Bad service rude attitude, my appointment was at ten they call me in 30 minutes after, waited 20 minutes more to get x rays another15 minutes to see the Dr. Terrible.I ask for x rays dental copy want to charge 35. $ they insist need a deep cleaning wich my ins. Didnt cover . Stay away from this place.

Great caring staff, very professional! They really care about every patient and try to accommodate their needs. Trust me, I came one time exetremly frustrated, unrelated to them, and the staff and dentist helped me beyond the treatment of the teeth.I’ve been there already 4 times and I will recommend others to go.Thanks again!

They tried to charge me for something the insurance company said was covered. Total scam this place is. Sara refused to tell me why she was charging me for something that was not to be charged. The Dentist refused to listen to my complaint. Went in for a cleaning was told needed deep cleaning to the tune of $1650.00

First off I want to start by saying how unprofessional, and unorganized this place that calls itself a Dentistry is. Its very sad to know how they treat their employees behind closed doors. They are all smiles and laughs to your face, but really are just more about their money than actually for the clients. Ive heard enough of this place to know that they are like leaches. Especially that so called manager (Sara)... she should be promoted to Janitor if it was up to me. If I could give this place anything under a one star I would HAPPILY DO IT!This should be a place of happiness and joy. Run and dont look back.

Very accommodating. All staff was attentive and helpful. The receptionist was very good. Even though my appointment disappeared, she mended the situation immediately. Both check-up and cleaning dentists were quick and thorough.

I dont mind visiting my dentist. Ive been a patient for years and I have no aches and pains. I credit my pearly whites to his advice and recommendations. I did need some work done on my last visit & they took my blood pressure. What the!!!! I asked the doctor if it was going to hurt. Not me he said. It didnt hurt me either. Thank u doc!!!! Because Im so fond of this dentist, I decided to take my lil guy to him instead of visiting a pediatric dental office. And let me not 4get about the awesome staff. They have been flexible around my schedule and extremely patient with my son.

ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO IS NOT ALLOWEDWhat rude unprofessional dentist he should be ashamed himself the way talks to people do not go to a dentist next to taco bell Iam going to report this con artist to American Dental Association,The next door fast food is cleaner then his office the floor is dirty the place is not hygienic,then he yanked his finger to my mouth I do not know in wich dental school he got his degree,he told me make an appointment he doesn’t explain what is wrong with my teeth then send the front desk lady asking $350 dollars for what because liberty dental plane is not covered ok why he can not explain to me next time he goes in an real doctor office the front desk explain to him what is wrong with him he first charge Medicar then he what a Cash from me I thing this is illegal.

The kindest most concerned dental team I have ever been to. I am a dental no go person and I like the manner that they handle their clients.

I visited this office when I had Delta insurance. I only wanted a cleaning and a consultation about possible fixing a small chip on one of my front teeth. Dr. Matossian said no problem and scheduled me to have the repair done. The first thing that was done was an anesthetic was injected into my gum. Then my tooth was cut into a more jagged and poiny shape. As soon as I looked in a mirror, I said, it looks worse. Dr. Matossian then quickly had me sit down again and proceeded to shoddily patch the tooth with a composite resin. I quickly scheduled another apointment because the patch that he had done looked like there was a wad of gum stuck on my tooth. He re-did the patch but it fell off after 6 months. When I returned to the office, he refused to patch it again and told me I needed braces. I complained to Delta Dental Insurance and they did nothing in response. I also complained to the California Dental Association and have heard nothing back. This dentist did permanent cosmetic damage to my tooth.

Wanted $125 just to see if they could do a procedure

I have no idea whats going on with the staff, but something isnt right
