Roger is AMAZING! My wheel was making a strange clunking sound and although they had many projects ahead of mine, he checked my wheel and found LOOSE LUG NUTS!! He had his autotech tighten them immediately. I was safely back on the road in less than 15 minutes. WHAT A LIFE SAVER.. LITERALLY! Okay, I went to these guys because I walked out to my car and my tire with low unexpectedly, as per usual in Arizona all of the air pumps I went to had the nozzles removed or were out of order. I pulled up and asked these guys for a little bit of air for my tire and the young guy Emiliano, checked the pressure of ALL FOUR tires, added air to my low tire, put a substance on it that would indicate whether there were any holes, we found one and I asked them to patch it. I didnt know what I was getting into because they never told me how much it was going to cost, so I just sat in the waiting room and waited for the damage. They came back to me after they are taking the tire completely off the wheel patched it up put it back on reset the air pressure and handed me my keys saying, no charge. I will always go back here. I was feeling like garbage, they fixed my problem, including the labor that it cost, and straight up handed me my keys telling them I dont owe them a penny.This is my tire place now.

Ordered black lug nuts for my new truck, they came in and I showed up late in the afternoon and they were closing up for the night, instead of turning me away Lawrence installed them without hesitation, also I needed a windshield installed and he referred me to an Awesome company who not only came to me for the installation but also had the Tint I requested put on before he installed it. This place is a awesome local owned shop. I came here to get a new set of tires and had a fixed budget. I told the staff my budget and they worked with me to get under the funds that I had set aside for the tires. the staff is real friendly, and the kept me posted on the situation for the whole process. As well I asked if I could keep the 2 front tires and they covered my trunk with plastic so nothing would get dirty. I definitely recommend coming here.

I went here for the first time today. I was very pleased with their service. I thought I was going to have to leave my car there all day because I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to get me a new tire and get me out of there quickly. I feel it was a reasonable price as well.

My tire had a nail so I replaced it with my spare. When my son put my tire on the back of my Toyota Rav 4, I couldnt tighten the lug nuts all the way. This made the tire wobble. McFall tire was on the way so I stopped in. The gentleman at the counter were so helpful they patched the tire and put my spare back on the rack. They were very friendly and helpful and didnt charge me for the patch. I definitely recommend McFall tire and Auto repair. Excellent customer service.

Family owned and family ran!!! We have been going here for the greater of 20 years! Longevity of the workers, seeing the same faces, and them knowing your vehicle is such a great quality to have in a buisness.

They are the best, they are so knowledgable and very straight forward with upcoming needed work and they always help in a time of need when your car is in immediate attention on your auto needs.

I have a 22 year old car with 250,000 miles that constantly has issues but McFall always fixes is faster than anyone else and they do it for a lot cheaper too. They have fixed minor things like a leaking hose to more major things like radiator and distributor. I’ve never scheduled any appointments because my issues would just pop up and even then I’ve never had to wait more than 1 day to have my car worked on. Will definitely be taking my new car here.

Amazing place! Im super impressed with their honesty! Went in because my car was not able to be driven past 20mph and even at 5mph would wobble i carefully drove over thinking it would be an expensive for my mercedes suv... Come to find out it was my tire and they didnt sell me something i didnt need. They didnt have my tire in stock so they put on the spare but Im super happy and i totally recommend this place. Did i mention they were fast?! Thank you guys! When they put in my bad tire in the back they put down plastic not to dirty the carpet how thoughtful!

1st class! Amazing experience! My wifes car was having trouble with the transmission. We had it towed to McFall Tire & Auto in Goodyear to be repaired. Not only did they diagnose the problem successfully, but they called a local dealership to check if the warranty left on our vehicle covered the issue. Guess what? It did! They even took care of transporting our vehicle to the new location! We were on the other side of town at work and wouldnt have been able to transport the vehicle otherwise. The best part? We werent charged a penny for the entire experience! Saved me hundreds of dollars if not close to a thousand! Its hard to find honest people in the car repair world these days. Please give this business a chance. You wont regret it!!!

Just found that our project car has issue. The new gas tank they installed was dropped at some point. This caused a pinch. Apparently over time the hole has grown. Also the exhaust that had to be cut out then put back is messed up. Looks like a child did it. Will NEVER go there again. There was a whole other story to get here. Awful. Do not waste your time.

First time here, I had spent hundreds of dollars at other auto shops trying to figure out why my check engine light was on, and they fixed it for a good price in less than an hour. This time, I came in to get my brakes checked, and Marcus explained every step of what they were doing. He even brought me out and showed me where the leak was, what had to come out, and why labor costs are what they are. Instead of charging me for two parts right off the bat, he fixed one first to save me money. Also recharged my AC for free! Amazing service!!

I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with both the quality of the repairs and the price. However the waiting room isnt comfortable and they do not have a shuttle service.

I really thought great costumer service was a thing of the past until I went to mcfall tire and met Marcus. He was very honest from the get go and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. After they did the inspection on the car he called and said I needed a new alternator and that it would be done by the end of the day. An hour later he called saying the part they had was wrong once they took everything apart and werent able to get another until the morning. (I had told them time was not an issue because I had rented car) I was completely okay with this said take your time theres no hurry. Later that afternoon he called again, immediately I assumed bad news could only come now. He said the part couldnt be there until early next week and there was a price change from what he originally quoted me due to a more expensive part. He went on to tell me he was able to talk whoever he was buying the part from to overnight the part and price match to what he originally quoted me. The part was there the next morning and my car was done before noon. To have someone constantly keep you updated on what is going and be able to work with you and others to make it the originally quoted price was fantastic. His hard work is greatly appreciated and I have certainly found my car shop if I ever have any more issues. Honesty, loyalty, and hard work. Great combination!

Service was fast and they didnt try to upsell me. All I needed was a nail removed and tire patched which they did for free and without trying to put me on any warranty plans like other *big* shops do. Ill probably come back when I need new tires or other maintenance done to the car.

I had an emergency brake issue. I was surprised at the service. I generally grudge taking my vehicle in for repairs or maintenance but the customer service and communication on repairs exceeded my expectations. Its hard to find an honest mechanic especially a reasonably priced one. I highly recommend McCall Tire & Auto Repair.

The people at McFall Tire & Auto are excellent. Fast service at reasonable prices. I used McFall the first time because I had an emergency and none of the shops close to my house could get me in. Their team was able to diagnose my vehicle, and get it repaired, on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The second I used them was for an oil change and diagnosis of a check engine light. Again, the service was performed quickly despite several customers in front if me. Based on my two experiences at McFall Tire & Auto I would recommend them without reservation. I have not experienced any of the standard up sell and scare tactics encountered at other repair facilities. I have experienced honest people that are anxious to work and earn your business.

Ive taken my car to many shops in the valley and have to say this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. My vehicle just came out of the shop elsewhere and I was having issues with steering, the shop that did the work originally decided to go out of town for a few days & I could not wait. They got me in diagnosed and fixed the problem. No BS straight forward shop, this is now my new go to for all my work. I dont let just anyone work on my vehicle Im very particular.

Ive been 5 times going on 6 to get my tire pressure light fixed after they said a bubble in my tire caused me to replace 4 tires.After I wrote review they called to make sure gauge was working correctly. I brought car in sixth time, and it seems to have done the trick. I changed rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I have been going to McFall Tire and Auto for several years and I always leave happy with the customer service and work performed, however, my most recent interaction with this business was far beyond my expectations. I recently moved to Denver from the valley where Ive spent most of my life, so when it came to buying snow tires I was lost. There are many options that are EXTREMELY pricey and its hard to know whats the safest/best choice in tires at a reasonable cost.In a bind, I called McFall Tires and spoke with Marcus who remembered me (awesome!) and was more than willing to help advise me to what direction to go in for tires even though he had nothing to gain from me buying tires elsewhere in Denver. So yesterday 3/9/2019 I brought my car to McFall tire for tires. I had nexen tires put on the car by Mcfall tires 8/3/2016 which were a 60k tire due to the alignment the tire wasnt covered with only 26k miles on the tires. They took pics of all the other problems my cars had but never let me know that the alignment was ruining my tires so now instead of paying 70 dollars for an alignment it cost me over 500 to get new tires. I used the dealer ship rodeo Kia and Mcfall tire for oil changes and tire rotations but they failed to let me know about the alignment. So live and learn in search of a new machanic to service all 5 of my vehicles...

I needed 2 new tires mounted balance all 4. Tjis is on my Jag. XJ8L.Left grease on my steering wheel. Felt funny driving. So i checked tires. New tire were at 45psi. Should be 34psi.My car never had a shake its so bad. My husband took it to a different shop.It did call them about first 2 problems they didnt seem interested. So no its not going to them for the balance problem. I would rather pay someone who know what they are doing...

I took my truck to get my head lights fixed since I replaced the whole wire harness with a used one and they were working funny. I talked to the front desk guy on the phone and told me they couldnt do nothig about it, then I went to pick it up and talked to the electrician and he told me he didnt even want ro mess with it because it mightve been a head ache and he didnt wanna deal with it. I was surprised of this guy excuse, since Ive had received a very good service in the past.

They do right by us every time, repair only what we ask, and dont gouge at all! Great guys, wonderful to work with!

If you think about going to big o tires dont Ive worked at big o tires in maricopa and in goodyear they are bound to make you spend more money then you should goto mcfalls they fix whats needed or what you requested at a reasonable price with hardly any wait, recommend mcfall over big o tires or I should say big o liers
