Today, January 5, 2021, I had an appointment for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I left my baby with a baby sitter so that I could go to the salon and what I got in return was disappointing. To start off, there was an issue with my appointment upon my arrival. I booked 2 things, and they had only written down one. I wanted to get this issue resolved without anymore conflict, but the manager Sona didn’t make that possible. She was very rude and disrespectful. She didn’t do anything to help resolve this miscommunication and continued saying that I just had a manicure listed under my appointment. This issue/miscommunication could have been fixed with just a simple talk, but I am very disappointed to say the least.

Now it is YANS NAIL AND HAIR. I am in awe of their quality work and customer service! Front desk girls are super friendly and will offer you coffee/juice/chocolate while youre waiting. Everybody makes sure you are satisfied with the service you received. Tigran is the best hairdresser you can ask for, I have been going to him for years.Thanks to Lucine for a great pedicure!

Wouldn’t return to this nail salon, the lady who did my feet seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and it was a hostile environment. I ended up getting an ingrown nail that was very painful and my toe is now scarred.

Perfect 2 in one, Salon & nails! I had a event and I didn’t have to worry about running around from one place to another! Thanks ladies for my nails, I kept it very simple and for my big juicy curls!

I loved this place. Affordable to, which is a plus! As soon as I walked in i was greeted by nice people. One of the young girls that sits by the entrance is really talented. I had an acrylic set put and she did a beautiful job. I will continue to go. My new fave spot. I really recommend :) ... I used to go to stacy nail. Not a good place to be really tacky and the staff is rude and there over priced.

This place is horrible I had an old lady work on my acrylics and she cut me 3 times. She didnt know what she was doing she didnt seem to have experience. When I complained they fixed it but I was there for like an hour. When I finally was going to pay I asked for a lower price for the inconvenience I talked to an armenian girl who said she couldnt change it shes just a worker then she said she was a manager but she still couldnt change it.. So Wow what are u lol! Also new owners took over the old place Glendale nails and Spa and increased the prices. Bad customer service and service all together. Im Never coming here again!!

Got my nails done last week on a thursday and saturday its already messed up. It was gel! She painted it all the way to my skin by the nail and it rolled up. My thumbnail was broken told the technician to ve careful cause it hurts,she kept pressing it and it hurts when i even told her already be careful,she wasnt. told me i should get the glue and powded and she will charge me $2 extra for that. I know i shouldve not agreed on paying but i did since its the first time i was there. After 2days, my finger got worse. It wasnt piled right and it was too thick and not even to other nails.
