Honestly if you’re gonna judge these guys off of a review view mine more than anybody’s. i wish i knew specific names but from the mechanics to the owner and to the front desk lady - everybody is awesome. i gave them a car i thought was fixable which wasn’t and they made it better, and after 2 months of being out of town and coming home to a car that was destroyed i thought, they have it some life, and they cut me a HUGE discount (don’t count yourself for a discount, my dad died while we were trying to diagnose this but the fact they did that for me says a lot and should say something to any other owners.. good people here trust me.

Hubers completed all needed repairs on our 37 year old Mercedes. They called us to explain several other items they found needing attention, prior to repairing them. These guys are courteous and fixed multiple issues on our vehicle within 2 days. We will definitely be back to Hubers for future servicing needs!

As the new owner of a pre-owned Mercedes, I took my E 350 to the shop the previous owner brought it to, only to leave there with a $2,000 estimate for repairs. This shop provides expert import service at fair prices. Car repairs are done on time and on budget. In my experience involving three different cars they are 100% honest and completeIy trustworthy. I have no connection to this business other than about 10 years of being a customer. I highly recommend them and will definitely go to them again for my next repair.

My 1989 Mercedes-Benz 300TE was at 3 other shops before it was finally successfully fixed by Hubers Imported Car Service. How did they do it? By digging into Bosch microfiche troubleshooting techniques. You read that right: microfiche. If you have an older Mercedes there is only one place in town and its Hubers. Werner Huber is getting a little older but his two sons are positioned to carry the Huber family torch for good work, fair pricing, honesty, and integrity.

My wife first stopped here to check out places to bring her 04 cayenne and was treated like a VIP by Werner, one of the owners. We have since brought both our cars here (my 2008 911) and have been very happy with the level of service, work and pricing. We also love that we can provide our own parts. Highly recommend!

Hubers Imports is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy shops I have ever been to. They are upfront about their hourly rate, and have never treated me with anything except respect and kindness. If you expect to have a technician guarantee that they can fix your car before its even been towed there and theyve looked at it, then you shouldnt complain when they are honest with you about the repairs upon inspection. Both Werner and Nick have always been honest with me about the fact that they dont do body work, and have always given very accurate estimates in regards to price and turn-around time. If you need your car fixed right and are willing to pay what it costs to have it fixed by experts, Hubers is the only place.

You WILL save money at Hubers Imported Car service relative to the equivalent dealership for repairing or maintaining your vehicle. The team is heavily experienced in working with both older and newer imports and Ill continue to bring my car here. Just going to the dealership now makes me cringe because theres no point; just go to Hubers imported car service instead and theyll take care of you and respect your vehicle.Edit: After another two years of bringing my 1993 400 SEL to Hubers, I still highly recommend the shop for anyone who cares deeply about their Mercedes.

Didnt use original parts in my car which caused me to have to spend another $1,000 to repair it after a few years. Didnt provide any warranty nor help.Its understandable that warranties expire after a while, but if they saved a few bucks by installing an after market piece, and it causes a problem, at least they should have taken some responsibility for it.

Stay away from Hubers Imported Car Service is all I can say. I had a horrible experience while trying to fix my 1971 Mercedes . Our repair guy was the owner of hubers was terrible and treated me horrible needless to say. After being pushed around for few days. I was told that they will not fix my car at there shop. After I paid a towing company to tow the car to there shop, per their request. Now, I have to pay another towing fee to get it towed out of there lot. Bottom line is; These people are crooks and should be treated as such. Think twice before you visit Hubers Imported Car Service!
