There isnt a bad tech here. Every single one pays great attention to detail and Im never dissatisfied with the results. Its the only place Ill go for my pedicures and nails.

I really enjoyed coming here! The ladies did an awesome job on my nails and I felt positively relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. Its cute and clean on the inside and does not smell strong like other salons. I recommend this place highly!

Horrible attitudes, very unprofessional, BAD ENERGY. My nails came out horrible, COULDNT DO A COFFIN SHAPE. I’ll never ever go back!! Don’t waste your time or moneyAND charged $55 for short nails with no polishLooked like my 4 yr old gave me a manicure 😬“Liz” did my nails.

I used to come here all the time but they never use new tools they just throw them back in the box after your pedicure so I stopped going. Was in the area today and decided to get a gel manicure and try them again. I felt rushed and they wanted to charge me an extra $10 for something I have no idea. Looks sloppy and grown out and it’s only 1 day old!

This place is dirty. They need alot of help when it comes to sanitizing there tools. Ive never had any problems with nail fungus till I went here and i have had acrylic nails for many years. The technicians and not always professional or communicative with you and they talk amongst themselves. I will no long be going to this place and will be looking to spend my money on better quality and cleanliness.

Nothing special. Pedicure was decent but asked if I wanted a cucumber lotion for 5.00 more 😂. I know there was nothing special about that lotion to charge me 5.00 extra dollars. Left with the stupid tissue between my toes and of course it messes up one of my toes. Then noticed some nails had not been polished completely and other toes had polish on the sides. I shouldnt have to micro manage a salon that that says it does nails 🤬

I am in love with my fill!! I got my full set done at another shop, and I didn’t like them went for a fill at the Nail Box Tony was my tech who did an amazing job!!! I will definitely be back I have found my new nail spot!! Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I decided to try this place out.. I totally get your a business and you need to make money but charging me 5 dollars for everything? From the shape to the top nail coat? And after all that my nails looked kinda wonky but hey it’s fine I have no time and they will due. Literally a day later after literally barely touching something my nail broke right In half!!! I was so surprised my boyfriend thought something was wrong. Thennn a week later one started lifting. I have never ever broken a nail nor have they ever lifted that quickly. I won’t be going here again.

I felt rushed. I was barely able to pick a nail color before they came and grabbed us. My pedicure was really quick. I asked for a sugar scrub when we began and instead she gave me a callus scrub. It was literally like a 10 second scrub too. The massage with the lotion was quick too and she barely rubbed her hands on me. No pressure at all. If you are wanting to get some kind of relaxation from your pedicure, find somewhere else. If you are in a hurry... this is your place. I felt like I did not get my money worth. I will not return.

The manicure woman didn’t say one word to me the entire time. Bad customer service on her part. She was rough handling my cuticles and hard filing. I started to bleed and had to notify her to take care of it. She just painted over the cut/blood.The pedicure woman was gentle and did an ok job.I won’t come back.

Went in here to get a manicure and I was very pleased with the services here! The techs here are really sociable and polite. The salon itself is very well kept. The nail tech working on my nails did a good job of cutting my nails and removing the cuticles without causing me to bleed. After she was done with everything my nails look absolutely lovely! Ill definitely come back here again! My new go to salon!

I moved into the area and came here one day & Ive come here ever since. Always get in very quickly or waited 5 min max to get in. The staff is very friendly starting with the nice gentleman at the door that greets you with a water. Wish I knew his name cuz hes so sweet! My mother told me to get my waxing done here the other day saying she had the best experience here and she was total right! The staff here are friendly and the salon here is very clean. Not only that the lady waxing me was very quick and the process was very painless! My legs and arms were smooth like silk. I was very pleased with this salon. Definitely be coming back here again to get my waxing done!

Went here over the weekend and got the deluxe manicure. The tech worked absolutely amazing and meticulous, she didnt cut me once. All the cuticles were removed and my nails were painted nicely. Had a great time here. Highly recommend

I really like this wonderful salon, they do such a wonderful manicure and pedicure. They are so incredible I really would recommend this salon. It was very relaxing. and rejuvenating day at this wonderful spa. They did every thing so well for such a reasonable price.

I went here once before and had amazing service. The artists are all very nice, however I recently went in today with 3 of my girls to get a pedicure done... it felt like they were racing. We were all in and out in 15 min. Normally you go to a salon to relax, get away from it all. I didnt get to do that and was very displeased. I told the lady at the front that there were people to come in before me and I left before them. The manager (possibly owner) was pacing the walk way and watching them.I wont be coming here again. If you are looking for an in and out thing, it would be perfect. Im a mom of 4 and I dont get to relax ever.

I started going here a couple months ago because my current nail salon wasnt keeping up with the times with nail fashion. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of work they do for such a fair price. I am now a loyal customer here!

I was very pleased with my first visit there. This location is not close to me but I was in the area and gave it a shot. I will definitely be going back.The staff is very friendly and really detailed with their work.

Terrible pedicure. Hurt toes when clipping. Paid for design on toes and it was basic dot flower done poorly. Ordered 25.00 manicure them charged for 35.00 pedicure. My toes needed another coat of polish. They pulled a fast one like they dont understand and then charged us for more expensive pedicures then what was ordered. I watched the nail technician rinse a tool she used on my feet under water at the sink and then used it on another lady. No disinfecting tools in sealed packages here.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for years. I read some of the negative comments and this place is the exact opposite of what those negative postings say. I usually have Tiffani do my nails. But I am always so happy with how they turn out!

Good work just the cleanliness isnt what it should be, I got a pedi and my legs and feet were rinsed off with the same water that I started with, and the towel under my feet was soaked and cold so basically once I was completely done I walked out with the bottom of my feet wet and cold so I had to dry the bottom of my feet when I got to my car, great service they just need to work on the cleanliness of their equipment and pay more attention to things like a cold soaked towel.

THE BEST customer service and everyone is genuinely nice. Plus my toes always look perfect and last. I don’t go other places anymore.

I am majorly displeased with the honesty of this nail salon, I have been a client for over 4 years and had one person (Tracy) who would always do my nails. The owners know that and failed to tell me that she was “going on vacation” for multiple weeks in the mean time they also knew I am getting married and would be upset if I had to have anyone else do them.I know it sounds rude but for someone who has spent time and money in a place you think they’d be honest with me. But, through my own research I found out Tracy opened her own nail salon at 75th and Bell (Love Kim nails) and I will no longer be a client at the Nail Box.

Today was my third time going to The Nailbox. I have had a different technician do SNS each time. The customer service has never been great, but the manicures lasted for so long I was willing to put up with a less than relaxing experience. However today the experience continued long after I left the salon. Kenny did my nails and if you read other reviews you will quickly learn that he is not gentle. My nails are still hurting from the filing almost seven hours after getting them done. I will not be going back and would appreciate any suggestions on other salons to try out.

Last night I came in for pedicure and fill for my nails and the gentleman Kenny was abrasive on my hands and hurried with my fill. I advised the owner that I was not happy with the service and he advised come back in the morning to get them corrected. I come back this morning and was advised no we can not fix for you we are busy. I told them I have a wedding to go to and that was why I had came here. All I was told was sorry. Please do not waste your money here. I paid 80 for the ugliest nails I have ever had and the rudest service ever! For this type of service you can go to Wal-Mart and receive better nails.

Have been going there for over a year. Very pleased with the service I receive Stall are friendly and have been going to Tiffany from day one. Estishement is very clean and relaxing.

I am very pleased with the people in this place. My nails look great and they offer new ideas for nails and other service that I dont normally think about, I really appreciate that! I will continue using The Nail Box for my mani-pedi needs.

Been there a bunch of times and love it! Very good and listen to what you want. They fixed a very bad nail job from another salon. I used to work late and found them on a whim and they stayed open even though I showed up five minutes before they closed (I felt bad but they were so nice about it!) They didnt rush to close and mess anything up. Only place Ill go!

Decided to visit due to the reviews and yes this is a nice place to visit..They are nice, professional and the environment was great. I was taken care of by Tiny is what I think her name is if Im wrong she sits at station 2. Pedi was on point Mani was great and Eyebrows on fleek. I recommend this shop.

I love coming to the nail box for my pedis and manis.The staff is awesome every single one of them are fantastic. I think i have had service done by each person and they all do a great job. No matter what i ask for they deliver that design. They give me cold water everytime i go in which i love and they are always so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not only that its clean and nice they are very big on sanitation for the customers as well.Thank you nail box!

The first 3 times I have came here the service was great enough for me to advise others to come here. Now I kinda wish I didnt. The last 2 times I have come here the ladies doing my nails have hurt me as well as constantly try to up sell me (to the point where I told them I cannot afford anything else and wish they would stop) I hope they change this attitude or ill start going somewhere else.

My nails and pedicure came out nice although the lady drilled the tops of my nails until they were unbelievable sensitive, was rough and tried to upsell me also. They didnt fully understand what I would try to explain how I wanted my nails and she would just say okay okay I get it and not acknowledge my comment. Also when I explained to them a few times that me and my mom had to hurry because I had to go to work after she continued to work on my moms nails clearly drilling it all off and starting it all over because she messed up and she told me dont worry only 15 minutes then when I said we gotta leave, we dont have 15 minutes she told me okay 10 then. It was very rude how she was not Considerate of my time then tried to charge my mom for a manicure she did not finish. Very unhappy. Will not be returning.

This was the first and last time I will go to The Nailbox. I visited off the strength of the google reviews. The positive: the gentleman running the establishment was very accommodating and had great customer service—thank you. The negative: my mani & pedi. Ana, was the pedi tech. She was very nice but did a poor job. My toenails were clipped and filed unevenly, the polish was blotchy, the clear top coat was old too as I am seeing the brush marks. I went at night so I am now having the opportunity to see in the daylight today, at work, the job she did. I wanted them to remove the gel polish from my nails and paint my nails clear, they frowned and talked about that for 10 minutes amongst themselves. To the point where I asked the other nail tech if it was a problem for her to do it—that shut the banter down. I ended up just asking them to remove the gel and I would apply my own polish. I courtesy tipped $5 but knew I wasn’t coming back. As I mentioned earlier, today is the first day I’m seeing my toes in the light, the pedi is very poor, I’ll have to take it off this weekend. Maybe they’re good for nails only; pass on their pedicures.

I made an appointment a day before so i can have my nails done with Jody the next day at 4:00. I have a customer for about 3 years and have experienced several disappointments but i stuck with them. When I arrived at exactly 4:00, Jody was busy with another customer so Keven i think, the nice guy who gives water all the time asked me if Kenny can do my nails. Now, I never like kenny because hes rude and rough with my nails. And twice, i had to go back to have nail fixed since he did not do a good job. Anyway, I agreed and Kenny comes without saying hii or anything, When I showed the color I wanted, he said to look for it myself. AFter that, he said the SNS nail polish is 40.00. I asked when did it go up, and he said 10 days ago. I said ok and he started removing my old nail polish and put acetone and covered my nails with foil. He said to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. I waited and watched everybody and i felt that they were really friendly with everyone but Jody would not even smile at me. I started feeling sad and then it was over 15 minutes and Kenny was doing somebody elses nails. Thats it. I decided to remove the foil and told the manager that Im sorry i need to leave since it seems like nobody wants to do my nails. I also told him, i made an appointment with JOdy and you did not honor that appointment. YOu give me someone like Kenny whos rude and mean and so rough and I even agreed. Im never coming back to this place again. And yes they always offer something when you have a pedicure and its always hardsell

There mean thay get mad when you tell them what you want thay dont listen to what you want thay do there own thing thay Rush threw the job and are very ruff whit there tools and horible customer service i went in there papeared to actually get what I want I told the lady everything I wanted down to a T ok i sayd I wanted a thin layer of acrylic on my real nails A THIN LAYER and I said and please dont sand down my nail bed so much So she nodded and said yes ok Ill fix for you and when I seen her starting to apply the acrylic thick i stopped her and said I wanted a really thin layer and she said yes yes I know so I figured well shes gunna sand them down so it should be alright well no it wasnt and bye that time I new it was to late to make her re do it ok so whatever right so I moved on when it came time to pick my color I looked at some swatches I picked this pretty blue color and she told me I cant do that color cause it dont show up that way so I would have to put a base under then I told her how did you get it so pigmented on the swatch whit out a base and she ignored my question and said ok she could do it whit out the base then when she started painting my nails she put a base color under that I did not want it wasnt because she couldnt do what I wanted it she just didnt want to so in the end I told her everything I wanted and she did the exact opposite i ended up whit thick uneven long painful acrylics and also cuts on my cuticles not only did she cut me when she used glue on me which is perfectly normal when you ask for a full set which I did not ask for she was very messy whit the glue my nails got stuck to the skin on the bottom witch was really painful I tried to explain and point out the mistakes to the new manager by the way that has no experience whit doing nails that I was unhappy whit the work her employe did and she responded whit and I quote oh thats normal and she asked you every step of the way what you wanted which was a big fat lie she only asked me once if it was good and that was bye the time we were finished and no its not normal to come out of there whit painful cuts and glued skin so I said to the manager I told your employe what I wanted before we started and she said I NEW YOU WAS GOING TO BE HARD I mean what kinda response was that very unprofessional And doing something you was trained in doing should not be hard but whatever Ive been going there for years and really did not appreciate being treated like that and mind You I know it might sound like I gave them a attitude but I did not every thing I said was said very nicely every time you try to tell them something you want a certain way thay get mad I really dont understand it at all ever since the original owners and managers left tony and Tammy the hole place went down hill so that was the last straw I will never go back I would not recommend this place to NO ONE

Worse experience ever!!!! They would fix 2 of my nails that had black spots in them just put stuff over it. When I asked what it was they said I dont know. Some of my nails are thick and some are thin!!! When I asked to fix them they said they couldnt.......will never go back!!
