Yes, the building is as modern as it gets and yes they have all the amenities but the people, yes the people, they make you feel like its your Uncle that owns the place!

Last time while doing an oil change they stripped the drain plug.Yesterday it took almost 2 hours to do an oil change.Cant wait what happens next time.

The service department does a great job. I have never bought a car from here because I think their prices are too high. I bring my car in for service sometimes, just to make sure that everything is up to date and no outstanding recalls exist.

Great pandemic-friendly service! Scheduled an oil change and they came and picked up my vehicle, took it in for service, and brought it back about 3 hours later. Pickup and drop off were super smooth and contactless. The employee wore a mask and sanitized everything. Super easy, will definitely use their services again!

They were very quick and they saved me over $1,000 on my repairs. In & out was easy & the rental while they had my car was free. Great experience!

Called to ask about a potential problem with my 08 Prius. Kiland in services answered and gave me a knowledgeable and in depth explanation about why I probably don’t need to be worried, unlike other repair shops that tried to convince me to go ahead with a $830 dollar parts and labour replacement (or other shops that didn’t answer the phone at all).

Excellent service. In response to Covid, they added a Concierge service for service appointments. If you live within 10 miles of the dealership, they will send someone to pick up your car at your house, and drive it back when theyre done. They wipe down all the contact surfaces in your car multiple times between pickup and dropoff. I cant imagine how car service could be any safer. The driver they sent out, Misha, was very friendly and thorough about safety.

Wont stand behind a transmission that blows up at 60.000 miles even though Toyota customer service says its their incompetence that caused the whole situation!

Made an appointment beforehand. I showed up and the technician assigned to my appointment already had ideas about what could be causing my vehicle issues. While I waited, there was a small selection of complimentary snacks and drinks. I also spent some time viewing the Toyota vehicles on the sale floor. Overall, a great experience!

Misha was thoughtful, and the home pickup of vehicle was seriously convenient while working from home. Service was quick, communication was clear, and there was consideration in wearing a mask, bringing wipes, wearing gloves, social distancing.

It has always been a pleasant experience taking my car for service.
