I took my car to Marcos Auto Repair to get my A/C fixed. He gave it a try, I paid him, and unfortunately he did not get the problem fixed. After that, his advice was to replace the compressor and I agreed to replace it along with other A/C components to restore it and get it working again. He never got back to me after I contacted him. I called and texted him asking for a quote before getting the job done. He said he would give me the quote, but he did not. The days went by and I politely asked him again for the quote and again he did not bother to get me the quote he said he was going to provide before performing the work.Marco seems to be a good mechanic, but he is too busy, he appeared to be stressed both times I was there; he is a one man repair shop who takes in more vehicles than he can comfortably handle. Unfortunately, in my experience with him, he demonstrated to not be a man of his word and neglected me as a customer. I was left with non running A/C in the middle of the Arizona summer.Another repair shop fixed my cars A/C in one day.I do not recommend Marcos Auto Repair. Yo no recomiendo esté taller.

Marcos is great! Easy to get ahold of, took my car in right away, diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what was going on. Honest and reliable! If I find myself needing a mechanic again, hes the guy!

Recently relocated into area and needed check engine light diagnosed. Marco quickly identified problem and quoted a very fair price. Decided to have him do the oil change I needed as well. Extremely professional, honest and got car back in my hands very fast. Count me as one of his customers moving forward.

Came in for an oil change, I was expecting to drop off my car and come back to grab it tonight but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was, I was in and out within about 15 minutes. Friendly and well priced service, a very honest and respectable business Ill be sure to come back to the next time I need anything done with my car.

Marco is absolutely wonderful. He gets me right in, is fairly priced, lets me know whats going on, and works extremely quickly. I travel and will continue to travel the almost hour it takes me to get to his shop from Phoenix because he is THAT good.

I cant say enough good things about Marcos! I was very lucky to have been recommended to him through the company I work for, He has done work on my car for the last year and every time I bring him my 2005 Honda Accord he treats me like family! I never worry when I leave because I know he took his time and put a lot of care into his work. As a woman I feel like we have to be careful because we are often taken advantage of when we dont know anything about cars but you dont ever have to worry about that with Marco because he is an HONEST man! I cant recommend his business enough.

Marco does amazing and quick work. Brought my truck to him with 5 min notice about one of my brakes being metal on metal. He had the truck jacked up right away, put new break pads in and the rotor redone in about 30 min. Very reasonable prices too.Marco has my business from now on.

I just moved to Goodyear this past year. I have took my Toyota Tacoma to several chain auto repair places and I got handed a list of recommended services that totaled over 1000 dollars. I thought something was up because my truck is fairly new and well taken care of so I looked up a local auto shop. Marco was great! Straight forward and he worked on only what I needed at a fair price. I would definitely recommend him and I know where Ill be going for as long as I live here.

Marco does great work and very reasonable. He put in a new radiator and pulled the front bumper out that was caused by being backed into. Looks and runs good as new! Thank you Marco!

A great mechanic!! Works on any vehicle you bring him and any issue that needs resolving. Ive seen Minis, BMWs, American vintage muscle cars, ...and a weird spaceship out of Luke (just kidding-but hed fix that too!) He is very knowledgeable and cares about helping others. Worked on my Japanese cars, on a Mercedes project and now on a Cadillac that needed some love. Worth his weight in gold, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

No wifi or free coffee but thats not why you bring your car to Marco. He does a great job and charges a fair price. If youre taking your car to one of the chains then youre wasting you time and youre money.
