I went there first time to get Gel x nails, which overall was not too bad but I was concerned about their cleanliness of tools. I did not see them pull it out of a new packaging and I am not sure if they use the same ones for every client and how often they clean them. However, the main problem came after when I wanted to get them removed. I called ahead of time because I do not live in the area and the receptionist told me that I do not need an appointment for removal and as long as I came before 6:20 pm, they would be able to remove them. So, I drove for 40 minutes due to traffic and arrived at around 4:30 pm (which is before 6:20pm). But when I walked in, they told me that they cannot remove them because they are booked back to back and they might have to stay after closing. I am not sure how that can happen given that the receptionist sees all of the appointments in the system. And if you know the salon gets that busy, then you should at least offer appointments for removal.So, then the receptionist told me to come back tomorrow in the morning / afternoon around 11 am but still did not give me an appointment. When I went there that day, the receptionist was not there but the workers told me that they are booked back to back again and that I should come back tomorrow AGAIN. That is just disrespectful of my time to assume that I have nothing to do but to drive back and forth every day to see if they are available or not. Very unprofessional, Id rather take my business elsewhere and Id recommend the same to others.

Both times I’ve been here, Van has done my nails and I love them. She is great and makes sure my nails short and perfect 👌.

The people were very nice who did my nails and they did a great job. I only wish they offered beverages to the customers.

Staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The shop was clean and well maintained. And my pedicure was awesome. Having severe arthritis in both hips, I have difficulty walking, lifting my feet in/out of the basin, etc. The nail tech was gentle, careful and very helpful getting my feet up/down. And for the price, I loved that it came with a foot/calf scrub & massage along with a hot towel applied. I would DEFINITELY return!

I love Richelly Nails! I have been there twice now and gotten great service. They take their time and do an excellent job on gel nails. They are friendly and hospitable, and even serve you a coffee or tea upon arrival. The Groupons they have are affordable and a great deal. I definitely found my new spot. Ask for Naine’, she does great.

This place is terrible and rude. Don’t waste ur money I am myself a plus size person. All the people were rude, and gave me weird stares the lady who did my nails was rough and messed my natural nail the nails fell off in a week and the looked like they were popping off every where I go to get my nails done that had never happened. I wasted my money I’m telling u don’t make the same mistake
