valley. I can honestly say, whenever I see An agent that’s with the ROG -Goodyear office, I know the transaction will go smooth. Leah, the broker, keeps her agents informed and educated so they are able to accurately communicate and facilitate the transaction. Most of the top performing agents are with ROG-Goodyear! These are true professionals, led by the utmost professional in the business!

We used Scott Thone as our realtor and he is just amazing. Scott is hands down the best realtor that I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond at every step of the process, and was always available if I had questions or issues. On top of that, he is just a good person with a big heart. Now that our sale and purchase have closed, I will really miss working with him.

Very uncomfortable experience. Not sure if this man was really an employee, he made advances on me and talked about how nice it would be to have a large African male like me around his home. He explained that the best way to see the house is to lay on the floor next to him with the fire place going. He even made a reference to the shower being big enough to stuff 4 men into it. Whatever that means. I dont recommend to use B. Hooyman unless you prefer to have someone offer to install cameras throughout your home like his house.

This is a well located, super friendly office with exceptional staff. The agents who hang their licenses here have a wide variety of expertise. Land, homes, bank owned properties, first time buyers, appraisals and more!

Place is a joke. I wont mention who we worked with but we were sold a lemon. Everything was basically busted. The realtor had no back bone. Didnt help...didnt fight. Go elsewhere. You want someone with some gusto, not a mouse.

Great team of outstanding agents!

Worst realtor! They tried selling me a lemon another realtor had listed from the SAME realty company. I was to be a first time homeowner which made them believe I wouldnt figure it out. Needless to say I lost my earnest deposit and was threatened to be sued on multiple occasions if I didnt close on the house. I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!
