I really can’t say enough about these guys. I’ve had auto insurance with them for 10 years now, and every single time I’ve had an issue (accident/roadside breakdown/question) they have been on top of it. Super responsive & extremely familiar with my file and coverage as soon as I tell them my name. Such a great help in several stressful/scary situations, and always polite, quick and effective.

Well this is an agent and staff that really deliver on the ad slogan (like a good neighbor ...)! I recently received a notice of a rate hike on my homeowner insurance and called Pauls office. Stephanie Y patiently led me through a thorough review of my entire insurance package and shared with me some quite useful and surprising insights of things worthy of changing with my auto as well as home and umbrella lines. Along the way, Stephanie probed me about details of my roof and at the end of the day, sent a without-cost-to-me contractor to examine my roof for whether it might be a special class deserving-of-a-premium reduction roof. Several weeks later, she notified me that not only was underwriting approving a substantial rate reduction on my new premium -- but retroactively as well! This resulted in State Farms repaying to me a portion of earlier premiums. When she notified me of a 4 figure refund, I couldnt believe it! Fun, professional, candid and super caring, agents like Stephanie make Pauls particular office one to seek out. GREAT JOB, Stephanie and Paul!

Any large well known corporation can get 5 stars overall. But, when youre an small individual office representing that big name, and not the only office, 5 stars doesnt come automatically. It takes Continuously AWESOME Customer Service to maintain that 5 stars for Your individual office. It takes an Awesome team that work well together. I have always had State farm, and over the years I have worked with several different agents(Ive lived in different states). Its worth driving the extra mile to Golden, CO to work with this team. Paul is a great agent and employer. Oh....and Mandy knows her stuff, too!!!

Its hard to believe that I would actually write a review for my insurance agency but I have to admit that the service and response that we have received from them, when needed, has always been prompt and efficient. We had some unique requests for both of our vehicles and definitely shopped the market to find the best match. I have to give Mandy a lot of credit for researching our best options and explaining them in a clear and cohesive manner. That has now been over a year and we are still very satisfied with what we got. Greatly appreciated in a market that is, at best, difficult to get your head around. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change or upgrade from their current provider.

Mandy is terrific! I like doing business face to face and she always greets me with a smile. She took care of my car collection when other insurance companies couldnt. Paul Erdman State Farm was amazingly empathetic and sensitive to my needs while I was going through a very painful divorce situation and separating out my vehicle, new house, etc., from that of my cheating ex-husband. They even split the return escrow check on the house that we sold so I wouldnt have to meet up with him. They went over everything I needed, were very sensitive to my new budget, and set up all the insurance for my car and home without causing me any stress. I highly recommend them for honest, reliable, caring service.

After receiving my renewal and having questions about my policy, I called to speak to Paul. Ive been insured with him as my agent for two years and have never spoken with him. He was out of the office when I called and Mandy was the only one available. She refused to listen to my questions, was defensive, and aggressive. I have been happy with state farm, but sadly cannot recommend this agents office. Theres no reason for staff to be rude and reactive instead of helpful with customers.
