I came in with my company van and personal vehicle just to get an oil change. Everyone there was helpful and kind. Adam went above and beyond and communicated really well before moving on to the next step. My partner and I went in with a goal to just get the oil changed but left with more taken care of and even more happy than when we arrived.

Waited a bit long in line but eventually another lane opened up and I was motioned over there. the unlimited is probably a good if you can understand it. I got the single plus I bought and unlimited for 31 days. The gent who explained it to me was very kind and patient. They did a great job on my VERY dirty vehicle. I will certainly go back often over the next month. I look forward to being able to use the express line!TWO SUGGESTIONS: 1. Senior citizen special..maybe one day of the month. 2. Ladies day with discount for female drivers.

If you guys want people to stop before the stop sign, make sure that your stopper works. Because having it up gives us customers to pull ahead sign a well. First time being told to stop on your wide open stop sign for being a long time costumer.

We bought the $33 wash for our truck and this was the quality of service we received. From pulling up only 1 person was working with 6 others standing around. We moved lanes with only 1 car in each and the other lane had 1 car with no one in it and no one vacuuming or moving it after 5-10 minutes we finally got out and got someone to help us. After the wash we get the truck back and the steps were not cleaned still had brown dust/dirt on them, rims were never wiped down, the inside of the cab was never wiped down, when we asked the outside manager he told us that they only dust the service I said great dust this seat off for us and watch those spots disappear which they did and we asked to have the interior cleaned and we were just dismissed so we tip the guy and left. We havent been here in 9 months after they damaged our last vehicle and we certainly wont be going back after this time either. We want a full refund.

I went yesterday for Supreme wash and had good experience except they forgot to vacuum passenger footwell. No biggie, I called Crystal and she said I could come back and well take care of it real quick. was already in Scottsdale at my office and told her Id be back next day. This is when Hell broke loose. I entered the express lane with my passenger door RIGHT NEXT TO a hanging vacuum and explained the situation to the attendant. He then said we dont vacuum in this lane. Im gonna need you to move your car to a full service lane (which were all 3 vehicles deep). I told him I didnt have time for that and the passenger footwell is all that needed attention. Again he said I had to move my car and eventually directed me to self service. I called Crystal inside and told her of the trouble the attendant was giving me and she said she was sending manager out, who never made an appearance. The attendant was visibly agitated, said I dont know why youre mad at me so I explained I was right next to a vacuum he couldve used. he said I was blocking the express lane (when NO ONE was behind me) I said, I couldve used it myself. he replied, youre not allowed. He vacuumed in about 10 seconds and slammed my door then said youre welcome! when I hadnt thanked him. customer service tip: when your business makes a mistake and the customer gives you a chance to make it right, its wise to correct the mistake as efficiently as possible AND express apologies for THE CUSTOMERS inconvenience.

Great to have Cobblestone in the area. Your employees always showing kindness and professionalism. Isabella was my help at the start of the lane. She was helpful and kind to explain differences in 2 wash plans. I appreciated her patience and thankful she was informative. Way to go!!

I am so happy with my experience here. Adam with service is wonderful! My battery died during my service here and he helped me with finding one at a nearby store and installed the new battery for me. I would highly recommend. The customer service here is amazing!

Ive been coming here for a while now, but the last few days theyve had long lines. I ended up getting the Platinum wash due to the way they leave everything nice and shiny, this time around it looks like they just dusted off my dash and seats. They didnt use the meguiar stuff this time, left the back bumper dirty and didnt vacuum everything. Pre-covid these guys were on point, but now idk. They dont even give the free basic wash with the Platinum anymore, Ill have to take my business elsewhere unfortunately

Excellent service, had my dads truck receive the Diamond Plate Ceramic coating the other day and the detail guys did a unbelievable job, clay bar, exterior polish and protect, with the Simoniz Diamond Plate being applied. 2 year warranty backed protection just in time for the summer heat! I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews but I’ve been going to this car wash for about two months now, I paid for the unlimited platinum whatever package. However these guys do a poor job they don’t wipe down the seats they put too much stuff on the tires and then it splashes all over the side of the vehicle. They do a good job wiping off the excess water and cleaning the wheels and that’s about it but as far as detailing goes there’s no detailing going on at this car wash, it’s pretty much drying the car and shining the tires.

Brought my brand new 2021 Honda crv . I have never had issues with my cars before. And now my entire clear coat is scratched to hell. I am pretty angry rn. I paid for the platinum. Not only did it leave many spots all over which required me to wipe the csr with their supplied towels, but during the wipe I saw tiny micro scratches all over. The roof even had scratches. I am absolutely livid and will no longer the taking my vehicles back to any car wash after this. I now have to pay to have my entire car buffed and polished

Brought my SUV in to get washed and detailed . I have a toddler so the backseat can get messy. I paid 71 dollars. Front seats looked great so I didnt notice until I came home and went to reinstall the car seat that the back seat was untouched and still dirty. See pictures. Disappointed to have paid so much and have such a large area skipped.

The 51st Ave and Bell Road location is terrible. If you want a poor customer experience and no communication, go here. I dropped my car off yesterday around 1pm and was told they would have it ready at 5pm. I let them know I would give them until 7am the next day nice. The guy looked in the car and said the dog hair was no problem and he has seen a lot worse.I go into today at 11am and was told they were almost done and it would be 30 minutes. That passed and 20 more minutes, which I reached out and they told me 25 more minutes. That passed and no one reached to me about anything. I just stood there looking clueless. Absolutely no communication. I called again and they finally brought my car out... TO DRY! They said the dog hair was the problem, but it seems they just took their time to get to my car and tried to rush it. Scuff marks still on the door, marks by the gear with food residue, the door has this gooey substance on it, but they charged me for a 19 dollar wash on top of the detail.Unfortunately, they had terrible attitudes, especially one of the guys doing my detail. Poor customer experience and I will not be back. The manager Dustin at this location does not seem to have control over his employees. I asked for him multiple times, but he never reached out, albeit he was there in the spa location.$160.00 wash and there is still dirt and marks everywhere! Yup, they rushed and waited on this one. No excuses and they want to offer a car wash at their location for free.... No.I have photos of the left messes. Unacceptable...

They are knowledgeable & helpful not pushy & rude in trying to upgrade your car wash. Very friendly. The vacuums worked good, they were stocked with clean towels. I just luv Cobblestone

Auto wash is great for the money. I normally get the $9 option and it washes it well so that I’m satisfied. It’s a machine so it’s not perfect but I’m good with what I get with that option and have been getting the same one since they opened. I take my car and my wife’s car here as well. I handle my own vacuuming, which is free here and works really well in terms of suction. Can’t comment on the detailing side of the business as I’ve never used it. Overall, satisfied and would recommend.

Went there yesterday paid $25 I waited 30 minutes after my car was out of the carwash for them to wipe it down and do the windows wheels and tires i didnt feel great so I didnt pay close attention to the details until this morning there was a couple spots on the windshield also wheels still dirty tire cleaner on the back of my car none of the inside wiped down honestly I like the carwash part is awesome I guess Ill be doing the inside myself from now on!

I made a rookie mistake while maintaining my GMC deisel. I was told by my mechanic (who was completely booked up at the time) to immediately take it to Cobblestone so they could service it or I could be looking at a $3000 repair. I called Cobblestone and talked with Adam who is the service manager. Adam told me they were busy but that they would work me in. When I showed up, Adam greeted me with a group of team members and helped push it off my trailer and into a service bay. Adam said hed have it done within the hour which he did and even washed it inside and out.I am sooo thankful to Adam and the rest of his crew at Cobblestone for taking care of me and helping me avoid a very costly repair. I would highly recommend this business!!!

I use the monthly car membership and never have to wait. I got my oil changed earlier this week, and it was fast and a fair price. Very professional.

The greeter was pushing unlimited plans after sayibg No 3 times. The car had several a few hand prints and dry spots. When I asked the guy drying to address the issue hed had an attitude and shrugged his shoulders like what do you want know. Will Not go back.

Paid for the platinum package. Looks like it got nothing more than a wip down with a wet rag. They didnt bother cleaning where the dirt pooled after the rinse, they didnt clean the windows.All and all a poor job. Wont get my business again.

Terrible job. Paid $70 for a hand wash on my work truck. I am not a finicky person, it takes me a lot to post a review. The truck is white and had clearly visible dark/ black dirt spots in multiple places. The windshield was not wiped down or dried. They completely missed the top side of the bed toolboxes Work truck). There are water spots all over every piece of glass and front chrome bumper. i just spend 45 minutes cleaning my “just washed” truck. I didn’t ask or haggle for a cheaper price, ask for anything extra, ask them to hurry or rush or even use a coupon. It took them 45 minutes to “wash” the truck. I Happily paid $70 for a car wash because I thought it would be a quality job. I’ve had cleaner cars from gas station drive thru washes.

This place is awesome. The guys that did my oil change and cleaned my vehicle were attentive to my cars needs. The level of care they gave was just amazing. They treat your vehicle like youre family. I was initially quoted price but was given a higher price later, i have a truck and they added on 20 extra dollars. That part had me upset because,i feel if someone gives you a price, then you give the ok, you expect that price. After talking to the manager, he initially had an attitude but, adjusted the price. After the care i was given, i was so pleased with the car care guys, i gave them the money as a tip.

39.00 car wash they always miss alot, on my truck. The guys where I first pull up to when I get there are very nice. And seem to do their job very well. But they dont vacuum out my truck very well, and when I was there the other day I decided to pay for unlimited, but now Im rethinking about that, I might cancel it

Sometimes theyre attentive. When I renewed, I got help quickly. But the previous visit I didnt get help and had to pay with my debit card because it was time to renew and Noone came to me to help even though the screen said someone would be there soon to help.

I had my 2018 Ford truck serviced this morning. Also it cleaned and detailed. I dont think my truck was that clean when I pulled it off the Ford lot in Scottsdale. Outstanding job guys! It looks wonderful!!👍👍

My first time at a Cobblestone, my regular place gave way to a new QuikTrip. Courteous, hard-working folks here, the Ultimate wash left my car looking (& smelling) really good. Close enough to keep coming back, will get my wife to start bringing her car. Nice job, very satisfied.

Decided to give the new cobblestone a try since I work on this end of town. Normally go to the one on Warner and 10 since they have always done an excellent job. Needless to say Im not impressed at all. Got the ultimate+ which looked good when I left but not so much when I got back to work less than a mile a way. Car still has fly poop everywhere that easily wipes off. Black vinyl on the roof and hood had streaks from being wiped with dirty towel. Watched one of the workers wipe down the entire passenger side of my car, including the inside glass and door panels with only one rag. All while sitting there for 20 minutes listening to a couple of the employees complain about their job. I do however give the oil change department 5 stars as they were very polite and quick.

The employees at the Glendale location are all friendly and helpful. My problem is when I have tried canceling my monthly pass seceral times when Im going out of state, but it never cancels & I still get charged. Ive been charged $99 for the last 3 months and I have called, filled out OnLine requests to cancel, left messages and sent messages but havent ever heard back. Unfortunately I will NOT be back to them. I cant afford to be charged for services I canceled over 10 times!!UPDATE: they reimbursed me for 1 month.

Amazing store, always clean and well maintained bathrooms are always clean. The clerks are very kind and very accommodating. I had to bring my son and the crayon station was an awesome feature. I will only return to this location.

Ive been ripped off before, but this was ridiculous. $29 for The Works. There was no attention paid to the back seat. Still had small bits of bird droppings on the windshield. Residue still on the center console. Armor All on only 3 tires.I shouldve checked more thoroughly, but was in a rush. Never going back again.

Stay away from this car wash. I brought my car in with no problems on my car. When thet were done cleaning my car, there was a niche/scratch on my door to where the metal was shoeing. They brought me to the cameras and said that their cameras couldnt zoom in close enough (which was clearly a waste of time). Then they were insinuating that I was lying about the scratch not being when I arrived at their car wash. They offered no solution and just kept saying that their guys wouldnt do that. Extremely unprofessional, and will obviously never come back. These people washing the cars are ignorant with their tool,equipment,ect. Wash you car yourself or go to an auto matic car was. At least you know that you will save money and your car will come back in one piece.

They don’t know what they’re doing as I paid for full synthetic service and they serviced my car with synthetic blend. Later on they said they changed it within 5 min when I reported but I don’t trust them. As they’re trying to Rip-off people be careful. When I left my horn was not working too and I have to comeback which means they didn’t do 18 point safety inspection as well.

I had come to this car wash before, yet stopped coming because they kept putting the wet dirty towels on my seat. Which lead to staining the seats.But, I came back just recently to give them another chance. Well the first wash on my truck went well. But took my car back to get a rain check. (Yes I have a few vehicles) Mind you I’d never had the chance to the rain checks before, due to work and not being able to do so. So I drove up and went into the wrong lane, since I’d never done this before. So obviously I needed to be directed. Well to cut to the chase. This guy that helped me should have noticed that I was lost from the get go should have at least directed me on what the next step was that I needed to do. I actually had to tell him that I’d never gone through with a rain check before. So sighed as if he was annoyed. Then I was not told that I had to dry the car myself.

Came in Tuesday for a car wash and I loved it ! Very clean and the people were very friendly. The cashier Milan was very helpful and professional throughout the whole transaction even offering me a free wash and coupons through the text club. Will definitely be coming back

Recently visited Cobblestone after I have heard nothing but rave reviews, I must say I was not impressed. I purchased the ultimate plus wash and when I was notified my vehicle was ready, it looked like it was just ran through the wash and quickly wiped down. There were water spots all over the vehicle as pictured below, as well as smudge marks on the inside of the windows as if it was wiped down with a dirty rag. The inside of the vehicle was decently vacuumed, I had to pull around to finish it myself, as well as there was new new car scent as requested. I did not say anything as I would at any other wash, so that I may leave an honest review. This is one place that seems to overcharge you and not deliver on what you would except from a highly rated car wash.

Management is very helpful, Lots of product information for the care of my vehicles. Since they have a belt for the cars to set on instead of a track for the tires to set in, I feel they are really taken care of my investment. Due to the customer service I received from the General Manager and staff, I now have all 3 of my vehicles on monthly plans! Keep up the Great Work!

One of the worst car wash Ive been to In My Life they clean the vehicles from outside very good but from the inside they dont do nothing when I say nothing that means nothing at all I had to vacuum my vehicle myself and the dashboard end the doors under the seats they didnt touch it they not allowed to through any bottles or papers from your car they just leave them in there you guys deserve less than one star

Purchased the Ultimate. Didn’t dry it very well. Never wiped out inside door pockets, front grill and head lights still had bugs on it. This car was just purchased a month ago so not dirty or full of junk. Compared to the place I usually go to the price was higher and it was not near as clean. We were in and out in 20 minutes. I was disappointed ☹️

Brought in my fathers car to have a complete interior detail. Richard helped me in the beginning and was very friendly. Upon picking up the vehicle, it was immaculate. The manager Dustin went over the vehicle with me to ensure I was satisfied and I was very happy.

I went in to have an oil change and car wash, the oil change guy was nice but when I got my car car back from being washed I found my floor not vacuumed, I was very disappointed. I will not be returning.

NEW REVIEW: Youre right, people make mistakes from time to time so I thought Id give yall a second chance. First off, your man at the front had me sold on an Unlimited Plan without telling me what it was or that it would be an ongoing charge. He made it sound like he was simply upgrading me from The Works to The Ultimate. When they were done I walked to my car and my first thought was there was a mistake and yall didnt actually wash it bc It looked exactly the same as before - there was dust everywhere, water marks, dirt/debris on the floor, lettering still on the back window, the list goes on. I asked why the interior hadnt been wiped down & was told that it didnt come with the works and that if I wanted it done Id have to go back inside and pay an addl $25. Seeing how I hadnt gotten my moneys worth so far, me paying an addl 25 bucks was highly unlikely so I asked the guy if he could at least remove the lettering from the back window. When he was done I took a look, saw that there was still stuff on the window, felt like a nag, said forget it and left. So there you have it, third time wont be a charm and what was made to sound like an oopsy-daisy mistake the first time around was indeed a bad car wash service that appears to be an ongoing issue so I have changed by 3 stars to a 1 star review. I have added photos from this trip as well.OLD REVIEW: I paid someone $28 + $5 tip to haphazardly vacuum my car and take a break while they rode through the car wash tunnel. One would think this amount of money would cover the obvious sticky liquid in a pool on the driver side runner (no maam, you would need the DETAIL pkg to have that taken care of), what about wiping the interior down (no maam, that would be the PLATINUM wash, they shoulda told you that in the beginning). The only reason Im giving the place 3 stars is because I asked for (and received) a refund (minus the tip) I recommend doing it yourself.

Seems like last year service has gone down new hires at times they seem they don’t want to be there. The wash is great when they wipe the car doesn’t look professional. Also I had my car detailed and seems only certain seats were cleaned and the dash seems they armoral the dash but didn’t look like they cleaned the dash and the dust showed.I think Cobblestone can be the beat company car wash they need to retrain or make sure that Highest Standards are met. I pay $38 a month full service package seems I’m only getting $10 service.I’m friendly to the staff and they know me I’m a regular since last year I only go to this wash. I’m not looking for a freebie I just want better service

I just made the clearance but this is honestly the best car wash I have ever been to. Wish i wasnt just passing through or this would be my go to car wash. My whole truck was actually clean after going through the wash. The vacuums were the strongest ones I have ever seen. Looks like they have other services here to accommodate all your needs. Highly recommend.

When I got home I noticed that nothing had been wiped down in the car. The cup holder still had sticky stuff in it and the console still had sticky drops on it from my granddaughter coke. The back of the front seats still had dusty foot marks from grandkids. There was water drops on mirrors and windshield smudge marks. I was so disappointed, I could not wait to take my new car here and it wasnt cheap. I paid 28.00 for this wash and wished I had just done it myself. It literally would had taken the guy an extra 5-10 minutes to wipe everything down. On a good note the tires and wheels looked great and the guy who ran the cash register was so nice and helpful. I probably will not be returning.

I have been coming here for months and have called already before about the employees not vacuuming the floor good and leaving behind dirt and other small things but now they are just leaving dirt on windows and the dash. This is the only location I have trouble with. Manager needs to step up and run his team better.

I love the price and the ride through the car wash wasn’t short so I know it was getting the bugs, dirt and whatever off. Clean! No sound of my mirrors wanting to come off or no loud water pressure jets that make you think your car is getting ripped to shreds. I like how the have a spot to hang your floor mats when vacuuming. Dustin thank you for your help! You turned a bad moment (locking my keys in the car) into a rejoicing experience. I will recommend Cobblestone Auto and Spa to anyone needing a cleaning, and I c you all do more than just a car wash. I’ll be back for my oil change soon.

The experience was great. I was greeted immediately when driving in. I bought a fast pass which I think was a great deal for what it offered. Dustin was very pleasant and Crystal the cashier was very friendly. I’m glad I went in. They have definitely earned my business.

The express car wash is really good. I feel my car isnt rushed through and actually gets clean. The vacuum area is clean everything works correctly and always clean towels available to use.

Hands down the best car wash in the valley. Ive been going to Cobblestone for YEARS and this location by far has the best customer service. They are very detailed and friendly. The Manager Dustin has the best customer service skills and is always so welcoming. I take all of my vehicles to his location instead of the one near my house. He keeps my Girls sparkling! It’s a “light wipe down” but I have never been disappointed with the result. I went here all the time 7 years ago before they converted to a monthly pass system but I moved out of state I came back 7 years later I’m still impressed with them. Went here today and got the $50 top wash. I would not recommend upgrading because they did not do a thorough job on the vacuum. There are still stuff around the edges and the trunk was missed altogether. Otherwise, it was decent but I would expect a little more for the top wash.After a response from the manager or owner, I want to make it clear that we did the the package that is supposed to be the best they have to offer. The detail package.

I have the unlimited Platinum exterior package. Today I decided to try out the Full service platinum. So I payed $28 dollars for what I thought would be a decent interior job. Threw my money away, interior basically just got some fragrance. Would not recommend upgrading to the interior package.

I just had my car washed here, and was blown away with the absolute disregard for accepting responsibility on their part. The kidney grill on my BMW x5 had been broken off, and subsequently destroyed by their machinery while being washed. I was told that I needed to speak to the manager, upon which time, he began with it was broken when you brought it in. I asked him how are you going to make this right by you guys? to which he replied that he is not under any obligation to, since he claimed that there were tiny cracks, and just that it wasnt their fault. I just cant see doing business like that. I had some, not so kind words for this little man, and for that I do feel some remorse, but they do need to train their employees on customer service! Never going back! Im sure the little manager is happy about that! I give a 1star rating because otherwise it wont upload my review!

I paid for a platinum wash. My floor mats were still dirty. I had spilled bbq sauce on my floor mats a while ago and when I got my car back from them the stain was still there . Looked like they didn’t even attempt to clean it . I still had dirt on my seats. Very disappointed. I switched over to this place cause they did such a good job the first few times I’ve been here. The last few times I’ve been here they have left stains in my car .

Best car wash in town. While vacuuming my car I accidentally left the radio on and it drained my battery. So I went in to ask if they could give me a jump. A young guy came out with a jump box and I was good to go. I’ve never had my oil changed here but I will next time I need it. It’s always clean and well stocked with the damp towels to clean.

I love there services! The crew was fantastic and the manager James made it way easier to understand everything and was very patient. Omar was also very helpful explaining the fastpass and all. A great service all around!

I will never go back to this location again. I paid for The Works, which includes vacuuming, auto washing, wiping down inside and outside of automobile. It wasnt very crowded. Service was fast. But the reason it was so fast is that NOTHING was actually cleaned inside my car. NOTHING. I dont know what I was watching as the were cleaning inside my car. Once I got home the car was as dirty as it was before ever taking it there. I am not joking. What a rip off. I could have done better myself blind folded. NEVER again... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Sheesh!Also, I hate having to listen to them begging me to join their Unlimited program. I feel like Im on a car lot before I can even get my car cleaned... or pretended to be cleaned. Im done with this place.

I drove into some tar that I noticed has sprayed up on the passenger side, after I went through for a basic wash. I drove back around and spoke to the manager who was understanding and friendly. He made sure to use the special spray to remove the tar and then discounted my second wash through! I was so pleased and they did a great job. Leaving happy.

One of the best car washes in the valley.Full services offered as well. I got my oil changed there today. Austin (shop mngr) is great. They took excellent care of my car. Thank you. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

They were very understanding and helpful with saving me money on the car expenses and friendly and caring.

The mechanics were friendly and honest about the work they were doing, and quick to get us through the line and our car serviced. They didnt do any service that was not approved, and told us before-hand what was getting fixed. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, efficient service that won’t take up the whole day.

I have been to this location multiple times and the staff here have always been professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this location on 51st and Bell rd to others.

Bought a fastpass from a young man by the name of Bryce really helpful and polite go see him the first month is only $8.00 for the whole month.

Each employee was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, including my first contact upon driving in, the cashier and the gentleman who cleaned my truck. Excellent service - quick but thorough. Will only take my vehicles to Cobblestone!

Dash isnt even wiped. This has happened more than a couple of times. very disappointed

I go here for my oil changes and they always do such a great job! They leave my vehicles very clean from the inside and out. They are so friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager and even reached out directly on their website, but no luck getting ahold of anyone. I got my car detailed here this week and a few hours after the wash (with my car sitting in the sun and windows down) I drove in the car and received huge chemical burns on my legs and behind. Whatever harsh chemicals they use to shampoo the seats were not rinsed properly. It’s been 4 days and I still have red and blistered skin. I do not have sensitive skin so I’m really shocked at how badly my skin hurts because of their chemicals. Seems irresponsible on their part. I’m 9 months pregnant and chemical burns on my butt are the last thing I want to be dealing with. I left a message for a manager to call me back the day after it happened and no response. I wrote them on the cobblestone website and still nothing.

Fast and friendly service for oil change. Did not wait long for not having an appointment. Waiting area is nice. Great car washes, love coming here.
