DEFINITELY recommend this shop to EVERYONE who has already told me my nails are beautiful!!! The owner and his wife are exceptionally nice and, very down to earth!! Their ombre work also 👌!! I will continue to tell people how great they are, and also continue to get work done there! Lets just say they go WAAAAYYY above and beyond what theyre charging!!

Store hours say open at 10 am. Ive been waiting for over 30 minutes. Then I see this note. Is this professional? I dont think so.

Came with my sister to get a pedicure. I get called back to get my pedicure done as my sister is waiting another 20 min. We came together to sit together..!! The lady rushed on my toes/ fastest pedicure ever! Scrubbed my feet for maybe 10 seconds. I got French white tip and my entire toenail was covered in white paint. I tell her it’s too thick and she throws an attitude and starts taking them off to re do them. After my pedicure- as my feet are still wet, tells me “your done” and tells me go sit over there cuz she has to clean the seat.. Leaves my shoes on the ground and makes me get them from the floor- I can’t reach from the chair??? Hello. Husband and wife are friendly & talkative. Will not come back just for the fact she was so rude.

The guy is extremely RUDE. after a 3 hour wait for me and my daughter I guess they were only read for 1. I got annoyed as I been waiting over 3 hours and he proceeded to publicly yell at me and I never once raised my voice. Will never go back

Absolutely love the work they do here! They are friendly, clean, and very detailed in what they do. I have come in with pictures of designs I want and everytime they turn out better than the picture. Their prices are very good and they do not overcharge like a lot of places I had gone to in my search for a nail salon after the state opened back up. For a full set acrylic with gel and design I paid 45, where other places wanted to charge me anywhere from 60 - 70 $. I love their work and will continue to go back!

FINALLY found a place who appreciates the business of its customers. VERY warm and welcoming! Thank you for that!I didnt feel like they did a better job than the other places Ive been to. I still have sharp edges on my toes from the pedicure and feet are not as smooth as Im used to.I wasnt asked rather I wanted my nails cut down during my fill.I will say however that customer service is more important to me than ANYTHING! I will be patronizing them every 2 weeks! :)

My wife went in there and got her nails done. Her nails looked uneven and not trimmed the right way. She asked to get them redone and they were saying they looked fine but she did not like them. There was another customer in there told them to redo the paint on her nails. They screwed up the first time.

I come here at least once a month and is never dissapointed! It is always relaxing to get treated here and the owner is very hospitable! The designs are beautiful and the service is professional.

I have been getting my nails done from them last six months one male staff he doesn’t do black women nails every time I’ve gone he passes them and gives them to the other staff. I paid so much for my nails n they still treat me like I don’t have money or dirt on my face . Then the woman I always go to they get lazy after awhile when they see you often they don’t wanna do your service right I always have to tell her how I want my nails done then got rude because after I paid extra for diamonds On my nails she didn’t want to do them how I ask led them slam my money on the table told me get out .. I will be finding a black own nail salon that’s why we must give our money to our own n not them they act like the laws don’t apply to them n they can treat black women how they want I’m not giving my money to Koreans.

Just walked past on my way to Walmart and glanced in and saw the most beautiful pedicures being performed on the feet of regular people. Very impressed with the talents and vitality of professionals doing what they seemed to do best.

First visit I was satisfied after going a few times after and being a loyal customer I waited over 2 hours just for a fill! Then my nail broke 2 days later they rushed and did a horrible job on my last full set in which I paid $50 today now I have to go somewhere else and pay to have someone fix them! Horrible customer service I asked who was going to do my nails and was ignored so I had to walk out on one occasion so I gave them the benefit of the doubt they are really busy so I go today just to be truly disappointed! It took me awhile to find a place where I like how they do my nails if you are looking for a reasonable wait and someone to truly take the time to do your nails this is not the place!

I went into the salon to get my nails done. I asked if she would do acrylic nails she grabbed my hand and said no no no your nails are too pretty for that and suggested that I get my nails dipped. She told me all of the benefits of have you my nails dipped and I decided to go that route. She asked me what color I wanted and I pointed to the the dark fuchsia color later she changed the color on me to a lighter pink I looked at her and asked why cant I have the color I want. The color was then changed back to the lighter pink color. During my manicure she continued to Nick my cuticles several times and made them bleed. I felt they did not care what I wanted and continued you do what they wanted to do. There was in a lot of care in and who I was and what I wanted and I will never go back there again. This is not customer service

Bad service. Product left on my feet. Tips i didnt ask for did not cover three of my fingers tips. She left cuticle on my toes. I asked her if she could redo it she smiled and ignored my request. I will not be going back. My experience was horrible.

They tell you it will be a 5 or 10 minute wait and you end up waiting about 30-40 minutes then in the middle of your manicure they leave to go to someone elses eyebrows and you end up sitting there for 2 to 3 hours

Stinks. Ladies are rude. Packed busy. Were signed in on the Sign in sheet and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. We said we would come Back to reclaim our place in line closer to that time however when we came back we were completely ignored for over 20 minutes others were called in ahead of us and we refused to partake in services due to poor treatment. I would not use this salon. I would recommend going over to azul day spa near metro center.

Been going here for years now for nails, pedicure & wax. A couple of times I had issues but they always corrected them when I let them know. They are always friendly, even if Im not going in and just walking by, they wave and say hi, They are located right inside Walmart so sometimes, yes the wait can be a little long when you just walk-in but thats why an appointment is best to make..

This place is old, and dirty. Went for a pedicure and manicure because my usual place was over booked. Lazy and careless, theres a lot of things that I would say. Dont waste your time for mediocre service and pay more. Water for the pedi was freezing at first then super hot. Please dont waste your time!

Ive been there twice and waited so long for my turn, when it was finally my turn the guy made me wait even longer for him to go on lunch break. I was so mad. At that point I was just hoping the wait was going to be worth it but it wasnt. I was not happy with how my nails turned out. They were too thick and uneven. And it sucks because this place is only 3 minutes away from my house but still not going back.

Decided to take my spouse there as he has dementia, this was going to be a treat for him..I signed him in & was told be about 30 minutes..the lady in charge who sits right at the fromt increased the time to 45 minutes once she saw him and added that it was three people in front of him..no one was waiting..sooo do they discriminate there? I didnt see a posting stating they can refuse customers..she was real rude a liar and dont know how to treat people..needs training in PR..she will get her justice

Horrible service. Came in was told it would be 20 mins. After an hr, we were still waiting. Had i not have brought an 11 yr old for her bday, i would have left. Most of the staff left at 7pm, even though they still had people waiting. After 2 hrs, they started the mani on one of us, then stopped the mani to go wax someones eyebrows (they have not been waiting, they just walked up). Really?! You closed 45 mins ago!! You are closed amd you stopped taking care of someone who has been here for 2 hours to take care of someone that just walked up!

They do a great job on nails and pedicures however no one wants to be ridiculed on why they carry a can and argue for services that are supposed to be rendered. Just was not very customer service oriented.

They do an excellent job whether its a cut, color or nails.Unfortunately I dont speak Spanish so it was a time consuming process to make myself clear but, even with the language barrier, I will go back.
