Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, evening desk associate was lovely. I did forget her name. At booking, I put a request in for an upper level if available, and thats exactly where they put us. Indoor pool was not heated, however perhaps being a northerner we do this and TN doesn’t? However during the crazy heatwave, it was fine by us. Felt safe there, no additional parking charge. We did have breakfast in the lobby one morning, and while a tad pricey, it is was it is, but was quite good. Service was great! Would definitely stay again. Glad to have had a positive experience after a long drive.

Hotel is very accommodating and the staff are pleasant, upbeat, and friendly. Check-in went very smooth. They were very attentive to anything that was requested, and the check-out was fast too. This hotel had the upgraded mobile key and that was fantastic to have available.

Absolutely wonderful!! After an extremely stressful start to our Vacation and then deciding to get a motel which we immediately left and went here. This stay was much needed!! Ive never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a long time! The soaps there smelt so amazing that I took pictures of the names so I could look for them online and buy them. Would definitely recommend and is worth the money.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve honestly never had a better experience at a hotel. Not only is this hotel very clean and comfortable but the staff are so awesome. My family and I were traveling and our car’s engine blew up on the interstate, it was dark, and we had 2 kids with us and we couldn’t have been treated any better! Brandon at the front desk, along with the lady that worked during the day (can’t remember her name) was very understanding and caring of our situation. They went above and beyond for us. I would stay here again for sure!

Positive: Real free starbucks brewed coffee was in the lobbyand a few breakfast items. The building is decent and updated. Mid level for a courtyard. I stay in alot of these hotels. Staff was great!! It is a three star. Negative: The hallway was cold for some reason, like 60 degrees. The room was warm. I set the thermostat at 75 but dont think it was really that hot. The room was looking kely not booked for a while.

Good location, nice staff, gotta get better pillows and figure out what you are going to give you titanium elites for breakfast. Paying for Starbucks is not gonna get me back there

The place it is very nice and clean, it has a place so you can do your work while been on the road with laptop computer and printer, that is a super lots of amenities only one problem $3 USD for a botle of aquafina that it is a robbery.

Positive: They had free coffee and some grab and go food. Not much but a little. Recent renovation. Negative: The only issue was the hallway heat was about 60-65 when it was 30s outside. This meant I had to plug the door with a towel. I really dont think it was ever 75 in the room though I had it set there to be comfortable.

How ridiculous is this, especially since there is no notice of this ANYWHERE, & not shared on check in.Anymore, Marriott Courtyards are so all over the place on quality and service it is a gamble!

Upon entering my room it smelled like Cannabis. Bathroom door barely close Bathroom dirty it was hair on the floor there was no hand soap. And to top it off they put us under a heavy footed elephant. Like I can’t remember the last time I got a room and could hear those around me.

I had a project nearby and stayed at this Courtyard several days a week for several months. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the area is safe. There is a small fitness room with decent equipment for those short workouts. The internet is average for what i typically see in hotels - works fine, but i did not attempt to stream video. The one issue I encountered in some rooms, but not all rooms is a strange noise in the bathroom. It was a periodic thump, which i finally traced to the ventilation system. My guess is that condensation builds up in the system and drips in some of the areas of the hotel. I found that leaving the bathroom fan on eliminates the noise completely. The beds are fairly new and comfortable. I do recommend this Courtyard hotel.

Positive: This is a new hotel with great showers and beds! The hotel encourages guests to be courteous with signs as you exit the elevator saying, shhhh this is a quiet zone. Kitchenettes are equipped with stovetop, fridge, toaster, and coffee maker.

Almost would say this is a scam! The website AND reservations line say they have rooms available, only to email you the DAY of your reservation to say that the hotel has had to closed and they have reserved you rooms at their sister hotel.. i called and they shut down in APRIL. WHY wasnt we informed of the when making reservations?? So we could have CHOSEN where we wanted to stay? Its complete fraud and lies to get our money. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because the sister hotel was clean and nice.. but we should have been given the option of where to spend our money!

Went to breakfast at 9:00am there was nothing left, was suppose to be open until 9:30. Attendant told me a conference there wiped them out and most she said aren’t staying there. Asked her if she could get me something and she said they were completely out. Not happy, especially being a paying customer!

We drove from Destin and stayed here as a stop on the way back home. It was a nice break from another hotel chain we stayed in on the way down to Florida. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable bedding. The café was convenient and serves Starbucks coffee. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Great access to the highway. Great restaurants near by.

I needed to book a hotel room in the Nashville area so that I could attend the funeral of a dear friend. I chose the Goodlettsville Courtyard because of its location. I chose well ! My room was so quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ate dinner and breakfast in The Bistro, and the food and service were excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Great affordable stay while visiting Nashville. 20 min easy drive away. Very clean rooms and Hotel, quite modern. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if looking to save some money and dont mind the drive. Well worth it and would stay again.

This Courtyard is very conveniently located off I-65. It was easy to access the interstate. The hotel is located in the heart of an area that has many restaurants, gas, stores, etc. Checked in late at night. The lobby is secure after hours. The hotel is new and spotless. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are large, clean and nice layout with extras like desk space, counters.We only stayed for one night but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Indoor pool (we didnt get to use). There is a snack store next to front desk that can be charged to the room. Completely hassle-free. Never have bad experiences at Marriott and I am quickly becoming brand loyal after staying in this hotel.

Not worth the money.Half competent staff, tiny rooms. Ive stayed in hotels costing half what I paid here, and got a decent Continental breakfast and a decent room with a decent layout.Here, having a king room, you have to crawl over the sofa to turn on the lights. The entire room is small.Last night stay, we didnt even get the towels.Wouldnt stay here again. A much better option is available, literally, across the street.

This was my first time lodging here. Beautiful, quiet, large spacious room, bathroom and Very comfortable bed. Convenient to a variety of eateries, gas stations and some light shopping areas. I would recommend to others and I would lodge here again.

My husband and I stayed here while getting new floors installed in our house. The stay was very nice which was extremely refreshing considering the circumstances. Great place to stay! Everything was clean, and comfy! Front Desk clerk was friendly, greeted us with a smile.Breakfast was also yummy. Avocado toast was worth the money. The kale bowl with scrambled eggs was also great.We only stayed one night, but will definitely be back.

The food/beverage service in the lobby area is definitely a nice convenience. Some of the choices are a bit pricey but its decent food, good service and comfortable.The location isnt the most convenient for downtown, but we had business in the area so the hotel worked for us.

You can generally expect friendly employees at a Marriott property, but multiple people here went out of their way to make my stay great. From making me comfortable when my room wasn’t quite ready to offering highly specific restaurant recommendations... It was definitely a good stay. Plus, the hotel has an updated interior and plenty of parking. The access to Nashville is easy. Close enough to be convenient but far enough away from the crowds and noise.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! Our room was beautiful and the staff were fantastic! We had a few issues that we needed help with. The staff was prompt at providing help and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay. One thing that sticks out is that we wanted ice cream. Here they have a small market area where you can get ice cream. We got what we wanted and waited at the front desk to pay. It took the front desk clerk a few minutes to get there because she was helping at the bar across the lobby. It didnt bother us that we had to wait. However the clerk ended up comping the ice cream because of our wait. I was shocked and pleased. My aunt made the comment that thats one of the reasons she likes staying at Marriott.

Courtyard Nashville Goodlettsville never disappoints as our over night stop from Fl. back to Chicago.It is a clean and well kept property. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The food service is such a plus after 12 hours in the car for a good quality bite to eat and a place to relax.

Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. They have been recently updated as well. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five star is staff is lacking and hard to deal with. The 5 dollar coffee doesnt help either. Great place to catch some sleep though.

I had to stop unexpectedly on our travels in Goodlettsville. I passed by several hotels that were not visually appealing until I stumbled across Courtyard by Marriott on the hill. The late night staff provided EXCELLENT customer service. Hotel provided many amenities and it even had its own Starbucks in the lobby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the body wash and shampoo provided was an invigorating scent. I will definitely stay at another Courtyard based on my first experience here.

Attractive grounds and interior. Ample shopping and food sources nearby. Area is a heavy traffic area with no sidewalks. It is located far enough from the interstate to avoid noise. Ample on -site free parking.

We stopped over in Nashville on the way home from Florida (going to Indiana). Our son lives in Nashville so we know the area somewhat. We wanted to get through Nashville so we wouldnt have to fight the work hour traffic in Nashville which is horrible. Thus, we chose this Courtyard due to the location and reviews on Tripadvisor. We normally like Courtyards anyway so this worked perfectly.The hotel is just off I65. It is far enough off that there is not much interstate noise. In fact, we never heard any noise during the night. It is kind of by itself so there is not a lot of traffic getting in and out.We were greeted warmly and check in was quick. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable though a bit on the hard side. The bathroom was nice and had plenty off room for the two of us top get ready in the morning.This hotel does not have a continental breakfast. We did not stay to purchase the breakfast so I cant comment on the food.The price was reasonable for this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again when in the area.

My husband and I plus extended family and friends from several states traveled to Goodlettsville for our sons wedding. This hotel made our experience wonderful. Not only was the hotels accommodations/amenities and its service the best in class, they were always asking if they could help us with anything as we were in and out taking care of last minute details. The best part - we held our rehearsal dinner at this hotel. It was perfect. Perfectly decorated and the food and outstanding. The staff attended to us without interruption and made sure all of needs were met. It was an exceptional experience. A first class staff and hotel.

Overall, we had a great stay here. Our room was clean and neat. There was good water pressure in the shower. We had an issue with noise from the neighbors at about 2am but it was handled immediately. Short stay, no major complaints. I would stay again when traveling.

We had music business in Nashville, and had a hard time finding a hotel. Ended up staying here and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Very clean with modern decor. Our room was 2 queens with a pull out sofa. The room was really big with two tvs. Great value for what we got! We are very picky about cleanliness, and we were very comfortable here! It was an easy drive into the city. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a great stay at this location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Either recently remodeled or a new property. We came late at night so didn’t get a good look at the outside but the inside was fresh and clean. Hotel staff superb!

Being season ticket holders to the Tennessee Titans games, we always look for a place to stay that is convenient, reasonably priced and well maintained. We have stayed in numerous places downtown and in the airport area but never thought about the Goodlettsville area. Having stayed here for business travel, we thought we would just try and see how it fit our plans. All I can say is AWESOME!!!!! Just a quick trip down interstate 65 to the parking for the ballgames and shopping at Opry Mills. Several nice places to eat minutes away from the Courtyard. Not a lot of hustle and bustle from traffic. The staff is great and always smiling. They remembered us from our first visit...very impressive. The rooms are quiet and clean. Not a lot of distraction from other guest noise. The food and drinks from the bistro are reasonably priced and so very convenient. I frequently visit the great city of Nashville. On those occasions when I need to stay in a hotel, I look no further than the Marriott Courtyard in Goodlettsville. I have stayed there many times and never experienced the slightest dissatisfaction.

The people at this hotel are terrific and they make all my stays here wonderful. the hotel is very well kept, well located, and quiet. But the people: Sarah, Ronnie, Teri, Glenda, Josephine put the place over the top.They always make me feel welcome. They are among the best group of people I can ever recall having met through a hotel. They will make your stay very enjoyable, relaxing, and fun!
