This is a wonderful family owned shop. I have been taking my vehicles to S&S Tire for maintenance and repairs when needed for about 15 years now. I find them to be honest and trustworthy.

I am not a current customer, however I was having issues with my car so I called to see if they could give me some advice. I spoke to Brad who was super nice and helpful! He went above and beyond and even reached out to a Honda dealer to help me. He also referred me to a great locksmith to help with my issues. I will definitely go to get any future work needed to them!! Brad I appreciate your help!!

I absolutely recommend S&S Tire to anyone in the Phoenix area it’s worth the drive. They will do whatever they can to get the tires you need in a timely manner if they don’t have them in stock. Nitrogen is available. There services and checks are thorough. They do more than oil changes and tires so feel free to call and inquire. It’s just like a busy restaurant with good food anyone who knows how good S&S is in the west valley strictly use them and they always have business. Fair prices they answer the phone and good service what more could u want as a customer.

Once again they have stepped up. I continue to bring my vehicles (3 now) to S&S Tire. Recent car issue prompted a Saturday visit and they were able to squeeze us in. I cannot stress how important it is to have relationships with professionals and the employees, staff and management here are doing it right. I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday for tires and brakes. I drove in from Tucson because the deal was too hot to pass on. I arrived at 945 am and they were finished within 2 hours time. This place is super fantastic and the staff are very friendly and caring. 5 Star

I enjoy going to this tire Shop because they remember who I am. I think everyone in the front office is very helpful. Rose helps me all the time and she is great at customer service. All the guys are equally awesome. If you need car service and tires, this is the place to go.

We got our tires done almost a week ago and are very happy. Was easy to research tires on their website and to book an appointment. Workers were all very nice will definitely go back for our other cars tires.

We purchased tires (large truck tires that are extremely expensive!) and had them installed on a Friday. We then drove less than 275 miles mostly highway and had a blow out 2 days later(Sunday) on the highway. When I called they had our information wrong and when I told them what tires they installed the gentleman said oh that could be a problem like I didn’t already know that it’s hard to get big truck tires and yeah it’s a problem because they are brand new. Then they called back when they figured out what happened and told us they would have a tire for us that afternoon. I was happy of course! However, they didn’t give me an expected time so when my son called to check on what time they thought it would be there the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and said I was literally just on the phone with them 20 min ago and you have to be here at 3:30. First he wasn’t on the phone with anyone 20 minutes ago, second we were never given a time, third regardless don’t be rude. We then get the truck down there and the first person to help my son is nice but is interrupted by another gentleman I am assuming the rude guy on the phone who takes over the interaction and is completely rude to his co-worker. They don’t ask about the blown tire, they don’t look at it they just tell my son it will be close to $200 to replace. Wait what! We just got the tire 2 days ago. The guy proceeds to tell us that we must have hit something because in all his 20 years he’s never seen a defective tire. Wow! Ok so how about you look at it first because we were driving down a flat highway and at no time did we strike our SIDEWALL. He then complains about having to look at it and that he has to get it from under the truck. Not to mention that he places his paper on the hood of our truck and proceeds to start writing! Yeah, he was writing on the hood of our truck. Obviously my son tells him to stop and the guy has the nerve to respond I was just writing. Now they have the tire and inform us that they are going to be “nice” and “save us money” by only charging us tax. By this point I am done. The guy was rude over the phone, rude in person, disrespectful to our property, has told us we don’t know what happened even though we were the ones driving the truck, and now he wants to tell us that he isn’t sure why we are upset and that we should be happy he is saving us money. Absolutely rubbish! Never ever ever again!

I took my car into the shop at around noon on Tuesday, August 10, had - air conditioner blowing warm air. I had already been to my usual repair shop only to be told they would be unable to work on the car for one and a half to two weeks! Unacceptable! The same repair shop referred me to S&S and I drove there immediately and spoke with Joe who said they were very busy, but if I wanted to leave my car they would try to work on it either that day or, if left overnight, the following day. My daughter came and picked me up, we went to Sams Club (across the street) and before we had finished shopping I received a call saying my car had been repaired and was ready for pick up. Joe told me that S&S normally has a 3 week waiting list, but in the case of air conditioning problems, they fit those cars in asap, realizing waiting 3 weeks in the Arizona heat with no air is impossible. I was delighted, and of course my usual repair shop is no longer usual.

Was there to shop tires for my horse trailer as recommended by a friend who has shopped there in the past. Service person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was also shopping new rims for the same trailer and asked who he might recommend in the area. I was very surprised when he told me they sell the rims I need. So rims and tires will be ordered and in about 3 weeks Ill have put on. Wohoo!

This was my first time going to this repair shop, not only did they fix the check engine light issue I came in for but they made me aware of another issue with my car that I got fixed all in that same day. They are very polite & no one tried to sell me on anything. I love that they let you know the severity of any issues they find so that you know if you can wait on certain repairs until your pay day or if it needs done asap for your safety. I will never use another shop because the quality of work and fair pricing here is amazing, I’d definitely recommend them to friends/family.

Waited quite a bit it was Monday and they were busy but these guys are surprisingly honest business. Went in for what I thought front brakes time, turns out I didn’t need the maintenance yet. No charge for analysis! Will be retuning and perhaps committing to them for future work. Would like to see a shuttle service in the future but that might affect prices so maybe not.

I went to a tire shop in Tolleson (I will not mention their name but you can guess) near 99th Ave and Lower Buckeye….lol. I was told it would take them 4 hours to change my tire. I went to S&S Tire in Goodyear and it was done in an hour. S&S you have gained a new customer! Thank you for your professionalism and getting the job done in a reasonable timeframe.

For years I have heard about S & S Tire..all good. Well I have to say that I was very happy with the service and value I received. I was shopping at a competitor and they wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to get my new tires. So I started looking around! S & S had a lower price, lower and equally comparable warranty cost, and they were quick to respond to my online request for an appointment.Upon arrival I was treated immediately! They told me it would be about an hour. My car was done in record time! Picking up my vehicle was also a pleasant experience. The staff explained everything and even made future recommendations but not in that salesman-like pushy way.Thanks for making this necessary purchase easy for my busy life! I will be back soon!

I had a very slight wobble driving my 2003 Jeep Wrangler, and I wanted it fixed. S&S tire checked my front end, (track bar, drag link, tie rods, ball joints etc) and recommended to have my wheels balanced and rotated as well as a 4 wheel alignment. After, they went on a test drive they found my Jeep still had vibrations (shaking) at 65mph. After a closer look, it was discovered that my tires were slightly cupped and couldn’t be fixed. In order to get rid of vibration, it was recommended to replace tires. So I purchased new 4 tires. Now my Jeep doesn’t vibrate/ shake at all. Also, since I just had my slightly cupped tires balanced, they didn’t charge me again for balancing 4 brand new tires. Very nice and classy on their part. Thank you S&S Tire for helping me with my Jeep and getting me back in the road safely. Until next time, keep up the great work.

Amazing customer service and prices compared to Firestone. I previously went to a Firestone and was told I needed a new catalytic converter which would cost around $1650. I called S&S to get a second opinion and they quoted me roughly $900. They found it was actually just the oxygen wires were cut and I ended up only paying $360 and I was in and out within a few hours. Extremely polite even during current circumstances, fully explained what was going on, and their suggested course of action. I will definitely be going back!

I have known and unknown have had 5 vehicles maintained by Joe Feight for almost 2 decades. Even though there are closer places, I trust him and S&S.

After being turned away by Firestone, S and S took me in and installed a tire that I had and removed the spare that was on my truck. They even reassembled my spare by to how it came from the factory into my trunk housing. Thank you guys again for helping me when I was turned away from a competitor.

They quoted my wife over $600 to replace spark plugs in a Sentra, which is ridiculous considering even the Nissan Dealer in town quoted me at $500. They also wanted to charge my wife for something the Nissan dealer said was included with the spark plug changes. Well never come here again and when we came to get the car back (after a $98 diagnosis, another ridiculous price) they tried sweet talking us with well match whatever price you find at other shops and the service man wanted to look again at our Sentra to make sure he saw it right! DONT FALL FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL NICE GUY ATTITUDE!!! Especially if your female!! Shop around before even considering taking your cat here! We went to MUNOZ TIRES on Main St. And got a great deal for the work at a faster rate than any other car shop quoted!

Disclaimer- SS is great for tires, do not have them perform any repair work!!S&S have solid pricing for good tires, they are punctual and do an excellent job communicating all work being performed on your vehicle. That being said, I would only recommend tire replacement and (possibly) an alignment at S&S.Most recently I replaced my front two tires and requested an alignment. After an inspection by one of SS mechanics I was informed that he was unable to perform the alignment. This was due to a bent tie rod and lower control arm/ball joint assembly that was reported damaged. The vehicle was involved in a low speed collision with a curb four months prior, this news did not come as a surprise.What I found shocking was the quoted price on the parts. I was quoted 116.95 for the inner tie rod assembly, 103.95 for the outer tie rod assembly and 80.50 for the rest of the tie rod assembly. The control arm/ball joint was quoted at 187.95. An additional piece of equipment that was not needed was also thrown on to the quote putting me at a grand total of 626.80 for parts. With labor I was quoted $980 minimum.I was able to purchase all the the required OEM parts for just under $190.00 (Two year manufacturewarranty on all parts). I performed the repairs in an hour and a half and had an alignment performed for $60.If your in a pinch and need quality mechanic work done, do some research and price out your options. A lot of the major chains will take advantage of the fact you do not possess the knowledge to identify huge variances in pricing for parts as well as what work is actually necessary. Again, S&S provide great tires at reasonable prices, but they are going to overcharge for any other service.

They told me some bs about how my tire was “too nice” and “im not their type if shop” until some other worker came up and decided to help. Only reason i came here is because Pepboys next door was packed.

Purchased new tires from a vendor that couldn’t accommodate the install. Based on non-responsiveness from that vendor and my perceived poor service from the same, I left that vendor, only to find S&S right next door. I walked in and spoke to Jorge, who was very helpful and accommodating. The install was completed in a professional manner and I’m happy to recommend this shop, based on my positive experience.

Excellent service! They were very busy and suggested it may be 3-4 hours before they could get to my vehicle, but since they knew I had a busy schedule, they managed to get me back on the road within an hour. Awesome service...!!! I needed my tire plugged after running over a huge valve stem looking projectile the day before...I read the reviews and thought this would be a good shop to get it fixed quick. Even know there were 4 customers there, they still got me in within 15 minutes... had a chance to talk to the tech that was going to do the work before hand, very professional,and courteous. My Jeep was patched, plugged and ready to in about 20 minutes... $20 later and a thanks for your business from the counter and I was gone...!!! It doesnt get any better then that... EXCELLENT and RELIABLE service! I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and so went to a more “popular” tire shop. They quoted me $500 plus to replace my tire and did not even consider fixing it. So, I waited until the next morning and went in to S&S Tire & Auto Services. They fixed my tire in less than 30mins with no talks of replacing my tire. Price was GREAT too!! Besides their HONESTY I loved the customer service!! After spending almost $500 to get a fan switch fixed when I picked up my truck the A/C was stuck on defrost. At first they said it was fine when they called me to pick it up and since the tech that worked on it had left for the day they couldn’t do anything until after the weekend, but it probably just needed to be calibrated.When they called me on Monday they tried to tell me the diverter needed to be replaced, I reminded them that they had replaced that about six months earlier What ever was wrong they had it fixed a few hours later. When I picked it up I asked if the $115 diagnostic fee was applied to the repair and they said they couldn’t do that.When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the truck not being ready the first time I came to pick it up and no one seeming to care to look at it to fix it so I didn’t have to leave it over the weekend all they had to say was sorry. I have been going there for years but will never go again

I needed a tire repaired and someone had recommended S & S Tire & Auto. They were extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person! They were quick too. I was in and out in very fast. I had expected to be there for at least an hour and it didnt even come close! I will definitely be going back when I need tire services and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

6/4/20I called S and S tire service because I needed a running board for my car I was explaining to George how I had a bad case of sciatica. Very Bad case and although he didnt have a running board he told me he knew someone that could help me with the situation and that I would find relief and I followed up with that and truly I found some relief for my Sciatica now I may not have gotten automotive help but he sure was good enough to help me emotionally spiritually and physically.now we are discussing trying to find a running board for my vehicle and helping me to get it put on. thank God for S and S tire and thank God for you George. I had a screw or some type of Bolt and the Treads of my tires and my tire was almost flat. I went in shortly before closing and no problem, they took care of it as efficiently as possible and I was out of there and on my way within about 20 minutes. Dan the service manager was very understanding and accommodating I google searched a tire and service center because we were driving my sons vehicle home from Phoenix and as a father I haven’t had the chance to maintain his vehicle for the last two years I wanted to make sure the tires were balanced and everything was in good shape before we made the 1800 mile trip back to Chicago although I just wanted The front two tires balanced the technician checked all of them and they all need to be balanced and properly inflated I was there approximately 30 minutes everything was completed and the car drove like it was brand new the price was very fair and I would recommend like so many other people if you need tires or vehicle maintenance I don’t think you can go wrong with S&S tireIn Goodyear

The guys there are very nice and courteous. I got a set of tires there and have been getting my oil changes there and have no complaints so far. The oil change price is very reasonable compared to the previous place I had been going. They play movies and have a place to sit while you wait for your car. They also offer you water and free popcorn too! They are all great guys! Good job guys!

I have high mileage vehicles that I have loved for many years. I am choosy about the mechanics I allow to work on my car and my truck, a Chrysler Sebring convertible 02, and a Ford Ranger 99, even for the simple things like oil changes. S & S Tire on Dysart Rd has been my mechanic for years and have always done topnotch service without pushing me into things that generate them income but arent really necessary for my vehicle. I get great top quality honest work at a very fair price. They advise me on things to watch for, they check on concerns I have and they always leave me feeling confident my car and my truck will get me wherever I need to go. They are familiar with me and my vehicles, it is almost like taking my kids to the doctor...the service is that important to me and they treat me that well. I am very happy with the service S & S Tire & Auto Service Center on Dysart Rd in Goodyear provides for me. My car with over 200,000 miles and my truck with just under 200,000 miles both pass emissions on the first try every time. It is very important that I have a mechanic who is knowledgeable and isnt out to take advantage of me as a woman alone with older vehicles, and this shop is top notch for honesty and integrity, customer service, pricing, and of course quality work. Theyve been my mechanic for over ten years and I dont need to look elsewhere. If you are looking for honest work at a fair price done in a reasonable amount of time without hassle, this is the shop to go to. Weve bought two full sets of tires from S & S, great products and great service. Today we had a flat, filled it up, and went to S & S to have it checked. They worked us right in.
