All the people working here are so nice and sweet! I had a perfect experience. I got acrylics and a pedi and both went so much quicker than I expected. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies I worked with today.

Tim did a great job on my first visit here. They were great and friendly which made me super happy after a horrible experience at a nail place I had gone to for 13 years. Boy its a small world when I realized my favorite nail tech Vivian, who left the business I used to go to, was there! I could not believe it. Place is nice and clean. This place was recommended by someone I follow on Instagram who has shared her amazing nails done by Kim.

Went there to get pedis and nails for me and my daughter. Its always so busy but the wait is worth it. Ryan is an artist, told him I need something with nude and bright pink for my nails and he amazed me. Will go there always.

Love getting the pedicure. When getting full set I always make appts I tried walking in and did not like the unorganized waiting not knowing whos next and didnt like the techs work. Never again will stick to my appt. & usual nail tech she ALWAYS gets my nails perfect

This picture was two days after i got my nails done, i paid $50 it was definitely not worth it.The man that did my nails was very messy . when he put on the nail he broke half of it but still proceeded to put acrylic on top after i told him if he could change the nail . Everyone here is very welcoming and i dont think i have ever not liked my pedicures but with my nails this is the second time that my nails come out like this

I walked in, and was sent straight to the sink to wash my outside germs off. Yes I love that. I was able to enjoy a great pedicure with my mom and still felt but there was some social distancing being respected and cleanliness happening all around. Thank you for the experience

They were clean, organized and friendly. Love the services they offer. We all loved our nails and they took care of our party of 5 amazingly, and we were walk-in. Definitely returning

So I went in for a fill and the lady that did them she was nice and my nails came out okay but then I wanted to take then off like a week and few days later all of them popped off but my phone with sealed to my skin

Rami was amazing! She helped me decide on a brave new look which turned out wonderful. When I left the shop as I am walking through the mall, I was stopped by a lady to ask me who did my hair! I highly recommend her to anybody who needs an amazing stylist.

I’m actually annoyed with the fact I paid 50 dollars for these nails, it’s been a week since I got them done and the gel nail polish is peeling off and looks dull now, they have also grown out a lot for being a week old, this time place appears to be high end and nice but some of the nail techs are not, the man who did mine did them in a rush and kept yanking my arm towards him, they also charged my friend 60 dollars for a design that she wanted and instead of doing that they put small stickers on her nails. I don’t recommend this place at all.

It’s been 2 weeks and my nails are doing great! The nail tech was done in about 20-30 minutes. I wish she had done my cuticles before everything, I even asked, but she said “later”My cuticles needed to be cleaned up which is the Main reason why I went in to a salon. But they’re cute

Ive been here twice and they are really good at detail and making sure its done well. They dont rush through. They do good on design requests too.

My nails are bumpy and cricked on top of that they go up like it’s taking off on a air plane and so expensive for a basic full set... I also had an apt at 1 and wasn’t seen till 30 min later this was the worst place and worst experience ever and don’t go based off there pictures like I did because it’s not true after paying $70 I’m going to get them soaked off and removed on Tuesday.. waist of money

Theyll get you right in but rushed through. How long have they had their license? Didnt fully file off my last polish. Shape was weird, sides were brittle. Polish job was thin and cloudy and could still see my last sparkle polish through. Filed skin on several fingers leaving cuts.

I’ve visited this location about 3 times and the experience was okay. The actual work is the main reason for my rating. The first 2 times I wasn’t happy with the work and it would have been the same had I not asked them to fix my nails more than twice the 3rd time I went. Unfortunately I think it really depends on which nail tech does your nails for the end result. Pricing was a tiny bit more than my usual, but just overall not worth having to repeat myself on what I was looking for. I did not do a crazy design or even long nails (1 solid color), it was the shaping of the actual nail. I was about to leave with blobby nails.

I don’t recommend this place. Had a gel manicure and pedicure. Both were nice except my manicure started to peel off within 2 days. I called them and they told me to go back in so I did. The service was bad the lady cut me didn’t even say sorry the nails are all with bubbles she was in a rush too. I came here because of the reviews but won’t be coming here again.

Professional and clean atmosphere. My past 3 visits have been excellent and relaxing. Bring cash for tips! Worth every dollar.

Wonderful experience. Had a custom full set of nails done for my daughter with some unique Christmas art requirements (courtesy of my daughter and Pinterest). They did an even better job than I expected. The aesthetician was very courteous and meticulous in her work. An artist with nails (i wish I had noted her name for next time). I dont know much about full-set nail pricing, but it seemed to be reasonable for the quality of work.

I spent 3hrs in this busy spa, mostly waiting🥱. Not enough techs.😦 My pedicure was $45 for a $15 pedicure service. 😡 I also had a full set however the tech was in a hurry heavy handed. I wanted to get stiletto with silver glitter on clear nails. Very simple look. The tech cut me with drill. Filed my nails uneven, middle finger was crooked 😒 . End result foggy nails non see through, acrylic all over fingers, cut cuticle, unprofessional. Total for nails was $70!😡🤬😡 I refused and complained. Once I asked to talk to manager the staff got loud, rude. Long story short I paid $50 for these ugly nails they thought were worth $70. Ill never recommend this nail spa to non of my family or friends. -⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went for a pedicure and set. Started fine the pedicure was good. A Different woman ended up doing my nails. Started okay, however Started to get busy. My nail tech ended up rushing and finished my nails horribly! I wanted the dip and she left them bulky and thick. While she was doing my nails she ended up kicking me and chipping my toes. She told me to wait, then Started a pedicure. Finally after waiting her colleague told her something, with her WET glove she came dabbed something on my nails and said finished! Had to complain and have another nail tech fix my nails and chipped toe! Paid 70$ for work I absolutely hate. Do not recommend!!! Horrible work!!

So I paid for basic pedicure and manicure, same price for each. No complaint for the pedicure, got what I paid for. HOWEVER when it came time for the manicure-MAJOR FAIL! I was sat down and the guy literally jus painted my nails and walked away. 😒 Wont ever go back.

Worst place ever. Spent 3 hours to get my nails done and didn’t even get my toes done....ridiculous over priced and the service is horrible. I had bad service when they opened but tried it a second time to see if they got better. Nope. Horrible

This was my second time coming to this nail salon. I thought with the reviews, it would be a great place to make my regular salon for when I dont want to do my nails myself. But today I had a fill and regular pedicure done, because why not? The first issue I had was I picked out a regular polish and the woman who did my toes said theres not a lot of polish in here. She then goes to a different wall across the salon and gets a similar GEL color, when I just said I want a regular polish for my toes. I appreciate trying to match the color, but I knew there was more than enough basic polish for my hands and feet in the bottle, but okay, I wasnt upset, but I felt like that it was not understood and I kept being told its fine. Im paying, so no, its not. Secondly, the man who did my fill sped through the fill, drills my nails down thin and now I fear they will break because of how thin they are! And finally, to make matters worse, he didnt even get all of the polish from when I came in off of my nails or get rid of the polish from the sides or underneath. I know he could see it (even the woman at the register said they can fix it once I handed her my card) So. When the man asked me to hurry up and pick a color when I AGAIN said I do NOT want gel, and I do not care about the hands and feet matching at this point, I smiled and said okay, well we can just put a clear coat. Do not push someone for gel if they didnt ask for it (most people dont know that you dont NEED gel for toes or acrylic) and say they dont want it, because it came off to me as if you guys didnt care what I said, just that you want that extra gel money. It came out to $43 even, which is fair, but I will not ever come back. Ive never had such a weird experience at a nail salon, and hope to find one better soon, because even though I JUST sat it this salon an hour ago, I now have to use my nail drill and get the excess polish he left off of my nails, and hope they dont break from him drilling them down and barely adding any acrylic before I can purchase acrylic powder and liquid to thicken my nails myself. Im sorry, but this was a waste of time and money.

I had got my natural nails done here (dip powder) and I’ve never experienced multiple nails breaking let alone all in a matter of two weeks. I think they use cheap powder I’ve never seen or used the powder they used. My nails broke in half to the point of bleeding and being so sore. All of them broke like that including the one acrylic nail I had.. The lady probably drilled my nails too thin that may be the reason they broke so bad and quick. But overall this was the worst and most painful/irritating nail experience I had.. I had to cut my natural nails so short due to them breaking and being so thin to where they bend.

If it’s busy walk away! This used to be my go to place, every 3 weeks but not anymore. I left so disappointed felt like a Doctor visit. They sat me in a chair waited approximately 1hr for my pedicure to begin and the woman literally did my pedicure in 10 minutes. Worst pedicure ever! There was like 6 people waiting so she was rushing the process skipping steps. I even told her to slow down during the process and do the job the right way and she got mad.

Me and my daughter usually get our nails done at our favorite shop near home in Gilbert but we were visiting my mom and she wanted to try this place. My daughter is 4 and we get our nails done together all the time. The lady with the thin hair had some obvious issues with us. She was doing my 4 year old daughter pedicure she asked my daughter to look at her and smile then said “why her teeth so big”. Normally I would’ve kicked her in her blemish filled face but I’m trying to be a better person. When she was setting my daughter up to start her nails, she threw the towel at my daughter, kept complaining about having to draw a cherry on my daughters nails, and was really rough with her. We will never come back here again. I paid over $200 for my daughter and I to have a really rrible rushed experience. So bad that my 4 year old said that she never wants to go back there. And to top it off the nail tech’s walk by air was really bad.

I went to the Walmart on 51st in Indian school they did a horrible job! Then I came here it’s a little bit pricey but it’s is total worth it. They fixed my nailsup and made them look beautiful. Totally recommend this place!

I am disabled. Have had two surgeries on both hands. Meaning i do not do any hard labor or work a regular job. But no matter what I return to the shop with broke nails. Last visit nail tech notice they were to thin and proceeded to make them thicker. Will because I was rushed and had to wait I believe there was no primer put on the nails because a week later the nail completely lifted off my finger without breaking. Its the holidays such a inconvenience. 🤦 To have to keep returning before time.

I’ve gone here consistently since October 2020 for both a full set and pedicures. My pedicure is usually $45 with callous remover and gel. A full set for me EVERYTIME has been $60 every time. I get the SAME exact length stiletto. Same color. Same 3 gems down my middle finger every single time, Kim is my go to gal and my favorite. However today I was charged $75!!!!!!! I am a single mother on a budget and this was not something I was planning on nor informed of ahead of time. I specifically asked if they raised their prices since a couple days before NYE which is the last day I was in and they said no... so I’m CONFUSED as to why I was charged more and definitely had no room in my budget to leave a tip for Tim who usually takes care of my friend when we go but did an amazing job on my nails.

Worst nail salon ever they were rude and the nail tech did not listen to what i wanted at all i walked out with gel polish on my hand not nails because she couldnt hold her hand straight amd then she yelled at me telling me its my fault. I will never be back i do not recommend this place. Its trash!

One of the WORST manicures I ever had. I had a 1:30 appointment and didn’t get helped until 2:15. I wanted a nude SNS manicure and picked out the color, but it ended up pink. The manicurist beat up my nails and cuticles. I came in with long square nails and she made them short and round. It was the worst.

This place is amazing. Another nail salon really really messed up my nails and they were able to fix them and then I waited two weeks and went back for them to take those nails off and put on a fresh full set and they did a beautiful job.

Over priced. I go there frequently and get pedi and full se this time went in paid $95 for what i always pay $75.

Don’t go here, i got a basic pedicure which is $25 and was charged $50 for god knows what because it wasn’t even gel polish it was the regular one. After couple days of getting a pedicure by this salon my big toe got infected and i am currently on antibiotics. My manicure looks disgusting also. They didnt clean my cuticles, the guy doing my nails kept rubbing his balls.

Helen from here is AMAZING!! She is social in the way that makes you feel welcomed and that she is very interested. On top of her customer service, I got a pedicure from her and she painted them very well as well as shaped them. The massage she did during the pedicure was very soothing. I will be coming back here due to everyone’s customer service and talent in the cosmetic industry :).

Was excited to try this place and took my sisters however they cut both of my sisters feet when scrubbing the callous off. They did not take their time and didn’t clean our toes how they’re supposed too. Honestly just go to true nails by Eos fitness they’re cheaper and the quality and service is way better!

Second time this lady has done this to me. They have a few good nail techs but they are always so busy I get stuck with the people who aren’t very good. 😭 what a waste of my time and money

I decided to try this salon based on the amazing reviews and photos but was honestly so disappointed. Tech was very quiet and standoffish, and my nails are soooo uneven and the nail beds are sore and irritated almost two weeks later :( I let them grow out to show how uneven my nails were done, I wanted short almond acrylics and they’re all different shapes and angles! Super embarrassing, I’ve never had a bad experience like this before. Definitely won’t go again.

Overall nice environment for a nail salon; clean and sanitary. The atmosphere is above the top from other salons. I got my eyebows upper lip and chin waxed. Eyebrows look great, upper lip looks good but my chin has a large burn from the wax and the technician trying to rush. Came in to update my looks left burned not good value of service.

My two sisters and I called ahead and got an appointment for a full set at 3. When we got there we were greeted immediately and one sister sat down. My other sister and I went next. We all got very different styles and lengths but were all so happy with our experiences. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and knew exactly what I was asking for. Ive gotten stilleto shaped nails plenty of times but was never completely happy with the shape. These are perfect!!! I will definitely be coming back and am sorry I didnt get the guys name that helped me. Everyone in the shop was super nice even when they had a rude customer.

I am dissatisfied about my whole service. My toenails paint looks sloppy. It is not even at all and it chipped on my way out the door. I also did my eyebrows which was uneven. My skin broke out around my eyebrows within the hour. I do not recommend this place at all.

Went yesterday for a pedicure, and the guy that attended to me made me bleed 3 times despite me asking to be gentle because I am pregnant and have sensitive feet. Would not recommend.

I came here to get my nails done on my birthday and even as a younger customer they treated me with respect as most places don’t do and it was refreshing. I also requested a specific design and they did it perfectly i’m in love.

I came in today to get an acrylic ombré.. first thing I noticed was how unclean it was. You would think reopening after quarantine their cleanliness standards would be better. My nail tech came straight from doing someone’s pedicure without even washing his hands. No gloves either. On top of that the station was still covered in acrylic powder and nail tips from the prior customer. You couldn’t even wipe down the counter let alone sanitize it? This place isn’t cheap either. I was quoted $55 and they charged me $60 but I complained and they gave me $5 back from their tips.. which hopefully you have cash cause you can’t tip on card. Had to go to CVS to get cash, only reason I tipped is karma. Lastly, although the actual ombré work is beautiful, my nails already look like they have been growing out for a week! And I even asked him to fill in some of the gaps, and although he reassured me, all he did was file them down to look less obvious, he didn’t go in and add extra acrylic ... Also the cuticle work was very sloppy and rushed.. the only reason I gave it two stars is because it seems like I got the only tech with a dirty station and some of the work I was seeing around me was really beautiful... just really disappointed in general. This is only the fourth time in my life (I’m 30) that I’ve gotten my nails done. It’s a special treat for me. It costs a lot of money.. hopefully they will make it right for me.

I’ve been here twice (gave it a second chance) the wait times are ridiculous! I only did a dip powder manicure and spend 3 hours here! The dip powder itself sucked too! Both times the nails cracked within the first week, never before had that happened to me. They may be good with their other services but for SNS it’s a big no!

Service was quick and probably the best service i have ever gotten at a nail salon- they were gentle with me my nails have lasted a very long time they still look good. I always worry getting my nails done cuz i work a lot with my hands but they have lasted LONG. Im going to try to stop in soon to get them removed. I personally like to let my nails breathe and grow for a month or two and then get them done again! I will keep referring people over here as well.

I really like Kim, shes so awesome to chat with while doing your nails. Makes the time fun!!! Otherwise you mostly sit there so take headphones and listen to music. They are all talented, Kim just has a fun personality!
